Chapter 71.

Maudy has indeed lost her memory, but she has not lost her memory to remember or will remember every important moment on every street in Jakarta. He still remembered that, in fact, he often walked this road with Nuril, and Maudy was also enjoying his current day, but one thing that made him curious was that he couldn't get rid of the thought of someone who made his mother want to cover everything up. Someone she once loved—who was she?—did that person also still think about her? Why can't Maudy remember her face at all? Is he the same person who has often come to his dreams all these years? His heart was not calm; he wanted to find that person and really wanted to ask what happened, why he did that, and did he still remember Maudy? May be. Maudy didn't want to understand for now.
Maudy kept walking, walking down the path, until she didn't realise that someone was watching her. From afar and imperceptibly, she felt that something would happen soon, which might become a melodrama romance. Meanwhile, Nuril and Fathur stopped by Fathur's house.
"Oh, you're home already? asked Maya, Fathur's mother.
"Yes, Tan..." said Nuril.
"Just call me Ril; it won't be long before you get married. Everything is done, Tur; all you have to do is send out the invitations. Your wedding clothes are ready and have been fitted, right? Maya asked again.
"already ma"
"It's already tan; take it easy. Nuril and Fathur spoke together.
"Okay, you guys eat first; it's this afternoon. What do you want to make? Mama didn't cook much just now, just balado shrimp. Do you want to cook flour chicken? Maya asked her children and future sons-in-law.
"No need, ma'am, let Nuril cook it," replied Nuril again. She didn't feel comfortable letting her future mother-in-law cook food for Fathur when he was at home.
"Oh, well, then let Mama continue with Mama's work. Oh, yes, if you guys go, don't go right away; tell Mom first, because Mom wants to get an invitation for your wedding. Maya said again because she wanted to leave invitations for the two people related to holding the party tomorrow.
"With whom, ma'am? Fathur asked.
"Oh, with Mama's friend. And, ah, I'll see you later. Maya said it again. He didn't want to be a burden, but, after all, Nuril would know later.
"Oh, that's fine. Then let's eat first, ma'am. Said Fathur, given a nod by Nuril.
"Okay, eat lots, honey. Maya said to Nuril again while stroking Nuril's head dearly.
"Oh, yes, papa, where is ma? Fathur asked
"Papa? He's going with his friend, if I'm not mistaken. Oh, yes, he said he also met Maudy's father. Didn't Maudy go to Jakarta, Ril?  I asked Maya again.
Yes, mom, why mom? Nuril asked
"Oh, it's okay. Mom, I'm just asking, he said.
"Oh, yes, mom. Answer Nuril too. He was reluctant to extend because he also did not know what Maya's mother would discuss with him.
Maudy had arrived at the station, and she was contacting Rein because the man had not yet been seen appearing behind the stopped train carriage. Only just. Maudy looked here and there until a voice called her.
"Dy,"
Maudy looked back to find Rein standing behind her.
"Oh, where were you? Did you just come down or what? How come I didn't see you?" she asked.
"That's it; I just went to the toilet for a while and bought some food. I'm starving," chuckled Rein.
"What do you want to eat?" she asked.
"Did you buy some bread? Rein said he was showing his meal.
"Hey, let me take you to a nice place to eat. I know a nice place, Nuril, and I used to like to go there. He said this and then grabbed Rein's hand, until finally they half ran out of the station. Rein, who saw that, looked at his and Maudy's hands, which were touching and holding hands. They were close, but never this close, and it felt like Rein's heart was going to explode; so far he had been holding himself back. But if Maudy doesn't feel what he feels, then Rein intends to make Maudy fall in love with him.
"Dy," Rein called
"Hmm, why?" Maudy also asked because he didn't turn around and just mumbled without saying anything to Rein.
"Slow down, hem, I'm still tired. Hem, let's just go slowly, okay? How about it? You're in a real hurry, aren't you? Rein asked too.
"Oh, it's okay, Rein. You're still tired, aren't you? Sorry," Maudy put her hands together in front of her chest and then smiled, so Rein didn't want to be angry with her.
"No, but just take it slow, because I still have to gather energy. Rein said then, and Maudy also smiled. Not far from there, someone watched again, until the sad look was replaced with a smile.

Arga was just sitting in a cafe when a call came into his cell phone. He answered immediately without hesitation because it was from Sean.
Yes, se," he said.
"Where are you?" asked Sean directly, without preamble.
"Outside," he replied, because he was indeed outside.
"Who with?" he asked.
Alone, he answered. He looked at his device and then put it back to his ear again. What's wrong? Arga asked again.
"I'm alone too; let me come to you; I'll pick you up, will you?" asked Sean Fishing.
"Hmm, no need, deh. I'm just coming; where are you? asked Arga directly.
