Chapter 108 Just Like In the Beginning

With Ran's assistance and quick driving, Slyvester arrived at the boarding house. However, despite this, his heart continued to pound with fear. He dreaded returning home without the woman he adored.
Slyvester entered the house, struggling to catch his breath and with his heart racing. As he walked in, he spotted Ryan descending the stairs with a large suitcase.
Slyvester's heart shattered upon realizing that Terban’s words were valid - the woman he loved was leaving without a word to him. He couldn't fathom how Ryan could simply depart without speaking to them. He couldn't help but imagine how worse it would have been if Terban hadn't informed him.
Although seething with anger, Slyvester knew he could never stay mad at the woman he loved.
Ryan was surprised and taken aback by Sylvester's sudden outburst. She was unsure how to respond as Sylvester cried, "Are you really going to leave without talking to me."
Ryan had thought that Sylvester would be the first one who wanted Ryan to leave that house. He looked at Sylvester with empathy as he tried to comprehend the situation.
Sylvester's sobs made it clear that he was feeling many emotions. "I'm sorry," Sylvester whispered. "I regret what I said. I should have listened to your explanation. I was just...overcome by jealousy. I'm sorry, Ryan." Ryan could hear the sincerity in Sylvester's voice and felt empathy towards her boyfriend.
"I'm waiting for you to return so we can have a proper conversation," Ryan spoke slowly.
"Why did you leave without discussing it with me? Can you really leave without seeing me first? Can you really do that?"
Ryan was confused by what she heard. She was preparing to move to another boarding house, but how Slyvester reacted made it seem like she was moving to another country.
"I'll see you when I return," Ryan explained.
"When? When?!" Slyvester shouted. He quickly ran to Ryan and then hugged her tightly.
Although she's confused, Ryan finds the warmth she's been missing.
"Don't go. Don't leave me," Slyvester begged.
Ryan gasped at the boyfriend's excessive reaction. "Aren't you the one who wants me to leave the boarding house? And besides, we will see each other every day. What's going on with you, Slyvester?"
Tears stopped falling from Slyvester’s eyes. Even the raising and lowering of his shoulders halted. Holding Ryan’s shoulders, he pushed her gently and then watched the girl's surprised reaction.
Then Slyvester asked, "Aren’t you going to go to another country?"
"Huh?" Ryan gasped. "Who said that?"
"Terban."
"I won’t!"
It took them seconds to realize that they were being pranked.
"That god*mn bast*rd, f*cking sh*t, son of a b*tch, f*ck that fre*king assh*le,” Slyvester cursed while thinking of Terban.
Ryan’s eyes almost popped in shock. She never heard her boyfriend swear like this!
"Y-You know how to swear like that?" she asked.
Slyvester shyly looked at her. "I do swear a lot before. It only lessened when you came."
Ryan narrowed her eyes at him. She pinched her boyfriend's cheeks as punishment.
"Ahhh!" Slyvester winced.
"Bad," she complained. "Don't curse like that anymore."
Slyvester removed Ryan’s hand from his cheeks. "Then cleanse it."
"Huh?" The moment she opened her mouth, Slyvester pressed his lips to hers.
She almost fell over because of the sudden force that took over her lips. But Slyvester’s hand went on her back to support her weight. He pressed his tongue into the seam of her lips, seeming to savor every nook and cranny.
He said he wanted her to clean his mouth. But the way he kisses, it is as if Slyvester does the cleaning instead. His tongue swirled around her, groaning, "Hmmmmm," as he gently sucked her wet sticky tongue. He tilted his face to the other position whenever he lost his breath. Then he bit her lower lip as if it was a sweet cotton candy.
The longer the kiss, the faster and more profound the kiss. They hadn't seen each other for a few days, so even their bodies longed for each other.
It's just a kiss. But that kiss resolved how Ryan realized her feelings for Slyvester when he first kissed her.
Now his hands traveled on her back. It simply goes inside her T-shirt. "Hmmmm," Ryan flinched at his touch. She let go of the luggage. And because it hadn't been closed properly, the clothes and stuff she had worked so hard to cram into the suitcase burst open.
"Oh!" she gasped.
They parted their lips and then looked at the scattered clothes.
Then they looked at each other, laughing that even if four were not there to stop them from kissing, the luggage would prevent them from going further.
"I love you," Ryan whispered, leaning her forehead to him.
