Someone sat beside her. Sienna’s head move to see who it is. It was Sienna who sat on an empty sea that Edon left out. Shinai placed her pen on top of the paper and looked at her. “Can I ask something?” There’s a pitch in her voice. Nai showed her a reaction that she can asked her about her query. Sienna then nodded her head. “Can you give this to Edon?” She handed her a letter and a heart shaped locket, a necklace was in her other hand. Nai was observing Sienna. Her gleaming eyes and her happy gaze, she moved the necklace back and forth. “Give this to him, okay? Don’t tell him where it’s from.” She stood up and fixed her skirt, she smothered it with her fingers. “Say. That it was from a secret admirer.” She stared at Shinai. “Thank you. I am thanking you in advance.” She smiled sweetly at her. “I’ll put my hope in you to do it. Thanks, Nai.” She turned and went back to her seat. Sienna unzipped her bag and placed it inside of it. It looks like Edon got himself a love letter and an admirer. She figured out it’s best to give it to him later. Her eyes, it started to watched out for his arrival back from the canteen. As she went to look towards the door, she locked eyes with Edon again. A smile on his face, his face lit up once they met eyes and then he raised the cup containing a cold beverage in it which Nai immediately knows that it was an ice tea. There’s a lot of ice, just how exactly she likes her cold drink. She smiled at him. Jervy leaned to Edon’s shoulder and plastered a smile at her too. She shook her head. It’s kinda ridiculous how it’s easy to flash a smile, but there’s something about that gesture that can make one feel such heart-warming feeling. Speaking of smiles, Shinai then started associating the smiles she saw from people. She started making connections on how people smile. People smiles, some of them genuine and others… They were fakes like the Channel bag she saw from the market. But nothing will beat an original one, it’s because it will always be real and authentic. An image popped in mind. And that’s the realest smile she ever saw from someone. She shook the image off her head. It’s a bad one. She’s been thinking about him when she knows she shouldn’t to do it. It should be shooed out of the system. “Why are you shaking your head?” Edon smiled before he was chuckling. He handed Nai the drink he had in his hand. “Thanks.” She quickly sipped the juice to cool her head. “It was just a bad thought.” She shared her words to him. “What do you mean a bad thought?” He sat. He stared at her doing some checking. “Are you sure you’re okay?” He gazed at her papers. “You need some help doing that?” He looks willing to do the work just to help her. She shook her head at him. “Nope. I can do this.” She tilted her head to check his face. “But, I’ll ask some assistance from you if I need one.” Edon showed her his thumb which she equalled it by touching his thumb with her own thumb. They both made a sound. Both were cheekily laughing while staring at each other. “Opps, sorry!” It was Sunny. She was staring at Ian. It looks Sunny spilled the drink on purpose along with the ice cubes on Ian. He was looking at her, furiously. Sunny ignored the look of anger she saw on his face and instead stormed out of the room without saying anything. Ian still gaping in shock, he threw his notes on Roone who just entered their classroom. It went flying straight towards Roone’s face. Nai and Edon stared at each other. They were looking confused as they both turned their heads back at Ian and Roone. Roone had this sassy look on his face. But what shocked the people was that Roone push Ian. The two of them started clinging unto each other’s body. Roone was pulled Ian’s hair. His other hand was free to latched on gripping his shoulders hardly. Ian was throwing punches on Roone’s back. The classroom was loud as the fight started to head up. Nai stood from her seat. She tried to stop the two. Shinai both touched them and she was trying her best to separate them, pushing them apart from each other. Someone pulled her and the exerted force pulled her, bumping towards someone’s body. She looked up. It was Silver who just pulled her. Shinai couldn’t get the memo. She couldn’t understand but she was amazed on how fast Silver was able to get her. They both stared at each other’s eyes. Her head turned, she had a glimpse of Edon and his extended hand that was left hanging. He pulled it back too. He put his the hand that was left untouched back to his pocket and went to pull Matthew instead, using his other hand. It’s insane how a fight started with just a mere ice tea drink. Shinai couldn’t foresee, she didn’t envision such circumstance can happen. It was fast. Ian throwing his notebook, the attacked was swift as it rushed towards Roone’s face. Shinai made a face. What a move! She took a step back away from Silver because she suddenly felt his body temperature with her own skin. She stared at Edon. He started a bold move for pulling Ian aside that the other’s joined too in stopping the fight . Their teacher came. She was fuming mad that she didn’t tried to stop the ruckus. She was shooting her anger on the two, walked towards her table situated at the front, and slammed the Atlas book she was holding on the table. Some flinched at the showed terror from Miss Cassidy. She then shouted, sending them off to the guidance office.
