Chapter 44 The Rise of the Dark Guardians

The Mortal Celestial Guardians, Xylo, and the Celestial Guardians looked up at the Destroyer's ship in horror. They knew that they were facing a new and even more dangerous threat.
The Destroyer was an ancient and powerful being. He had been defeated once before, but he had returned now, stronger than ever.
The Destroyer's ship landed on the planet, and a ramp extended to the ground. The Destroyer stepped out of his ship, followed by a group of figures who looked exactly like Nel, Kevin, and Jamaica.
"What are they?" Nel asked.
"They are my Dark Guardians," the Destroyer said. "They are replicas of you, created with your own DNA. They have all of your powers, but they are under my control."
The Mortal Celestial Guardians, Xylo, and the Celestial Guardians were not shocked by the presence of the Dark Guardians, as they had fought them before and killed them. However, they were concerned that the Destroyer had been able to recreate them.
"Why have you returned?" Aion asked the Destroyer. "We defeated you once before."
"I have returned to finish what I started," the Destroyer said. "I will destroy the universe, and you cannot stop me."
The Destroyer and his Dark Guardians charged at the Mortal Celestial Guardians, Xylo, and the Celestial Guardians. A battle broke out, and the two sides fought fiercely.
Nel, Kevin, and Jamaica fought their Dark Guardian counterparts. The Dark Guardians were just as powerful as they were, and the battle was evenly matched.
Xylo fought alongside the Mortal Celestial Guardians. He used his vast knowledge of combat to help them defeat their opponents.
Aion led the Celestial Guardians against the Destroyer. The Destroyer was a powerful foe, but Aion was able to hold his own.
The battle raged on for hours. Neither side could gain an advantage.
Finally, the Destroyer saw an opening. He blasted Aion with a powerful energy beam, knocking him to the ground.
The Destroyer was about to deliver the finishing blow when Nel, Kevin, and Jamaica stepped in front of Aion.
"You'll have to go through us first," Nel said.
The Destroyer laughed. "You are no match for me," he said. "I am the Destroyer, and I am invincible."
The Destroyer attacked Nel, Kevin, and Jamaica. They fought bravely, but they were outnumbered and outmatched.
Just when it seemed that the Destroyer was about to win, Xylo stepped in. He used his teleportation powers to teleport himself and the Destroyer to a remote planet.
"Why did you do that?" Nel asked Xylo.
"I had to get the Destroyer away from you," Xylo said. "He was too powerful for you to defeat."
"But now you're stuck with him," Kevin said.
"I know," Xylo said. "But I'm willing to make the sacrifice to protect you and the universe."
Xylo turned to face the Destroyer. "I will not let you destroy the universe," he said.
The Destroyer laughed. "You are no match for me," he said. "I am the Destroyer, and I am invincible."
The Destroyer and Xylo charged at each other. A battle broke out, and the two sides fought fiercely.
The Mortal Celestial Guardians, Nel, Kevin, and Jamaica, watched from the sidelines. They knew that Xylo was their only hope.
Xylo and the Destroyer fought fiercely on the remote planet. They were evenly matched, and neither side could gain an advantage.
The Destroyer was a powerful being, but Xylo had the advantage of speed and agility. He was able to dodge and weave around the Destroyer's attacks, and he countered with his own powerful blows.
The battle raged on for hours, and both sides were starting to tire. But neither Xylo nor the Destroyer was willing to give up. They knew that the fate of the universe depended on the outcome of this battle.
Finally, Xylo saw an opening. He blasted the Destroyer with a powerful energy beam, knocking him to the ground.
Xylo teleported over to the Destroyer and stood over him, his sword raised. He was ready to deliver the killing blow.
But then, the Destroyer smiled.
"You think you've won?" he asked. "You're wrong."
The Destroyer's eyes glowed red, and he released a powerful energy blast. Xylo was caught off guard, and he was blown back several meters.
The Destroyer got to his feet and laughed. "You're no match for me," he said. "I am the Destroyer, and I am invincible."
Xylo knew that the Destroyer was right. He was no match for the Destroyer's raw power. But he refused to give up.
Xylo stood up and faced the Destroyer once again. "I will not let you win," he said. "I will fight you until my last breath."
The Destroyer smiled. "Very well," he said. "Then perish."
The Destroyer charged at Xylo, and the two sides clashed once again.
Meanwhile, on the planet where the Mortal Celestial Guardians, Nel, Kevin, and Jamaica were located, the Dark Guardians were attacking them.
The Dark Guardians were just as powerful as the Mortal Celestial Guardians, and the battle was evenly matched.
Nel, Kevin, and Jamaica fought bravely, but they were outnumbered and outmatched. They were slowly being pushed back by the Dark Guardians.
Just when it seemed that the Dark Guardians were about to win, a portal opened in the sky. Aion and the Celestial Guardians stepped out of the portal and joined the battle.
With the Celestial Guardians on their side, the Mortal Celestial Guardians were able to turn the tide of the battle. They began to push the Dark Guardians back.
The Dark Guardians realized that they were losing, and they retreated through the portal.
Aion and the Celestial Guardians closed the portal behind them.
The Mortal Celestial Guardians, Nel, Kevin, and Jamaica were victorious. They had defeated the Dark Guardians.
But they knew that the danger was not over. The Destroyer was still out there, and he was more powerful than ever.
They looked up at the sky and wondered where Xylo was.
Back on the remote planet, Xylo and the Destroyer continued to fight.
The battle was still evenly matched, and neither side could gain an advantage.
Xylo knew that he couldn't keep this up for much longer. He was starting to tire, and the Destroyer was still going strong.
Xylo needed to find a way to defeat the Destroyer quickly. But how?
Xylo looked around the battlefield, searching for anything that could help him.
Then, he saw it. A large rock formation was located nearby.
Xylo had an idea. He used his teleportation powers to teleport himself to the top of the rock formation.
The Destroyer saw Xylo move, and he followed him to the top of the rock formation.
"What are you up to?" the Destroyer asked.
Xylo smiled. "I'm about to end this," he said.
Xylo raised his hands and began to gather energy. He was going to use all of his remaining power to launch a final attack on the Destroyer.
The Destroyer laughed. "You're wasting your time," he said. "Nothing can harm me."
Xylo ignored the Destroyer. He continued to gather energy.
When he was ready, Xylo unleashed a massive energy beam at the Destroyer.
The energy beam hit the Destroyer with full force, and he screamed in pain. He was knocked off the rock formation and fell to the ground below.
Xylo teleported down to the ground and stood over the Destroyer. The Destroyer was lying on the ground, defeated.
Xylo raised his sword.