"In a cafe, not far from the road to work, is my office. Obviously,
"Okay, wait for me there! Arga ordered, as if he were ordering his employees, who were none other than his best friend.
After ending the call, Arga finally moved and accidentally encountered a pair of human children who were entering a food stall, holding hands. Arga didn't want to make a fuss; he immediately left there. He was sure that he would meet that woman again, no matter how they met, because if it was fated, wherever he wanted to go, it would still be the same. Arga has that confidence in himself. Not long after, Arga arrived where Sean was waiting for him.
"Sorry, it took a long time. Arga said
"Relax," replied Sean.
"How long have you been? Arga asked again, but Sean shook his head.
"No, it's just that I passed by here by chance. So I just needed a friend; that's why I called you. He said it, making Arga raise his eyebrows, reluctant to believe what Sean said.
"Since when did you become so caring like this, Se? Arga asked
"Why? I can't pay attention to my friends, right? Sean asked, but Arga just shook his head.
"No, I know you. And you are the same; don't be too visible, Se, but I always appreciate it. Thank you, Se." Arga replied with a smile after what he said; even though he was sometimes ignorant, Sean was the same. They actually protect each other in their own ways.
"You must have seen Maudy," chuckled Arga without preamble, even though he knew that Sean would not be surprised. Still, Arga's guess made Sean uncomfortable.
"I didn't do it on purpose," he dodged, and he immediately took a sip of his drink, making Arga chuckle.
"Just relax, Se. Arga said it again, but Sean was silent.
"S,"
"No, if you're still in love, chase it. Don't be like a fool or an idiot who doesn't have anything. I'm tired of seeing you look fine, even though you're not. It was clear that Sean immediately made Arga ask the same thing by raising one eyebrow.
"What do you mean? You're not tired yourself, are you pretending? Arga asked too.
"I never pretend; I don't show it in front of you, but I don't pretend like you, Ga. If I have to cry, I'll cry. If not, then I won't. But I've cried enough for now. What's more, what can I do? I'm even tired of shedding tears; my work is drunk, and I drink all the time, from night to morning and back again from morning to night. I feel like it's always night. Where have I pretended? If not,  I do not know. "So far, what I've seen is that you're always pretending; if you're not sure, don't do it anymore," said Sean, explaining that he wanted Arga to express all his emotions. But he didn't want to hurt Arga by keeping all his hatred in his heart, because it was no longer of any use.
"I don't know how to take it out, Se. I'm afraid that what I take out will only hurt those who are near me more. Sometimes I think that the people around me will suffer because of me, and if I have to suffer, not the people I care about will suffer, just me. I've had enough of making everyone curse, not the ones I love. Arga didn't realise it; holding back her tears wouldn't bring anything back, so she consciously cried, let out all the tightness in her chest, and let out everything she felt until, without realising it, she was already sobbing. They don't need to be afraid of other people knowing because they are in a private room, a private room that they usually book. This cafe is quite magnificent; there is a VIP room, and together with the restaurant next door, Sean's friend is the owner, so they don't need to be afraid to do anything here if they have booked a place.
"I'm scared, Se. I'm really scared. Sean sighed. He didn't have anything to say. He had succeeded in making Arga cry, and that wasn't bad because he was able to understand Arga after all this.
"You don't need to be strong, and I don't need to pretend to be comforting or anything that really doesn't need to be done; I just need to call you, and you just need to cry; I don't need to hug you to relieve all your pain, right? It's enough that I'm here, and listening to all your complaints is my skill as a friend, and I'll thank you for that later, Ga, if you manage to let it all go and get the courage and confidence to get Maudy back. And I only saw Maudy alone earlier. Sean said, explaining his meaning and telling what he actually saw.
"I saw him at the station earlier; I happened to have a meeting and was taking my client to the airport. Little did I know I was passing the train station; I was curious, and he was with someone—a man. Arga said with a chuckle, feeling funny and sad at the same time.
"No, I feel that he is also looking for his identity, so if you want, you can still be Arga and approach him with Arga. Until one day, if he remembers who he is and who you are, he won't be too hurt and blame his situation for not remembering you at all, and he also won't hate you too deeply for hiding something so fatal. Just don't lie to him anymore; be yourself and reveal who and how you met with your past slowly and try to use a careful approach," said Sean, making Arga face him with a careful look.
"What do you mean?"
"I'm not asking you to date him right away, but I'm asking you to do something right away, so you don't make him wait too long and you'll regret it. Clearly Sean again.
"But she's with a man, Se." Arga said, making Sean raise his eyebrows.
"What do you mean, you don't want to bother? If I gassed right away, why? Because the opportunity doesn't come twice, It's not necessarily his girlfriend. Sean said he felt that Arga was funny.
"Since when do we obey the rules? As long as she's not married, why not make her yours again? Don't take too long, Ga. He said it again.
