Chapter 55 How Kill, Mors and Nox Met

Exiled by my companions, it seems even my friend George believes the lies spun by Conrad and Emily. I never truly assaulted Emily.
Descending the stairs in the dead of night, many lurking monsters awaited below.
Weaponless and nearly faint from exhaustion, I spotted a machete on the ground and picked it up.
Upon reaching the bottom, I removed the barricades blocking my path. As I did, I was besieged by the creatures.
Brandishing the machete, I relentlessly chopped at the monsters, but they kept coming.
One beast slipped through my defense, biting and severing my hand.
As blood flowed from the severed limb, a woman intervened, hiding me in a secluded spot.
Utilizing her transmutation ability, she miraculously regrew my lost arm.
Curious as to her power, she led me to their stronghold, though I remained oblivious until I awoke three hours later, having only slept for a short while.
I saw a man and a woman facing a fire, as if they were camping. The man looked at me and suddenly stood up.
"You're awake," he approached me. "How are you feeling?" he asked.
"I-I'm fine," I glanced to my left, feeling embarrassed to look at them. "By the way, why did I see magic earlier?" I asked them.
The woman answered, "That's normal in a world where there are monsters and mana Beasts, it's natural to have magic or be known as an aura."
The man interjected, "You have it too. Try to pick up a weapon and feel your strength, like a rushing stream in the valleys, and direct it towards your weapon."
When I tried it, I could do it immediately and realized that strength is needed to survive in this world.
After a few moments, I picked up a sword and headed back to the school I came from.
"Where are you going?" the woman asked me.
I replied, "I'll be back, I just have some work to finish there."
And I left, heading towards the Clenmark School. There were still many monsters there, but I could easily defeat them now, and everything was easier thanks to this power.
As I arrived at Clenmark School, many monsters started attacking me, so I slew them one by one.
By five in the morning, I returned to the camp of the two who saved me.
"You're back too. What's your name?" the man asked me.
"I'm Kill Ravenshroud," I replied.
"I'm Mors," he introduced himself, pointing to himself. "And she's Nox," Mors said.
After introducing ourselves, we had breakfast and headed outside to slay monsters.
Suddenly, I was attacked, and Mors saved me. I noticed that we were now far apart from each other.
I couldn't catch up to them. After a week of being together, they bid farewell to me.
"Goodbye for now, Kill. Keep getting stronger until we meet again," Mors said to me as they headed towards an island in the eastern part of the world.
As I walked alone, I hardly encountered any monsters until I stumbled upon a school and decided to enter it.
No one was there, and I made my way to the school gym where I found students my age fighting a massive monster.
They were struggling, and I spotted a katana on the floor, which I quickly grabbed. I sprinted towards the beast.
"Are you insane? Do you want to die?" shouted a cowardly student at me.
I leaped high and the monster swung its fist, but I thrust my katana into its punching hand, burying it deep and then sliced the monster's hand.
The monster screamed in agony, leaping again, and I continued slashing it several times until it fell to its knees, giving me the opportunity to decapitate it.
I defeated the monster effortlessly, impressing the students watching.
During those moments, I felt something within me changing. It's like I wanted to kill people, that's what I thought.
Then, suddenly, I stabbed a guy there, my katana piercing through him.
"W-wait, what are you doing?" asked a terrified student.
I smiled at them and said, "In this world, I know what it's trying to convey to us. The weak will die, only the strong will survive."
I looked at them with a crazed grin, as if possessed, and anyone who attempted to flee was swiftly dealt with, including those present.
Only a few weeks had passed, but I could feel a tremendous change within me. As I patrolled the area, I encountered a group of my peers fighting monsters. They were facing an overwhelming number of beasts, so I ran to their aid and slaughtered all the monsters present.
However, I realized they weren't yet worthy of death, so I spared them for the time being.
Three days later, they dubbed me The Reaper for my merciless actions.
As I walked, I encountered another horde of monsters, so I engaged them in battle once more.
I felt faster and stronger than before, effortlessly dispatching any beast that approached me. Suddenly, I sensed human auras without a doubt. They were the traitors who betrayed me. I sat atop the mountain of slain monsters, staring down, and smiled before leaping high into the air, disappearing like a fleeting shadow.
Back to the present.
"Yes, I'm ready. Let's begin," I said in a chilling voice.
