A glimpse of the memory when he was attacked by the stranger came back. Regen hurriedly uncovered his shirt and checked if there were any stab wounds there.
"Huh?" Regen really did not understand why there were no stab wounds on his stomach. Feeling still unsatisfied, Regen checked his other limbs again, and did not find any signs of scars at all.
Graiss himself was surprised to see Regen. "What are you doing? Did someone try to hurt you?"
And that question was probably said only because Graiss, herself, felt that Regen looked like he was searching for something on his body.
Regen was confused and surprised to find no stab wounds or signs of scars on his body, even though he felt certain that he had been attacked by a stranger earlier. Graiss, who saw Regen's confusion, asked if someone had tried to hurt Regen.
Regen replied with hesitation, "I... I'm not sure. Earlier, I was sure I was stabbed by that stranger with a scalpel, but now there's no wound at all. It feels like it was just a nightmare or a hallucination."
Graiss looked at Regen with wonder and concern. "Perhaps you really did have a nightmare or an illusion, Regen. Perhaps the situation felt so real that you felt like it was happening in reality. But seeing as there are no wounds on your body, it seems unlikely that any physical attack actually took place."
Regen nodded, trying to accept Graiss' explanation. However, the incident was still fresh in his memory, and he felt a little nervous and confused about what had really happened.
Graiss offered support, "If you feel worried or anxious, you can talk to me."
Regen breathed a sigh of relief at the support from Graiss, "Thank you, Graiss. Maybe I need to find out more about what happened earlier. I don't want this to bother my mind all the time."
Graiss looked at Regen with a worried face. "About the blood in your mouth? I'm sure it can't be left unattended." Graiss was still worried.
Regen laughed while waving his hands in front of his face. "I'm fine. Maybe, maybe when I fell asleep my tongue was bitten off unconsciously. I think I'm fine." Regen confidently tried to calm Graiss down.
"I'm not sure about that. Please don't mess around." Graiss then tried to examine Regen. However, Regen himself prevented her.
"No need. There's no need. You don't need to bother checking him," he refused.
Graiss kept looking at Regen with obvious concern on her face. "I care about you, Regen. I can't pretend that everything is fine if you feel this way."
Regen felt the warmth of Graiss' concern, and he knew that his best friend was only trying to protect him. Although Regen was still confused by the previous events, he also did not want to worry Graiss further.
"Alright, alright," Regen finally agreed. "I'll try to be more thorough and check myself carefully. If I feel uncomfortable or something is strange, I will let you know."
Graiss nodded attentively. "Very well. Feel free to talk to me, whatever you feel or experience. We will deal with it together." Graiss then turned around and was about to go to the kitchen. "I'll make you some tea, first," Graiss said.
After Graiss left Regen. Regen was silent for a moment, then got up from his bed. He then went to the bathroom in his room.

After cleaning himself, Regen looked pensively at himself in the mirror. He touched his mouth and still remembered how earlier, his mouth was bleeding.
Crazy... was the person in my dream earlier, myself? Regen thought frantically.
Regen sighed and walked out of the bathroom. And found Graiss who seemed to be waiting for him.
"Thank you for your concern," Regen said happily. Regen walked out of the bathroom with a muddled mind and growing confusion. He felt almost like he was losing his grip on reality and the nightmare he was experiencing. Upon seeing Graiss waiting for him, he tried to smile in search of calm.
However, when he saw Graiss's caring and worried face, Regen felt unable to hide what he had experienced. "Graiss," he said softly, "I... I'm not sure what happened to me earlier. I feel as if I had an attack, but there are no scars on my body."
Graiss approached Regen with concern, "What do you mean, Regen? What kind of attack did you experience? Tell me, maybe I can help."
Regen looked at his friend with a mixture of fear and relief at finally being able to talk about what happened. He went into detail about the strange figure that attacked him in his dream, the stabbing sensation in his stomach, and the blood that flowed from his mouth.
Graiss looked shocked and confused at Regen's story. "That doesn't make sense," Graiss said, trying to find a logical explanation. "But I know you wouldn't lie about something like this. Could it be a side effect of something you just ate? Or maybe a very realistic nightmare?" Graiss guessed, thinking Regen had just eaten something that might have made him hallucinate.
Regen shook his head, "I don't know, Graiss. Everything felt so real, but when I woke up, there were no wounds or signs of anything on my body. I felt like I was in two different worlds."
Graiss held Regen's shoulder gently, trying to calm him down. "We'll find out what happened, Regen. We can find the source of this problem together. Maybe there is an explanation or something that can help us understand this situation."
Regen sighed, relieved that Graiss was by his side to support him. "Thank you, Graiss. I really appreciate it."
