"What's with that smile", Jae-seong asked getting weirded out. "Articles are already out", her manager answered handing her the phone. "Well, what did I tell you", Jae-seong responded chuckling. "Oh and Taeyong wants to talk to you", her manager said just before Jae-seong retunred her phone. "Oh? About what", Jae-seong asked as she settled down by the mirror. "No idea. Wanted to personally talk to you about it", her manager answered shrugging. "Can I borrow your phone then", Jae-seong asked extending both her hands towards her manager. "Better make it quick, you're needed back at the company", her manager responded placing the phone on her hands. "What is it that you wanted to talk about", Jae-seong asked as soon as Taeyong picked up the call. "Oh hey there Jae, you looked great", Taeyong responded suddenly complimenting her. "Yongie", Jae-seong called him out as if telling him to cut to the chase. "Fine fine I'll tell you tonight, I am kinda busy right now", Taeyong responded in defeat. "I knew you'd say that", Jae-seong teased giggling. "Why did you call me then", Taeyong asked frustratingly. "Just wanna hear compliments", Jae-seong answered in the most sarcastic way as she started laughing. "Really Jae? Compliments? Really", Taeyong asked internally face palming himself. "Nah nah just wanna hear someone else's voice to fully shake off my nervousness", Jae-seong laughed at Taeyong's reaction. "Well alright then, see you tonight at home", Taeyong said just before ending the call. "Time to go back", her manager said tapping Jae-seong's shoulder as she reached for her phone back. After a short conversation with her producer at the company, she was sent home immediately. She was then taken home to Taeyong’s place by the company car. "You did great earlier", Jaehyun exclaimed as soon as Jae-seong entered by the door. "I was visibly shaking the whole time", Jae-seong responded as she fell to the floor with the lingering sensation of her body melting on the cold tiles. "Oh? Didn't even notice it. You were such a natural", Mark said giving her two thumbs up while Jaehyun quickly ran to her helping her stand back up. "And you are finally gonna make your debut! I'm so proud of you", Jaehyun exclaimed the very moment Jae-seong got back up on her feet. "What's the title? Give us some spoilers here", Mark asked a little bit too enthusiastically. "Nope! You have to wait like everyone else", Jae-seong teased laughing. "What did I miss", Taeyong asked entering the door making everyone shift their attention to him. "Nothing much! It's us who needs some catching up on you now", Jae-seong answered greeting Taeyong with a bright smile. "Let's talk about everything over dinner", Taeyong responded waving his hand in front of his face. "Great timing! I just finished cooking dinner", Jaehyun exclaimed upon realizing that he still has some business in the kitchen. "Let's go", Taeyong smiled as he lead the way. "So how was Japan", Mark asked as they started eating. "Other than the weather, still the same as when we went there", Taeyong answered laughing. "But what is it that you wanted to talk about Yongie", Jae-seong now asked making Jaehyun and Mark fall silent out of curiosity. "Remember when we went to that temple that grants wishes in a curse type", Taeyong asked as they nodded their heads. "And remember when Yuta wrote down his wish", Taeyong continued to ask. "Well of course, we don't even know if it came true already", Jaehyun answered as the others nodded agreeing. "I went there and took the risk of reading his wish", Taeyong said gaining mixed reactions. "So you mean to tell me that you spent the time to find his wish", Jae-seong asked completely dumbfounded by the fact that he went through the trouble out of curiosity. "Well yeah, it really wasn't that hard to find. I remembered exactly where he placed the folded paper plus I wrote a mark on it before we left", Taeyong explained shrugging. "So sneaky, me likey", Mark reacted gaining laughs from the rest. "So what was his wish", Jae-seong asked as the laughter died down. "For your happiness", Taeyong answered in a low voice. "Wow", Jaehyun muttered as he rested his back on the chair as he was taken aback of the sudden information. "So my happiness will be cursed", Jae-seong asked dumbfounded yet again. "The one who wishes gets the curse", Taeyong answered making her let out a sigh of relief. "So in order for you to obtain that happiness, everything he has hidden must be unveiled which then will grant his wish but in return will never get to be near you ever again", Mark suddenly added to Taeyong's statement as he stared unto nothingness with a blank expression. "Since when did you get this smart", Jaehyun teased. "Am I right", Mark asked now facing Jae-seong completely ignoring Jaehyun. "Pretty much", Jae-seong answered with a bitter smile as she faced down and stared at her food. "Someone's feeling guilty again", Mark said mindlessly seeing Jae-seong's reaction to his statement. "No dummy", Jae-seong responded punching Mark by the arm. "Then what is with that face", Jaehyun now asked. "I don't really know. But this will eventually pass. I can't afford to feel stuff like this right now when I have so much to do and a lot of other things to worry about", Jae-seong said immediately shifting her mood from a zero to a hundred in an instant making it look as if she just flipped a switch. "You don't have to invalidate your own emotions", Taeyong said but only gaining a smile from her. And after everything I've been through, I only came to a realization that my feelings doesn't serve importance to the entirety of my identity since I was made to feel less.
