After Tamahome and Ramon survived the grenade explosion, their colleagues immediately responded. On each floor there was a fierce clash between Ythan's men against Ramon's men and the police. They thought the situation was in their favor until their colleagues were gradually exhausted. Tamahome and Ramon fought together despite their mourning. Anger flared up in their respective hearts. Right now, their fight is not only for Freya and Jackson but also for their fallen comrades. "Your majesty, this is the last room," Tamahome said. "Prepare yourself. We don't know what kind of trap Ythan has prepared," said Ramon. "Tamahome," he said. "Why, your majesty?" asked Tamahome. "Thank you very much for the organization that is like no other. Thank you for always betting your life, you can only follow my orders and instructions. Whatever we face inside, expect us to fight together," said Ramon. "It is my duty to serve you, your majesty. I will do everything, just to protect you." Tamahome gestured to Ramon. "Alright, open it," Ramon replied. Tamahome gently opened the door with a metal object. It took a few minutes before he finally removed the lock. "Now, we're good to go," Tamahome whispered. What he and Ramon went through was no joke. They sustained minor injuries on their arms and thighs. However, there was no reason for the two of them to retreat, especially since they knew they weren't the only ones inside that building. "Get your flashlight, Tamahome," Ramon ordered in a very low voice. "I'm sorry your majesty but I can't follow your order now. We need to embrace the darkness for now until we see where Ythan and his hostages are," Tamahome explained in a whisper. Ramon understood immediately. "Are we going to walk like this, forever?" Ramon asked. He started to feel exhausted because of the pain coming from his wounds. Tamahome faced Ramon. "Are the wounds you got hurting now?" he asked. "Yes and it's making me feel uncomfortable," Ramon replied. Tamahome held Ramon's shoulder and slowly sat him down. "You have done enough. You are here first, your majesty. I will go around this room first," he said. "Tamahome, it's not possible. I'll come with you," said Ramon. He closed his eyes tightly when he felt blood coming out of his wounds. "Why now?" he said to himself. "I'm fine, your majesty. Don't worry. I'll take care of myself. Please, your majesty. Listen to me if you want to see and apologize to your nephew." Tamahome didn't wait for his master's response. He walked away. "Be careful, Tamahome. Guide him, Lord," Ramon said with his eyes closed. Tamahome had not been far from Ramon when the door suddenly opened violently. He turned around at the door, so did Ramon. Beads of sweat dripped from his forehead. He closed his eyes when suddenly there was light in the room. The nervousness in his chest disappeared when he heard what was said. "You need to get out of this room. It's up to us to deal with the suspect and his crew," said a police officer. He knows Tamahome but he doesn't like his technique and the shape of his tongue. Ramon and Tamahome looked at each other. Tamahome's eyes seemed to ask questions and Ramon miraculously understood that. "We are too tired to stop. I will go with you. Call the medics. Mr. Oligario needs immediate treatment." Tamahome looked at Ramon. "You need to go with me, then. Tamahome, you have proven yourself. Your wounds are also bleeding," Ramon said while looking at his arm and thigh. "I'm okay with it, Mr. Oligario. You don't need to w—" "It's an order, Tamahome!" Ramon yelled. Right now, it doesn't matter to him who can save his nephew. The life of his loyal staff is now more important. "But, your majes– Mr. Oligario..." Tamahome couldn't call Ramon his majesty in front of his peers. Everyone looked at the wall when Ythan's face suddenly appeared there. The light coming from the projector shines brightly in the dark room. "Get out of here," said a man. He was the one who brought the projector to life but what everyone wondered about was why his body was tied to the chair. "What nonsense is this?" said a policeman. "I want to congratulate you for reaching the top of this building! That's great! You managed to defeat my men!" Ythan clapped as he looked at the camera. The video that is playing now is recorded. "Then Freya is not here," said Ramon. He smiled. "Mr. Marcus is really good to play with." He burst out laughing. "What a waste of time and fatigue," Tamahome whispered. "Why didn't I think of this sooner?" He looked at the cell phone that was on the table, next to the projector. "He left his phone here. They are from here." "I know how disappointed you are right now. I'm sorry, huh! I'm not stupid enough not to know that many of you will rush to this building! Anyway, you must all be kind and have hearts of gold. I'm sure you're going to heaven." Ythan laughed out loud. He moves the camera