"I love you more," Slyvester smiled before kissing his girlfriend again. But...
"Stop!" the four villains, who ran back to the boarding house, shouted simultaneously.
Ryan's POV
With the help of the four, Slyvester and I reconciled. We had a good talk and resolved the misunderstanding. And I also told him about my conversation with his father.
Even if our talk would only solve some things, improvements still exist. At least, we don’t need to worry about his father as we did before.
Today is my last day in the boarding house with the five men.
I will move to the new boarding house where all my roommates are ladies. Of course, this is a good news for me and Slyvester. Thanks to this, Kyle, Vincent, Chaylen, and Terban will stop bullying my boyfriend.
Aside from that, Slyvester and I can date anytime with no one to bother us.
However, I'm still a little bit sentimental.
Looking around, I remembered the unforgettable memories I had with the five. It felt like ages since I first came here and introduced myself. Now, it's time to say goodbye.
"Have you put all your things in the new house yet?" Kyle asked.
I was standing near the door, next to Slyvester, who would take me to the new residence.
"Yup!" I answered with a smile. I want to give emotional messages to everyone, but I don't think it's necessary. We will meet again at school. And even if they still have feelings for me until now, we consider each other friends. That's the coolest part.
"It's sad," Chaylen sighed. "You'll be tired again when b..." He couldn't finish what he would say because Vincent elbowed him in the stomach. "Ugh!"
Innocently smiling at me, Vincent spoke, "You’re lucky to have Slyvester. He’s good at lifting things."
I didn’t know why Vincent had to bring that up. Even so, I smiled at him. ‘He was always mysterious since day one.’
"Why are you all so emotional? We'll see each other again," Terban complained. He raised his hand and shooed us away. "Hurry up and leave! I have something else to do."
Slyvester and I looked at each other and smiled. Finally, we will achieve the freedom we want.
"Let's go?" Slyvester offered his arm.
I put my hand on his arm and nodded. "Hmm, let's go."
We started to walk. However...
'Ring ring!'
My phone rang and we stopped walking. I grabbed my phone from my pocket and answered a call from the school’s management.
"Hello?"
[Miss Ryan, are you on your way to your new boarding house?]
"Yes. Why?"
[Oh, I'm sorry. It looks like your transfer won't go through. The student who was supposed to leave had changed her mind. She decided to stay.]
My eyes widened. 'No! This is wrong! It can't be!'
"W-Why?" Slyvester asked, startled by my reaction.
"B-But I've already moved my stuff!" I shouted. "You mean I can't move there?"
Slyvester’s eyes widened.
["I apologize, Miss Ryan. Unfortunately, we do not have any vacancies available at this time. We will keep your application on file and contact you in the future if a suitable position becomes available. Have a pleasant day."] The call ended abruptly, dashing my hopes.
I turned to face the four men behind me. Three of them were grinning, seemingly aware of the outcome.
"I told you it was a waste of time to relocate," Chaylen chuckled.
"Slyvester will help you move your things again," Vincent quipped, repeating his earlier remark.
'So, they already know this.'
"It turns out that my forcing the girl to stay at her boarding house also paid off," Chaylen proudly said.
"Y-You..." I stuttered, dumbfounded.
"In that case, you forced the student to stay in the boarding house?! So that Ryan can't move?!" Slyvester shouted furiously.
"We deserve praise, right?" Vincent said with a psychotic smile.
"What are you doing?!" Terban complained at the three. "Why don't you let them go?! Don't you hate it when they flirt in front of us?!"
Kyle forged a cough. Then he whispered loudly to Terban, "Then what do you choose? Have them flirt in front of you, and stop them? Or have them flirt in another place where you don't know what they will do next?"
Terban blinked swiftly, thinking deeply. "On second thought," he said. "It's better that you stay here."
"Welcome!" Kyle greeted me. "I'm Kyle!"
"My name is Chaylen." Chaylen winked at me.
"I'm Vincent."
"Sounds cheesy," Terban complained but joined in. "Anyway, I'm Terban, your childhood friend."
"Welcome to the boarding house, Ryan McGuffin," Kyle said sweetly.
And the man next to me loudly shouted, "NOOOOOOOOOOO!"
Again, my name is Ryan McGuffin. Because of my name, I ended up in a boarding house where five rich men lived together.
Although my boyfriend is now one of them, the next chapter of my life will not be peaceful.
'Damn it.'
