It has become a big bother to think that Sam is actually their brother. Roseline has been fighting over him with her sister, and it's interesting to consider this new reality. Their parents had died less than a year ago, and there was no one to take care of them. At least now they have a brother, not just a potential lover. Their father had no son to carry on his name, but Sam is here now to take on that role. The problem is that Roseline is still in love with him. She has tried her best to suppress her feelings, but all her efforts have been in vain. At least her sister Rosemary has moved on; she no longer approaches Sam since discovering he is their brother. Roseline vividly remembers how they broke the news to him. They were the ones who knew he was their brother. "Sam, now that you have gotten to know all of us better, can you tell us the name of your father? Maybe we can help you find him. If you keep it to yourself and stay indoors, there’s no way you will find him." This was the question she asked him that night. She had always wanted to help him find his family. If she had known he was the son of her father, she probably wouldn’t have wanted him to share that information, as she was already madly in love with him. To think of it as a taboo made her want to stay away from him even more. Roseline was alone, overwhelmed by these thoughts. She was confused and didn't know what to do about Sam. "The name of my father is Ola. I'm Sam Ola. My father, whom I lived with, told me that my father would want me at the most crucial time, and this is that time." These words always echoed in her mind. It was the only statement he had made, and she and her sister knew at once that Sam was their brother. Their father had once talked about his lost son, and they realized Sam was that lost son. He was welcome back home, and she was happy to have him, but there was one crucial thing she had to remember: he was her brother. He had many problems that needed addressing, and that was where their focus should lie. He was a werewolf, a cursed one, and he had been searching for a cure. As he had told them, their late father informed him about his real father before he came. He mentioned that his real father would have the solution to his problems, but sadly, that father was now dead. It was her duty, along with her twin sister's, to help him and to avoid falling in love with him. "What are you thinking about, Sam?" a voice interrupted her as she gazed outside at the empty compound. Roseline turned back to see her twin sister Rosemary behind her. She took a deep breath and coughed a little. "I just got here not long ago..." "That's a lie! I've been watching you from inside. You've spent half an hour here. What's occupying your mind?" Rosemary interrupted, knowing when Roseline was trying to evade the truth. "Okay, you’re right. Something is on my mind, but what about you?" Roseline replied. "Not Sam," Rosemary responded, smiling as she shook her head and looked at the ground, taking a quick breath. It seemed Rosemary understood what was troubling her; she knew how much Roseline loved Sam, even as she tried to accept him as her brother. "Well, I never told you that Sam is the one I’m thinking about," she replied. "You don’t have to tell me; I already know. I saw the way you’ve been acting since the day we discovered he is our brother. You heard everything he said. It’s time to set aside our feelings for him and help him, or else he will die!" Rosemary exclaimed, while Roseline chuckled. "Huh, he won’t die. I’m sure of that. If he was going to die, then he could have died long ago, even before I met him, before I brought him to this house—before you got in my way..." "Roseline, he is our brother now, and that’s what matters. I know we’ve fought over him before..." Rosemary continued, but Roseline interrupted. "Well, you know nothing! How can I expect you to understand? You’re only happy now because neither of us is going to take him from. He is still my brother, and I will do anything to protect him. I know you still want him," Roseline accused. "No! That’s the last thing on my mind. He is in trouble..." "You’ve told me that countless times; you don’t have to say it again!" Roseline yelled, storming out of the room. She watched as Rosemary entered the house. Now, it had become a major problem for them. A brother who was supposed to bring them together was now driving them apart. It wasn’t that he wasn’t trying his best, but things just kept falling apart. His only fault was being so handsome. They had found him living alone in the forest. Roseline was the one who gave him the chance to come live with them. Right after that day, when he moved in, Rosemary fell in love with him too. His handsome face seemed to cast a spell over all of them. She loved him, and it felt like a battle between Roseline and herself for his heart. Gradually, she was beginning to win; it seemed that Sam preferred being with her rather than Roseline in most situations. This was why Roseline had never been truly happy for her. Deep down, she understood that fighting for a man with her own sister was a huge mistake. Both of them needed to let go of this rivalry. It was clear that Sam was not meant to be with either of them because he was their brother. However, he had confided in them about Adam Greyhound, who wanted him dead. Adam was searching for Sam all over town after he caught him having an affair with his own daughter. If Sam ever revealed who Adam really was, it would destroy Adam's political career. Eventually, Roseline would come to her senses. It was understandable that she was angry now, but as time passed, she would realize that Sam was their brother and accept things as they were meant to be. Rosemary looked back at the house and caught Sam watching her from the window. It seemed he had witnessed the earlier scene, so she hurried inside to see him. "Your sister is still very upset about us," Sam said as she stepped into his room. "My sister? She should be our sister! She is your sister too," she replied. He nodded, and she found herself staring at his handsome face once again. This is exactly why she was always afraid to approach him. He was just too cute. Despite having nothing to do with him, Roseline had slept with him, while she had not even received a kiss. Just maybe a kiss would be enough to make her feel okay. Gathering her courage, she approached him, gazing at him intently. He widened his eyes. "What?" he asked. "You..." he began, but Rosemary didn’t wait. She grabbed his head and kissed him deeply. A jolt of electricity surged through her body, and she could no longer control the urge to have him in bed. Her bold actions left Sam staring at her in shock. "I thought you said you were my sister. Why did you do that?" he asked. "I love you, Sam. My sister loves you too. We don’t want to believe that you are my brother. I just want us to pretend..." she replied as she leaped at him, kissing him deeply, and they both fell onto the bed.
