"Why are you here now, Tyler? Did something bad happen?" Sander asked Tyler. Tyler is now at the precinct where Sander is detained.
"I just came here to ask if there could be a way to make it easier to bring Haru to America."
"None. That's all my godfather can do to me. Why? Did something happen?"
Instead of answering Sander's question, Tyler took his cellphone out of his pants pocket and showed it a text.
"Why? Why is she saying this?"
"This is the reason why I'm visiting you here. Because I'm wondering if you can find a way."
"There's nothing I can do Tyler, my helping for your cousin is the last thing that I can do for her. If you go to America early, the doctor will not immediately care for her because a schedule has been discussed. I know you helped me a lot. Tyler, you're the reason I'm alive. If it weren't for you, I might be gone for a long time, but that's all I can do."
Tyler just breathed deeply and said goodbye as he was leaving. He returned to the hospital, and he checked on his patients.
"How is he, nurse Ash?"
"He's fine now, Doc, but he still needs to be observed." Tyler nodded and approached the kid sitting on the hospital bed as his mother fed him the fruit.
"Good morning doc." The lady greetings to Tyler.
"How is Jacob today?"
"Somehow, he's fine. When his result is good, we can go home."
"Jacob, did you hear what your mom said? You can go home when you have good results, you can see your siblings, and you can be with them."
"Yes, Doc, thank you."
Tyler just stroked Jacob's hair and said goodbye as he was leaving.
"Doc Gamboa, do I have a schedule now?"
"You don't have a schedule today, doc. It's still tomorrow. You have two operations tomorrow." Doc Gamboa said.
"All right, I'll leave first. Call me when something bad happens to some of the patients we hold or when something bad happens here. And keep a close eye on Yesha, and also tell the security guards to tighten their vigilance so Yesha cannot escape again. She needs to rest."
"Yes, Doc."
Tyler was about to walk to his office when suddenly someone called his name.
"Doc Tyler!"
Tyler looked at the person who called him, and here he saw a young girl.
"Yesha?" Tyler interrogatively calls the girl's name. And he was surprised because that person wasn't wearing a hospital gown.
"Why are you wearing that? Are you planning to go out again and escape here?"
The girl ignored what Tyler asked to her instead she asked back.
"Can you take me with you outside for a moment? I just want to see the outside and feel the fresh air."
Tyler approached it and he pats the girl's shoulder.
"Yesha, you know you can't leave here, right? And one more thing your father told you not to leave this hospital. What if something happens to you?"
"If you take me out now, I will be with you, so nothing happens to me now." the girl smiled at Tyrel as she said this.
"Doc Mike, take her back to her room and watch carefully. eyes on her." Tyler said and walked away, but Yesha stopped him.
"Before the time came for my transplant surgery and my donor came, I wanted to see the city because I knew my condition was dangerous. Please doc."
because Tyler couldn't stand the girl, he nodded.
"Really? You agree?"

"Doc Tyler might get angry her father, and---" Tyler cut off what doctor Mike was saying.
"I'll explain everything to him later," Tyler said,
Before they left the hospital, he went to his office first and removed the medical lab coat or the white coat worn by the doctors. Because Yesha was small, Tyler put his hand on Yesha's shoulder as they walked to Mr. Harrison's office. Mr. Harrison was Arche's father.
"Yesha, are you okay?"
"Yes doc, don't worry about me."
Tyler took a deep breath before opening the door.
"Yesha sat there on the sofa first." Tyler commands the companion, and he approaches where Arnold is, and he sits down in front of its table.
"Did you talk to them?"
"Yes, but the truth is that they didn't agree. As Sander told you, even if we take Haru there early, she still can't be taken care of right away. Sorry Doc, that's all I can do."
"It's okay. We'll go ahead."
"Why does she have to be taken in America doc, if she can be taken to the biggest hospital here in Manila?"
Tyler didn't answer his question instead he could get up, but Arnold immediately asked him again.
"Your child?"
Tyler laughed and shook his head.
"Am I too old to like have a child? I don't have a girlfriend or wife so how can I have a child? This girl, my patient, insisted on coming with me because she didn't want to stay more in the hospital, so I just took her with me because she might run away again." Arnold just nodded at what Tyler said. As Tyler stood up from his seat and invited Yesha to come out of Harrison's office.
Now Yesha and Tyler are inside the car while Tyler drives the car, and from time to time he looks at Yesha.
"Doc Tyler, where are we going?"
"In hospital"
"Are we going back to the hospital now? Please don't."
"No, we're going to another hospital. I need to talk to my friend there."
An hour later, they arrived at what Tyler says is the hospital. He got out of his car and opened the door for Yesha.
"Doc, I'll just wait for you here."
whether Tyler wants to leave Yesha in the meantime, he can't because he's afraid of what might happen to her.
"Yesha, can't. Come on, let's go in just a minute," he said this, and he put his hand on Yesha's shoulder again and entered the hospital.
He was on his way to the doctors' on-call room, where the doctors resting. Tyler suddenly looked at some nurses who were quick to go inside in the patient who had been stabbed.
"Please save my husband." the lady cried while Tyler smiled sparingly when he saw Ralph pushing the stretcher where the stabbed patient was lying, so instead of going to the on-call room, he went straight to the nurse station.
"Doctor Ramirez, I'm sorry, Doc. Ralph is in the emergency room right now. If you want, just wait for him until he leaves the emergency room." the nurse said as soon as she saw him.

