Chapter 43 My inmate's Fiance' is my ex-boyfriend

Chapter 43
Stephen approached Kelly and hugged her.
"Calm down and be strong because your babies still need you."
Kelly was sobbing.
"I need to see them I know they are still alive and I strongly suspect that Doña Helena and Jhanice hid them."
"That's right, you have to fight and I'm here ready to help you."
"Thank you so much for all your help to me, Stephen, I hope one day I can repay your kindness."
Kelly wiped her eyes and tried to smile at Stephen.
"Please don't look at everything I've done to you as a debt of gratitude," Stephen said as he loosened his grip on Kelly.
"I'm so lucky to have met someone like you."
Kelly smiled at Stephen.
"I'm the lucky one because you made my heart happy."
"You're the only one who changed me and gave me happiness," replied Stephen as he stared seriously at Kelly.
Meanwhile, Mr. C wants to return to Cebu where he met his daughter's mother, he wants to be sure if his daughter is really dead as Doña Helena told him.
"Don't go back there," Doña Helena advised calmly.
"I want to talk to the mother of my child, I want everything to be clear to me."
"You're just wasting your time there because your daughter is dead!" Doña Helena responded auspiciously.
"Please let me because I want to investigate myself so that I can make sure that the sole heir of my Company is really dead," Mr. C reasoned as his cheeks reddened.
Doña Helena did nothing but give in to Mr C. She booked a ticket to Cebu and immediately packed their things.
"Thank you very much for allowing me because after this I will take care of the Company," said Mr C in a cheerful voice.
"There is nothing more I can do but to give in to calm you down," replied Doña Helena, trying to calm her voice.
Doña Helena immediately booked a fancy Hotel and brought four body guards with them.
Two hours later they arrived in Cebu.
"It's been over twenty years since I've been back here," said Mr. C with obvious excitement.
Mr C's happy memories came back when he first met Donna, the mother of his daughter.
He didn't waste time and they immediately went to the province of Cebu.
Together with their bodyguards they tracked down Donna's small hut.
Mr. C quickly stepped forward to find out about their daughter.
They immediately noticed a boy about ten years old playing in front of the hut.
"Excuse me, I want to talk to Donna," Mr. C asked without hesitation.
The boy was stunned as he carefully observed Mr C. The boy immediately stood up and immediately entered the hut.
"Mommy!"
"An American is looking for you!"
They heard the child's loud voice outside while talking to someone inside.
The elderly woman immediately opened the window of the hut and peeked at those who were looking for her and hurried out.
"Why did you come back here? Haven't you forgotten about your daughter and me!" Donna shouted angrily.
"Old beggar, don't yell at my husband!" Doña Helena scolded.
Donna was stunned and glared sharply at Mr C.
"That's why you forgot about us because you traded us for this witch!" Donna angrily pointed at Doña Helena.
"You have no right to poke me with your dirty hands!" Doña Helena retorted angrily.
"Please stop!" shouted Mr C.
"Let's get out of here, I can't bear to look at this woman's face anymore!" Doña Helena muttered.
"Please don't fight anymore because my purpose here is important!" Mr C's face blushed.
"Donna, I'm here to see my daughter," Mr. C confessed in a calm voice.
"Your daughter? You left us so you have no right to find her!" Donna sniffed.
"The big reason why I haven't been back here is because I had an accident," explained Mr C.
"Accident? Your reason is shallow, why didn't you even send us a letter
so we don't have to rely on you anymore!" cried Donna.
Mr C felt sorry for Donna.
"I was in a coma for many years so I was never able to come back here ," said Mr C.
"No matter what you say, I won't believe it anymore!"
"Please, where is my daughter?" Mr C's voice pleaded.
"You looked for your daughter? You forgot about us because what we went through was so painful while hoping that you would come back to us!"
"Where is she, I want to hold and hug my daughter," cried Mr C.
"Even if you kneel before me, you will never see your daughter again!" Donna's tears flowed.
"Why did something bad happen to her?"
Mr C was nervous.
"She's gone so leave! You'll never see her again!"
Mr. C couldn't stop the trembling in his chest.
"You will never see her again because she is dead!"
"What? Is this true?
Donna turned her back on Mr C and hurried into the hut and slammed the door shut.
"Didn't I tell you that your daughter is dead! Why don't you want to hear from me!"
"I'm sorry because I just want to make sure," said Mr. C.
"Let's get out of this stinking place! You've heard all the truth that your daughter is really gone!" Doña Helena said frankly.
"I have a strong feeling that my daughter is alive," replied Mr. C in his emotional voice.
"Let's not fool around here anymore, let's leave!"
Two bodyguards approached Mr. C and helped him to leave the area.
"Why is there a part of my heart that doesn't want to believe what she said," Mr C said in a muted tone.
"Sweetheart, I hope you can calm down and accept everything," Doña Helena said while patting Mr C's arm.
"My daughter has twin moles on her left arm and until her body is exhumed I believe she is still alive!"
"I will DNA my daughter's bones and until I see the results I don't believe that she is really dead!
Doña Helena was nervous about what Mr. C said because it seemed like she was hiding something.
"That's enough! You're going to go crazy with that!"
Doña Helena sneered.
"She is the sole heir of my Company so I will definitely find her!"