to the unconscious Jackson and Freya. "If you can survive now, you still have a chance to save these two. By the way, my wife Rhea is also on her way here. I miss her so much, but of course, I will give the mother and daughter a moment first. Oh hey, start praying now. Goodbye!" Ythan said smiling. His staff had turned off the projector. "I betrayed my boss and this is my punishment. You have five more minutes to get out of this building," said the man. A policeman ran towards him. He was about to remove the rope from her body but he stopped him. "This is my destiny. Don't misunderstand me. With so many people whose lives have been ruined because of me, it's only right that I die here now." "What is that man talking about! Search this room! I can't believe Ythan isn't here! Find some secret doors or passageways! He's just deceiving us!" shouted a policeman. "Wait. Everyone, please keep quiet," one of the cops said. "Can you hear what I'm hearing?" "I already told you. Your lives are in danger," said the man laughing. Everyone fell silent and tried to find the source of the faint sound. "What is this?" Tamahome turned on the light and looked closely at the source of the sound. They turned to where Tamahome was when he suddenly shouted with wide eyes. "It's a…SHÍT! WE NEED TO GET EVERYONE OUT OF THIS BUILDING!" Tamahome yelled as he ran towards Ramon. ~~~ "Many of our men have died, your majesty," Uno reported while changing the ammunition of his gun. Jacob sat down panting. He tore the sleeve of his clothes and tied it around his bleeding arm. He was stabbed with a knife after they wrestled with Ythan's men. "We have killed many enemies. We are near the top of the building. I'm sure Ythan is hiding there," he said. Uno turned to Jacob. His eyes widened when he saw his bloody arm. "What happened, your majesty? Did you get hit by a bullet? Please forgive me! I didn't protect you," he said worriedly. "Don't worry too much, Uno. It's still far from my intestine. I didn't notice that one of Ythan's men was carrying a knife, so here it is. Fortunately, I shot him immediately. He might have stabbed me in the stomach and chest if I didn't hang my gun immediately," Jacob pointed out. "Is the area clear? Can we go out now?" he asked. Uno moved his eyes around. Thanks for the solar lights. Somehow there was light on the floor they were on. "We can now act, your majesty. I see no enemy," he said. Jacob checked the bullet of his gun. When he saw that there were more, he stood up. "Come on," he said. Jacob and Uno slowly walked towards the stairs. They immediately aimed their guns when they heard a rustling in the other corner of the room. They breathed a sigh of relief when they saw the police. They gestured. The police went up the stairs first and then Uno and Jacob followed. "I heard that Mr. Ramon Oligario is now heading towards the top tier of this building," one of the cops said. "Is he alone?" Jacob asked, worried. "Your Majesty, we have to hurry. Mr. Oligario cannot be harmed," Uno whispered. "Stay quiet. Ramon isn't easy to deal with. He can't get to the top if he's a weak creature," Jacob whispered. He turned to a policeman when he spoke. "Mr. Oligario isn't alone. Our colleague Tamahome is with him. He's in good hands. We have to hurry so we can help them. We don't know what awaits us at the top of this building," he said. "You have a point. Ythan Marcus is an evil. He won't just give up." Jacob stopped climbing the stairs when his cell phone suddenly vibrated. He frowned but eventually he continued to climb. When his cell phone vibrated again, he moved to check it. "Your majesty, are you all right? Why do you look like you've seen a ghost?" Uno asked. Jacob looked up. He looked at the police. The distance between them and Uno is already far. "Come with me, Uno." "Yes? Where are we going? We are almost at the top of the building, Your Majesty. Are we going to give up now?" said Uno. "I just received a message from my brother's phone. Ythan is so stupid, he has revived Kuya Jackson's cell phone." Jacob hurried down the stairs. Every floor is now clear because they have killed Ythan's waiting staff there. Confused, Uno followed his master. "What's going on, your majesty?" he asked. "They're not here. I think it's just a trap. We have to get out of here. Call Set and Hulyo. I'm going to share my location with them. Tell them to follow us immediately when they read my chat." Jacob ran while going down the stairs. His clothes were soaked with sweat but he didn't care about that anymore. The other floor of the building was dark but suddenly his eyes had a strange glow. "Your majesty, take it easy! Maybe if it's possible–" "We're running out of time! The location of my brother's cell phone is close to here. Now, every second is crucial. Hurry up!" Jacob shouted. Uno did nothing but obey his master's orders even though he was very tired.