"No, it's okay. Please tell him I came here to talk to him. When he's done with what he's doing, tell him to call me right away. Here, give him my contact number. I need to go now and thank you." Tyler said and walked again while still holding Yesha's shoulder, but they immediately stopped walking when suddenly someone blocked their path.
"Do you need anything, Tyler?"
"None, I wanted to talk to Ralph, but he's in the emergency room right now. But it's okay because I've already talked to the nurse. All right, we'll go now."
"Your child?" Tyler was about to answer Larry's question, but Yesha preceded him in speaking.
"Hi, Mr. doctor. Do we look alike? I'm lucky if it is because my father is handsome, but I will not change my only father for this handsome doctor." Yesha said while smiling.
"For your information, he is not my father." she added.
"She's my patient, Larry."
"Sorry I thought your daughter. Why are you here? That should be in the hospital."
"Instead she running away from the hospital. I took her with me. I know it's forbidden, but this kid is naughty."
"Hey, Kiddo."
"I'm 18 years old, so I'm not a kid anymore."
"Yesha," Tyler's threatening call in her name.
"Okay, young girl. How will you recover from your illness if you run away from the hospital and don’t want to stay there?"
"The kiddo and young--"
"Yesha," Tyler cut off what Yesha was supposed to say.

"Mr. Doctor I have been in that hospital for a long time, and how will I recover if we have not yet obtained a donor for my intestine transplant? I don't want to be in that hospital anymore because I feel like I'm going to get seriously ill and that's what will kill me if I stay there for a long time."
Larry stood up straight because of what Yesha said and looked at Tyler to make sure Yesha was right. Tyler nodded at him.
"We're going ahead now, Larry,"  Tyler said goodbye, and he put his hand on Yesha's shoulder again. Yesha wants to her companions put their hands on her shoulder or hold her hand. They were in the middle of walking to the parking lot when Tyler saw Carmen with a young girl. He immediately ran, so Yesha also ran because the doctor was holding her shoulder.
"Carmen,"
Carmen stopped walking when Tyler and Yesha stopped in front of her
"Tyler?"
"What are you doing here? And why are you with Callista." Tyler asked when he recognized Callista.
"I just accompanied Callista and Katelyn to Callista’s check-up. Due to an emergency that happened at the work of Ms. Katelyn, she left Callista with me."
"Is that so? Where are both of you going now?
"We were going to the hospice."
"Really? We're going there too. Come with us." Carmen immediately agreed, and they got into Tyler's car. As Tyler drives to the hospice, Inside the car, he was next to Carmen, while the two girls were in the back and sitting quietly.
"Yesha," Tyler called Yesha's name when he saw her waving her hand in front of Callista. While Carmen wants to ask Tyler what he related to Yesha.

"Yesha, if you don't stop that, I'll take you back to the hospital," Tyler said again when he saw from the mirror what Yesha was doing.
"I just checked to see if what I had in mind was right."
"Whatever is on your mind is right, so stop what you are doing."
Yesha followed Tyler's said for a while, but when the car stopped due to traffic. Tyler looked at the back seat when he saw that Yesha was holding Callista's hand and she put Callista's hand on her face.
"Hello, I am Yesha. I read in the book that even if you can't see anything, you can feel it and with your hands, you can read it. I would love to know if you can read the emotions posted on my face today.
"Yesha, I told you to behave I--" before Tyler could continue what he was going to say, Callista suddenly spoke.
"I can only read the book slowly using my hands, and even if I can’t read your face or see if you’re smiling or sad, I feel like you’re sad. And you’re afraid of something that could possibly happen."
Yesha returned Callista's hands on Callista thigh, and smiled wryly, and turned her gaze to the window. Tyler looked back at the road where the cars started up again and quietly drove to the hospice.
