CHAPTER TWENTY ♡

After making their choices for the venue they wanted to use, both families went to a famous boutique in London to select the clothes they would wear.
Na'Fit Boutique
They entered the boutique together and Bryce never let go of Fiolet's hand, even for a moment. But Fiolet didn't mind at all because she was happy with Bryce's possessive attitude.
"Welcome to Na'Fit Boutique, how can we assist you?" asked the friendly employee there.
"Yes, I'm Rosey, Pansy's friend. I have an appointment with her today," said Bryce's mother to the employee.
"Oh, I'm sorry, please come in. Mrs. Pansy informed me earlier that you were coming, so please come right in. Again, my apologies for not recognizing you, ma'am," apologized the employee, bowing his head.
"No problem. Alright, we'll go in now, please show us where the dresses are," replied Rosey.
The employee then escorted them to where his superior was.
"Hi Rosey! OMG, it's been so long since you've been to this boutique," greeted the woman named Pansy.
"Hi Pansy! Yes, I've been very busy lately so I haven't had the chance to visit. By the way, have you prepared the wedding dresses that I ordered?" replied Rosey to her friend.
"Of course, I've prepared them for you. Especially for your handsome son. Time flies so fast; I can't believe he's going to start his own family soon," answered Pansy, a bit emotional because she had known Bryce since he was a baby.
Rosey then introduced Fiolet's family to her old friend and invited Pansy to their son's wedding.
"Yes... alright, now show the two of them where the dresses are, we'll look for matching outfits so we can finish up quickly today," said Rosey.
Two hours passed, but Bryce still hadn't found a suitable dress. Fiolet, who kept changing her dresses, was increasingly annoyed because Bryce rejected many dresses she tried on. Every time she put on a dress, Bryce would criticize it.
"This one isn't good."
"The back is too open."
"Your cleavage is showing, that's only for me!"
"Change it, Baby!"
Those were Bryce's words whenever he felt the dress wasn't suitable.
"Oh come on, Honey, I'm so tired of changing dresses. Do you think this dress is too revealing?" complained Fiolet, who looked exhausted from changing clothes.
"Hmmm... I don't want my property to be feasted upon by lecherous men over there, Baby..." replied Bryce, suddenly feeling sorry for his girlfriend.
"In that case, you choose the dress. I'm tired, I want to sit down!" replied Fiolet, looking sulky as she sat down next to Bryce.
"Wait here, Baby! I'll find the most suitable dress for my princess," said Bryce, kissing Fiolet's forehead gently before getting up from his seat.
A few minutes later, Bryce's phone rang and Fiolet, seeing who it was, answered it.
"Hello Bryce! Are you done yet?" Rosey asked in the call.
"Hello, mother, it's me, Fiolet. Bryce and I haven't finished choosing our clothes. Sorry we're taking so long," replied Fiolet, feeling guilty for making their family wait so long.
"Oh... Fiolet dear, it's okay. I just wanted to let you know that we're heading home early and can't wait for you two. We also stopped by a restaurant to grab something to eat. When you're done, don't forget to go eat, okay?" Rosey said to her future daughter-in-law.
"Yes, mother. We'll be out soon," replied Fiolet.
"My son is indeed very possessive, so I hope you don't mind his behavior," said Rosey, knowing why her son and future daughter-in-law took so long to choose clothes.
"Yes, Mrs. Rosey, Fiolet doesn't mind at all. But earlier, Fiolet was a bit annoyed with Bryce because I was tired from changing dresses... hehehe," Fiolet replied honestly.
"Hahaha... it's okay, dear. Alright, I'll hang up now, okay?" said Bryce's mother.
"Yes, ma'am," Fiolet replied, ending their conversation.
Bryce, who had found the perfect dress for his girl, immediately brought it to Fiolet.
"Baby, try this on first, okay? I'll judge it again, hehehe..." Bryce said, chuckling slightly.
"Alright... wait for me here," replied Fiolet.
After a few minutes of waiting, Fiolet came out. The dress Bryce chose was indeed perfect for Fiolet. The dress model Bryce chose was a ball gown. This dress was white, fitted at the top and flared at the bottom. The ball gown had long sleeves that covered almost all of Fiolet's body but didn't diminish her beauty. Instead, the dress made Fiolet's body look more proportional and exuded luxury on whoever wore it.
Bryce, seeing his girlfriend standing in front of him, was amazed by her charm.
"Honey...?" called Fiolet, seeing her boyfriend lost in thought while staring at her.
"Oh... yes, Baby... did you call me?" Bryce replied, snapping out of his reverie.
"Yes, Honey... do you think this dress looks good on me? I really like it," said Fiolet, asking for Bryce's opinion.
"Of course, sweetheart, this dress is perfect, and even more perfect because you're wearing it," praised Bryce.
After choosing the dress for the blessing ceremony, the two couples also chose clothes for the evening party.
Finally, after spending several hours inside, they exited the boutique.
"Baby, let's eat first before heading back to the mansion, okay?" Bryce asked, leading his girlfriend towards their car.
"Okay... let's eat at a restaurant nearby, I'm really hungry now," she replied.
"I'm sorry, Baby, for making you hungry," Bryce apologized.
"It's okay. I'm just tired. Oh, Honey, earlier your mom called but I answered. I'm sorry if I overstepped," Fiolet said, looking into Bryce's eyes.
"Oh, really? It's okay, Baby. Everything I have will be yours too someday, so don't feel guilty like that again. If I may ask, what did my mom say to you?" Bryce asked.
"My mother just said they went home early and told us to go eat before returning to the mansion," she replied.
"Oh... okay. Now let's go!" Bryce exclaimed.
When they arrived at the restaurant, they ordered food and quickly devoured it because they were so hungry. After eating, the couple continued their journey back to the mansion to relax their weary bodies.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Day by day passed quickly, all preparations for Bryce and Fiolet's wedding were already complete. Everything was ready, from the dresses, rings, invitations, and so on.
Their wedding invitations had been sent out to all the invited guests. The wedding ceremony would be held in two days, but it felt heavy for Bryce to go through the days because he couldn't meet his beloved.
Yes, Fiolet was secluded by her parents leading up to their wedding day. Now, Fiolet's family no longer stayed at the mansion temporarily until the wedding ceremony.
"Mommm...I misses Fiolet..." Bryce said with teary eyes.
"Oh my God! Bryce, you'll only be separated from her for two days, but you're acting as if we're separating you two forever," replied Rosey to her son who was whining to her.
"Ugh... mom... I'll really go crazy if that happens," Bryce retorted, not accepting his mother's last statement.
"Alright... Alright, don't behave like that again. When she becomes your wife, make sure you don't forget to pay back for your vengeance... hahaha," said Rosey, calming her son down.
On the other side, Fiolet was laughing hysterically because she received a video from Bryce's father. In the video, Bryce was whining to his mother about missing her.
"I miss you too, honey! Hmm... we will meet again with a different status as husband and wife," Fiolet murmured softly.
It would be a lie if she said she didn't miss her spoiled man. In fact, she had cried earlier because she missed that handsome man.
