Later On. Deborah is just returning home and she is obviously late because she went to collect the clothes which Maryam promised her. She's trembling while returning because she knows that she is in deep trouble. So when she got home, before she step into the house she took in a deep breath and calmed herself down before opening the door. And just opening the door her auntie is there sitting on the coach why gazing deadly at her. "Welcome to your deathday Deborah" her auntie said to her and she is already panicking in fear because she's gone, for her auntie to make that statement, she's finished. At this moment she's so scared of going in any further, she stood still shaking in fear. "And what are you still doing over there? come close please" her auntie said to her with a cool and calm voice. She wasn't even yelling at her the way she expected, although even with a cool voice she used, Debora was still so scared to go close to her. "I wouldn't want to repeat myself and you know what happens if I dare repeat myself again! come close me Deborah" She said repeatedly with a calmed voice then Deborah managed to a count few steps forward. Her auntie first of all gazes at the sack bag she was carrying and it is of course the clothes that was given to her by her friend Maryam that was in there. "Deborah where exactly did you go that made you to be returning home by this time...? you're supposed to be back from school hours ago" her auntie said and sits up on the coach and Deborah immediately shifted backward thinking that her auntie was trying to capture her. Though her auntie decided to ignore that reaction of her because it is normal and that is how she behaves whenever she have done something bad and whenever she's in trouble she's always scared. "But now, you have grown enough to look after yourself that is why you have decided to go wherever you like and return whenever you want, right?" Her auntie asked and she waves her head. "No, this is not the way you are taking it, I only went to visit my friend..." just immediately Deborah was voicing this out her auntie angrily yelled at her. "How dare you even make friends! who told you to make friends! you are a stranger to this city and you are already making friends! and you even went home with her?" She said as she stood up in annoyance and Deborah ran very faraway from her knowing so well that she will descend on her. "You went to visit her without my permission for what exactly...? and what is it that is inside that bag!!?" she asked as she started approaching Deborah who was infiltrated with so much fear. "It... It.." she started stammering knowing so well that she is in deep trouble to tell her that it was clothes giving to her by her friend. "It... it... it's what exactly" she yelled deeply at her and raises her hand to beat her but then Deborah speaks out instantly out of fright. "It was clothes giving to me by my friend!" Deborah screamed out and her auntie hanged her hand on the air and slowly bring it down looking at her is surprise. Deborah already know what was going on in her auntie's mind, so she started explaining more deeper. "She said I can come collect some clothes to put on, she doesn't like the fact that I am using old clothes and that is what I went to collect which is exactly what was inside this sack bag" Deborah explained while her auntie was so surprisingly looking at her and she was trending in fear. "Deborah...? so you have decided to disgrace me totally? so you started telling people that I am not able to afford clothes for you and you begged them for clothes?" she yelled at Deborah and Deborah waves her head immediately. "No, that's not true! I didn't..." Deborah was still saying and her auntie interrupted her. "That's not true?! so I am now the liar right? I obviously don't know what you can do that is what you are trying to tell me? come here Deborah!" She yelled and even as Deborah was waving her head in regret she still grabbed her on her ear and dragged her forward. "So! you have the guts! to let me know that I am a liar! you went out there to start telling people that I can't buy clothes for you, that's it? and they volunteered to give you some and you actually collected it?! you didn't even think of what I would do because you owns the house right?" She yelled at her dragging her ear as she's already feeling a deep pain in that ear which she was dragging. "No! please... I'm so sorry, I promise that I won't be doing it again! am begging you" Deborah started apologizing with tears in her eyes but that did not even move her auntie for a beat instead she ended up giving her a hot slap that ended her on the floor. "Oh my gosh! my head" Deborah screamed as she couldn't understand where she is again everywhere has gone dark in her eyes immediately she received that slap. "In a twinkle of an eye, I want you to get up from there! get up and bring those clothes out let me see what your friends have given to you that I can't even provide for you" he yelled at her and Deborah quickly got to her feet and open the sack back and started bringing the cross out. Her auntie was so surprised looking at how expensive the clothes are, they are just too expensive to be given out by somebody just like that, they are not even old clothes or clothes that have been used for that long, they all instead seems to be new. "Excuse me, Deborah I thought that you said your friends gave you this clothes because she promised you right?" she asked and Deborah nodded her head as she's shedding tears. "So... this your very friend is it a boy or a girl?" She asked again. "A girl, she's a fellow" Deborah responded with a very low voice as she's scared to speak louder, she was twisting her hands while answering the questions because she knows that those question are definitely for more trouble and nothing more. "Deborah you are trying to tell me that your fellow friend which is a girl gave you this clothes?! you didn't go anywhere with her you didn't do anything with her she just promised and give you this clothes? she asked and Deborah nodded her head fearfully. "Alright then, that's nice! come on clean up your tears, pick up your clothes and go to your room you are good to go! sorry for being harsh on you earlier, just go to your room feel relaxed on your bed let me make dinner for you, okay?" Her auntie said and Deborah was so surprised looking at her silently wondering why the sudden change of mind. As far as she know, her auntie's mind can never be pure against her, she has something in mind against her and Deborah can't understand what her auntie might be planning against her this time around because as far as she can remember since she have stepped in her feet into this house her auntie have never made a dinner for her for any reason.
