Chapter 20 Twenty

Hunter POV
Non -stop running is all I can do because of the soldiers and wolves constantly chasing me.
I traversed the dense forest straight and without looking back. I'm just dealing with the pain of my whole body.
Although this is my condition, my body is definitely still strong and I can continue with it. This body is conditioned to this situation due to intense traininb since childhood.
I heard those wolves howl. Calling colleagues. I am so far away from them, but they can still see me
Annoying!
My ear throbbed when I heard the crack of arrows.
Moments later I heard arrows flying in the air. I became alert. I know the direction of it. I feel, through the air. When I felt it was close to me I immediately avoided it.
While running I quickly cut a branch.
Before I faced the arrows they rained down one after another, I then sword it all of them one by one with a branch. One slipped through so it grabbed my arm.
"Argh!" I got caught up in it.
I threw the branch then ran again. With every step of my foot I felt the weight of them. It was as if I were being pulled to the ground. There were so many open wounds on my feet from the thorns I was stepping on.
Large trees take different forms. Out of their good qualities came their darkness. They doubled in size, had no leaves, and only thorns.
Although I had a hard time getting through I didn’t care anymore. All I need now is to get away from them.
How did I escape from their captivity? Roland. All I could think was that Roland would eventually join the opponents, but I was wrong. He just did it so that I could escape. We just got caught up together, cause we split up.
I don’t know where he went.
I saw a cave. There I will rest first. I fell down. They couldn't see me here because it was covered by a big tree. I could feel their footsteps moving away, meaning they had passed where I was hiding.
"Guardians ..." I close my eyes.
I wonder where they are now, what is going on with them?
What are your plans June?
The Guardians allegedly split up so June couldn't anything. With Roland I learned about the power of the crystal.
That traitor is looking for the last page.
I smiled. I seated it up.
I already know the truth. I know who the names of the changes are. I can not believe. I can't believe this will happen. Roland already knew all that. He already knew the truth. I hope he is back—
Wait!
"How do they get to Earth and back to Erioesnemia that fast?!"

Third Person POV
A soldier quickly entered the palace. When he approached the throne he immediately knelt on his left knee, before bowing as a sign of respect.
"Dear king, we have succeeded in your command"
A frightened grin flashed across his lips.Trace the pleasure in the news heard.
He glared sharply at the real king and queen who were still confined in the big cage .
"The fate of my return is still in the palms of my hands," he sat on the throne.
He motioned for the soldier to leave it. The soldier stood up and bowed before finally leaving the palace.
"This time. I'm holding the best ace." he said before laughing out loud. Laughter is the result of greed.
"You don't know what they can do," said the real king.
"What if they find out ... about you, who among us is really greedy?!!"
In an instant they had before them the traitor of their kingdom, right upon their faces. Irritated in anger he gripped the cage railing. Gradually the traitor form changes. The body grows, the nails grow longer, the fangs come out, even the large veins that run from the neck to around its cheeks.
The king and queen immediately retreated because of that. Eventually it also subsided and returned to his former form. He immediately turned away, in a blink of an eye he immediately returned to the throne.
But despite that screaming anger, a tear flowed down the traitor's cheek.

Meanwhile, outside far from the palace the captain and his three soldiers were currently riding their respective horses. It's running fast.
A few minutes before they reached their destination. They stopped and one by one got off the horse.
"Where is the escaped captive?!"
The captain quickly drew his sword, and aimed it at the neck of the soldier in front of him. The soldier stopped. He cannot move from his position.
A soldier next to him stepped forward and spoke. "Captain. We can't take him anymore—" the captain stabbed his sword into the soldier's chest. "C-captain," the captain drew the sword, before pushing the soldier away.
"Don't come back here until he's seen!"
"Yes, captain!" the soldiers said
"Then what are you waiting for! Move!!"
The soldiers quickly left.
As they entered the forest their form changed, from being human they became large wolves.
"Clean up the mess," he said.
He refers to the soldier he killed. Two soldiers obeyed his command. He started walking into a building.
Obviously it is not an ordinary building because of its physical appearance. It is large. The latch is made of thick metal, it takes a few soldiers before it can be lifted and opened. But, this time it was broken. It looked like a strong bear tear it up like paper.
"Has Roland been followed?" the captain said.
"Yes, captain. The princess herself is the mastermind of the plan so we got the rest. That's why the princess hasn't returned yet,"
"Roland?"
"He wasn't caught," the captain stopped walking.
They are exactly in front of a cell.
He grinned.
"It doesn't matter, it's up to us to hold the time."
Inside the cell there are imprisoned, Tao, Kris, Kai, Gio, and Ren. All unconscious with chained hands and feet.
