GOLDEN LINE: Union

“Do I have another choice than to wait for the Director to arrive?” Kierson seriously asked.
The person in front pressed his lips, thinking about what to answer that wouldn’t offend Kierson.
Having to see how Kierson intimidated the one to present the project, Harvey sighed. “You don’t have to answer that. Let him think of an answer himself,” he stated.
Kierson chuckled. “So disrespectful,” he whispered.
The door burst open.
Kierson looked at Vishnu who was slowly walking towards the seat that was reserved for him. He was looking at the Director indifferently. Behind Vishnu was Derrick. After Vishnu is seated, Noah enters the conference hall with Jane Draco.
Still, Kierson remained indifferent.
In Harvey’s calculation, this was supposed to be shaking his Boss’ temperance but after seeing Kierson doing all good, he remained on his seat. The people who were the reason why his Boss almost died had attended this meeting and were able to face Kierson without showing any guilt. Shameless bastards.
“Now that we’re complete, shall we start? I don’t have much time to spare. I have some prey to hunt,” Kierson said.
The man, who was assigned to discuss the financial and management sector for building the Law Firm, nervously nodded his head. “Y-Yes.”
Kierson seated languidly while looking at the man who was discussing the business proposal making the man feel intimidated. He was so stiff and uncomfortable. The Ferrer Master was looking at him like he was his prey and he said that he had some prey to hunt. The man shuddered in fear as he met those piercing eyes.
“This was supposed to be a social enterprise. Why are you only focusing on making a profit?” Kierson asked.
“That way, we could keep up with the market and investment will be doubled," Van answered.
“Are you sure you understand the concept of social enterprise?” Kierson irritatedly asked. “Don’t get me wrong, but I never asked for an investment. I am here to hear about how you could make it work for me but after hearing this, I believe this won’t work for the both of us. We have different objectives, and that’s enough reason for us to cancel this union,” Kierson said before he stood up.
“We still have a lot to say, Mr. Ferrer,” Alec shouted.
Kierson smiled as he looked at Alec. “Alec, was it?” he asked. Kierson bit his lower lip. “You’re definitely my type but I hate persistent bastards. Fuck off.”
Kierson walked out of the conference hall.
Harvey looked at his Boss and the people’s stupefied expressions. After this, gossip about his boss being gay would lurk around everywhere.
Harvey bowed his head. “I asked for your understanding. My boss wasn’t his usual self because of his cheating partner. Please forgive our rude attitude.”
Vishnu looked at Harvey and asked, “Partner?”
Harvey nodded. “Yes. They’ve been together for almost 9 years. He caught him cheating, just now,” he answered. “I believe I had to go. Take care!”
Harvey smirked. It was an impulse to make such an absurd story just now but he couldn’t help himself. Seeing how the bastard Vishnu goes on with his life made his blood boil. How could they be so well while Kierson suffered a lot? They should be suffering too. They must suffer a loss too as much as his friend suffered, or it would be better if they suffered a doubled loss. If making Vishnu believed that Kierson had a lover would torture his egoistic self, Harvey would be more willing to make up such lies.
Harvey tapped his boss’ back. “I am not satisfied,” he said.
Kierson looked at him. “About what?”
“About everything, Kierson! You should have punched them or killed them. I can vow your innocence in the court after,” Harvey answered.
“We can serve them for later. For now, let’s hunt our prey for tonight’s feast, Jane Draco,” Kierson declared. He grinned devilishly. “Anyway, I know you are well informed that they are working in the field of law and authorities, Harvey. They could control the whole court in just a snap.”
“I am very well informed. So how could we indict them when they could control justice?”
Kierson mounted his motor shortly after wearing his helmet. He looked at Harvey and gave him the other spare helmet. “If your enemy is above the law, all you need to do is to infringe their domain and put our people to work for them and dominate their internal force. Remember that no matter how firm they are, they still need a foot to remain standing.” He started the engine as Harvey mounted on his back. “It doesn’t matter if we did all the damage or not. As long as we did trivial damage to them, they could suffer a great loss if harmony was erred and the balance was destroyed.”
Harvey sighed as he wrapped his hands around Kierson’s waist. He was silently praying that Kierson wouldn’t have an episode while they were driving.
Kierson was currently suffering from trauma. He was afraid of riding cars and would shiver in fear every time he’d ride it. He was losing control and would seem to be so pitiful. Kierson was attending the session to overcome it but it never worked. The only thing that Kierson could ride was a motor.
Kierson drove past their company building and proceeded to drive on the way to the estate.
As they arrived, it could be seen that the guards were organized and well-mannered. The way Kierson ran the estate was more strict than his grandfather had ever been. There were armed men all over the place and there are various factions that roam around the hacienda every two hours.
Kierson became so cautious ever since the incident that happened three years ago killed his grandfather and almost took his life.
“So how do you plan to hunt, Jane Draco?” Harvey asked as soon as they arrived at the manor.
Kierson gave the motor’s key to one of his house’s attendants. “I heard that she had a child. Find out about the child of the traitor.”
Harvey furrowed his brows. “What the hell are you planning to do?”
Kierson laughed. “You can take it easy, dude. I won’t harm the child. But I will not promise not to harm Jane. Anyway, find out about it faster.”
Harvey massaged his temple. The thing that changed entirely about Kierson was his venomous attitude. If in the past, he’s shown you mercy, the current Kierson wouldn't bestow a second thought about torturing his prey, that even the closes to Kierson, Harvey feared.
Kierson sometimes gets out of control as if he thirsts for the sight of bloody hell. Once someone triggered that side of him, no one could ever stop him.
Harvey immediately contacted Kier about Kierson’s command and he immediately agreed. Harvey sighed. He certainly hoped Kier would take some time investigating Clientes Esclavos.
If Kier goes back now, only chaos would be bound to happen.
One insane person attracts one. Two insane people in his care would make him lose his sanity. And if he lost it, the Ferrer estate would be more ruthless than it had been. Harvey, after all, was the one who was maintaining the balance of the house. If he goes insane, Ferrer would go berserk.
