"Why didn't anyone of you tell me this earlier", Jae-seong asked as she tried to figure out how to feel towards the information she just heard. "I just knew you wouldn't believe me when I explain my side of the story given that it happened not only once. I didn't even know that you would think I would drink past my limit on purpose. But when it happened to Ten, I knew I just had to tell you soon enough because other than the fact that we never deserved what happened to both me and Ten, you don't deserve to live thinking that you're not lovable or you're replaceable because Jae, you're not", Taeyong explained which made Jae-seong burst into tears. "Oh no, I'm sorry, was it something I said? Don't cry, please", Taeyong panicked. "No. It's just that I suddenly feel relieved knowing that I was wrong all along", Jae-seong responded as tears continued to run down her cheeks. "Why are you relieved for being wrong", Taeyong asked even though he already knew the answer. "I blamed the both of you all this time not knowing it was someone else's fault", Jae-seong answered making Taeyong's expression go blank. "Not quite the answer I was expecting but alright", Taeyong muttered. "Thank you so much Yongie", Jae-seong said standing up. "Where are you going", Taeyong asked standing up as well. "To go meet with Yuta", Jae-seong answered making Taeyong hold unto her wrist. "Why? Are you sure", he asked with panic evident in his eyes. "Yes I'm sure", Jae-seong answered holding Taeyong's hand for reassurance. "But why? After everything", Taeyong asked still confused. "I want to break it off personally and I want to at least hear his side of the story", Jae-seong responded before removing Taeyong's grip. "Alright, I trust you. I'll drive you and I promise to not intervene", Taeyong said as he held his right hand up with the other on his chest. "Alright then, I'll just freshen up. Meet you outside", Jae-seong replied before heading upstairs. “But are you sure”, Taeyong asked as soon as they entered the car. “Oh come on”, Jae-seong said laughing. “I just wanna know if you are sure sure, like sure sure sure”, Taeyong continued to ask making Jae-seong laugh harder. “That’s more sure than I have ever been in my entire life”, Jae-seong jokes as they left the mansion. A short drive later, they finally reached the convenience store near Yuta’s place. By the glass window, she saw Yuta sitting down with her luggage just by his side. “Signal when you need me”, Taeyong said as Jae-seong exited the car. She immediately made her way inside greeting Yuta. "I'm so sorry", Yuta immediately said the moment he saw Jae-seong. "That's not what I'm here for", Jae-seong sternly said as she sat down in front of him. "My decision is final. I just want to know your side of the story", Jae-seong continued as she settled down. "I... I'm sorry. I can't really explain what went on inside my head as I did those things but what's certain is that I got real obsessed to the thought of making you mine. I intentionally made Taeyong drink past his limit knowing that he has low alcohol tolerance and when he gets drunk he turns mad. I hired girls to swoon over him and had a script for them to say whenever you would call", Yuta explained without having the heart to look at her. "And with Ten", Jae-seong asked. "My anger worsened when I found out about you two. I saw you two at the pool that night by the way that's why I asked you", Yuta confessed chuckling shocking Jae-seong. "How? Why? What", Jae-seong asked continuously. "I saw you exit your room and decided to follow you, I was about to leave when you made a scene back there", Yuta chuckled as he remembered the scenario that got stuck in his head for probably months. "I'm sorry", Jae-seong responded as she covered her face in embarrassment. "No, it's nothing you should be sorry about", Yuta said as he removed her hands on her face. "I'm sorry Jae, for everything. I was blinded by my emotions that I completely disregarded yours. I know what I did was wrong and it took me years to realize it and wake up from it. I now know what I have to do and that is to stay away from you. Best of luck on your career and I know you'll be successful Jae. Thank you for everything", Yuta now said as Jae-seong tears streamed down from her eyes. "Thank you too. And I hope you succeed someday as well", Jae-seong responded which made Yuta smile. The two sat in silence after their exchange of farewells with only the sounds of their environment audible to them. Although it was a painful goodbye to others' perspective, to the both of them it was a new beginning and the start of the rest of their lives apart.
