“I thought we talked about this. Are you still mad at me?“ Lisa expressed the weight on her conscience, she said having difficulty swallowing her saliva. Sage frowned angrily, she was not ready to listen to Lisa chanting nonsense.
“No, I'm not,” Sage responded as she rolls her eyes, making an exasperated sigh. “You will find out soon.“ She uttered under her breath, glaring at Lisa.
“You captured nothing, right? I knew you could not do a thing right. Just to capture a middle-aged lady is a problem? If you can't capture her, murder her at a spot so she can stop giving me sleepless nights.“ Lisa inquired as she sat up on a high table which is at the center of the basement filled with so many chemicals.
“I captured Derek.“ Sage cheered pointing at the kettle that was beside Lisa.
“Wow” Lisa throws her head back. She starts to clap, cheering Sage “Sage, you aren't as useless as I thought. That's great news, though. I can't wait to see Ava mourn.“ Lisa giggles staring at the golden kettle.
“Yeah, I was useless,” Sage hissed, rolling her eyes. She pressed her lips together as her glare slits at Lisa.
“What's with that look, Sage? I did not ask you to be at a low standard, I did not ask you to stay alone, I did not ask you to be so ugly and flirt with other women husband's so do not give me that look. I am only trying to give you company, nothing more“ Lisa added eyeing Sage, Lisa was looking down at Sage's identity.
Sage was unvexed at Lisa's utterance instead she was plotting a great plan offhand.
Creeking sounds mumbled behind a bookshelf occupied with books of magical and scientifically proven information.
“Did you hear that?“ Lisa creeped out flipping Sage out of her villainous thoughts.
Sage narrowed her eyes at the shadow behind the bookshelf as the footsteps became sharper.
“Someone is spying on us.“ Sage whispered to Lisa. She grabbed her propeller, aiming at a shadow behind the bookshelf.
“Shoot already, you dumbass. Do you want us to get killed before you retaliate.?“ Lisa yelled as she touched Sage's hot coat. Lisa let go of Sage immediately, and the outer layer of her skin became red. Lisa abruptly placed some ice on her red skin.
The intruder stumbled at the bookshelf making the books fall. Sage triggered an arrow at the intruder. A mighty wind blew the bookshelf to the floor as a sword appeared in between the bookshelf cutting it into two equal parts. The wind blew the catapult away in another direction, aiming at the wall. The intruder was sighted after the bookshelf that was serving as her cover landed on the floor. Her loosened long and silky hair covers her face, waving to the side, she was in a black long gown which tips blown to the side.
“Dana?“ Lisa mentioned.
“Mum, how could you?“ Dana's voice thickened, as she stretches her sword to a side ready for war.
Sage fired more arrows at her, her sword sliced them all.
“Stop! Stop firing Do you want to murder my only daughter?“ Lisa yelled.
Sage paused with her eyes widened and her creased brows. “She has a daughter for the three-eyed monster?“ Sage said to herself. It was like her heart was getting ripped off when she heard that the three-eyes monster has a grown-up daughter with another woman.
“Where do you keep Derek? Release him Or else…” Dana said as a mighty wind took over the basement. Lisa and Sage clutch their fist on the high table as the mighty wind pushes them. Their legs were floating in the air as they held the table tightly. Their body was floating in the air but their grips on the table support them from being
All chemicals, materials, and utensils that were on the table blew away including the books, and the table stats to lose weight on the floor. The mighty mind also blew the kettle which Derek was in away. To an unknown area.
“Dana, stop this! Do you want to hurt your mother?“ Lisa yells as the wind pushes her fingers off the table.
“I would not hurt you if you just release Derek.“ Loveth uttered making a more stronger and mighty wind.
“Okay! Do you want Derek? I will release him.“ Sage yelled when she noticed a tornado coming closer to her. She was scared of losing her wonderful basement by a mere wind whirl.
Dana got cooled, she was expecting that. She stopped the wind, putting her sword in a sheath hung on her back.
Sage hid her head on the wall while Lisa flew to the corner of the basement with her aching joints.
“Ouch,” They both winced rubbing the parts of their bodies that got hurt.
Dana had a cold feeling about it.
“Would you release Derek now or I release my wrath?“ Loveth threatened to borrow her brows and placed her hand on her sword.
“No! We will get Derek released now.“ Sage uttered as she was feeling dizzy. Her vision blurred as she holds the table.
“The kettle is right here!“ Sage exclaimed pointing at a space.
“Oh oh! Sage, the kettle is missing.“ Lisa muttered. Sage's eyes balled out.
“Are you playing jokes with me? You can see I am not here for jokes.“
“Who took the kettle?“ Sage asked Lisa.
“Perhaps Lia did.“
“Who is this Lia you guys are changing about? I hope it's not that girl that looks like a survivor of a war-torn country. Besides what does she have to do with Derek? “ Loveth questioned.
“Your sister.“ Lisa blurted out of the blue. Lisa covers her mouth with both hands, she didn't know when she uttered that.
“What?“ Dana said with her mouth broadened.
“I never knew I have a sister, so where is she? I wish to. “ Dana cheered.
“She's dead.“ Sage interrupted. Loveth sword fell to the ground, and her shoulders slumped. She was for a minute excited she heard she has a sister.
“Where on earth did you capture Derek?“ Dana rants as she bangs her feet on the floor.
“He is in a kettle, Sage placed the kettle here. I'm sure of that.“ Lisa soliloquy.
