Chapter 32 My inmate's Fiance' is my ex-boyfriend

Chapter 32
"Babe, why did you keep that a secret from me? Hasn't it always been our dream to have children?"
Jhanice was nervous.
"Why did you take Kelly as our son's surrogate mother? Aren't you the one who said she had a mental problem?" he smirked.
"Babe, she's been out of the mental hospital for a long time because she was cured then. We became friends and our communication continued until I thought of taking her as a surrogate mother and we agreed to pay her ten million," she articulated.
Adrian let out a deep sigh. He could not believe everything Jhanice revealed to him.
"Babe, aren't you happy that we have a child coming?"
Jhanice turned pale because Adrian's facial expression didn't seem to change.
"Ten million! Why did she lose her sanity again if she received such a large amount?" he interrogated.
"Babe, I feel sorry for Kelly because her boyfriend cheated on her. Her ruthless boyfriend stole her money and went with another woman," she burst into tears.
He felt sorry for Jhanice's grief.
Adrian suddenly lifted her up. "Babe, let's get married," Adrian suggested as he kissed her on her cheek in ecstasy.
"Is that true! We're getting married!" she chuckled.
"I'm going to be a daddy so we just have to fix our wedding."
Adrian's eyes twinkled like a star with excitement.
“Let’s go to Kelly because I can’t wait any longer
to see her belly, "Adrian said as he slowly lowered Jhanice to the floor.
"Babe, I have a plea for you," she pleaded.
Suddenly the excitement in Adrian's eyes disappeared.
"Babe, why? Is there a problem?" he wondered.
“Don’t be surprised if Kelly always confuses you as her boyfriend because she’s just eager to see the man she loves,” she warned.
"Don't worry because I understand how she feels. She needs love and she needs attention," he enunciated.
Meanwhile, Kelly was surprised when the van stopped in front of the MENTAL HOSPITAL. She was uneducated but she could read and understand.
"Why did you bring me here? I'm in the right frame of mind and I'm not as crazy as you think!" she yowled.
"Ma'am, your boss sent you here because she wanted you to be cured of your illness," the woman explained.
"I'm not mentally ill so let me out!"
Kelly struggled as the two men held her in her arms.
"Have mercy on me, I'm just a victim here!" she screamed.
The two men ignored her.
"This woman doesn't seem crazy," the man gossiped to his companion.
"Yes, but why did her boss send her here?"
The two men wondered as they slowly pulled Kelly out of the van.
"Please, let me go because I haven't lost my own sanity. I don't have any mental illness and most of all I'm not crazy!" she howled.
Three nurses picked them up.
"Is she the pregnant woman?" the nurse asked as she stared at Kelly.
Every meaningful stare of the nurses at Kelly made her nervous.
"Take her to her room," ordered the woman behind them.
Kelly looked at the source of the voice and she knew it was a doctor because of the stethoscope attached to her neck.
Kelly calmed herself because she strongly suspected that Jhanice was in cahoots with some nurses and doctors.
"Has Ma'am Khan called yet?" the doctor inquired.
"Doc, Ma'am Khan is always updating and in fact she will be here today," the nurse replied.
Kelly was nervous because she knew Jhanice was what the doctor had indicated.
"Take care of the pregnant woman," the doctor reminded and left.
The nurses took Kelly to an empty room. She was amazed because it was so clean and had its own kitchen and comfort room. The room has a large flat screen TV hanging on the wall and is fully air -conditioned.
"This will be your room," the nurse informed Kelly.
Kelly didn't utter a word as her attention was focused on the large chiller. It was filled with a variety of fruits that made her saliva drip.
"Do you want ripe mangoes?" the nurse smiled at her.
"Can I eat a lot? I'm very hungry," she begged the nurse.
"Yes, you can eat all the fruit in the chiller because it's all for you."
Kelly's saliva dripped even more and she was excited to taste all the fruit she saw.
The nurse approached the chiller and took three pieces of ripe mangoes and placed them on the plate.
“I chose the sweet mangoes because I knew your saliva was dripping from it,” the nurse said as she laid the plate on the table.
"Oh, thank you so much for this," Kelly said excitedly.
"I forgot the knife so wait for me here for a while."
The nurse hurried out of Kelly's room.
Kelly couldn't hold back anymore so she took a mango and quickly took a bite. The juices splattered on her clothes and face but she didn't care because she wanted to fill her stomach and be satisfied with what she ate. She peeked at the door but the nurse had not yet returned so she took the second mango and bit it.
"Is it delicious?" Kelly was surprised by the man's voice she heard so she immediately glanced at him.
"Babe, you're here!" Kelly quickly wiped her face with her palm.
Adrian smiled at her. He sees a lot of mango juice splattered on Kelly's clothes but he understands her because of her mental illness.
Kelly hugged Adrian.
"Babe, do you remember me? I'm your girlfriend and we're going to have a baby," Kelly let go of her hug to Adrian and pointed to her stomach.
"How's baby?" Adrian stroked Kelly's stomach.
"Babe, I'm happy because you already remember us," she mewled.
"Please don't cry that affects our baby's health," Adrian said while kissing Kelly's belly.
"Babe, get me out of here because I want to be with you," Kelly said with her pleading eyes.
"You have to get well before you can get out of there," Jhanice replied behind them.
Kelly's facial expression changed.
"Why are you here? Why did you imprison me? I have no mental illness so get me out of here!" Kelly was hysterical.
"I put you here because I want you to be healed, I'm just helping you because you're pregnant," Jhanice said in a low voice.
"Don't clean yourself up because you're a demon!" she ranted.
"Please calm down," Adrian hugged Kelly. He felt a strange warmth as if he was always hugging her.
"Babe, please stop that!" Jhanice's anger exploded because of her jealousy.
As Kelly heard what Jhanice said, she immediately suspected that Jhanice and Adrian had a secret relationship.
"I already know why you put me in a mental hospital because you have a secret relationship with Adrian!" she growled at Jhanice suspiciously.
