Chapter Forty-two

Sheena
Since there is no electricity here, the only source of light is the moon, which makes the entire area completely dark. Although I'm unsure of what we'll do next, I know that the time there will be different from the time here. When I used teleportation to travel around the planet, it gave the impression that my reality was whirling out of control and making me nauseous.
Alicia eventually left the voice woman's home after a little waiting. She continued to look the same, but her shoulder-length hair was gone. She picked up how to tie it after I warned her that if her hair spread out, she would resemble an elderly Alicia. She wasn't just an elderly woman; she was an ugly hag.
I exemplify a girl who works hard. I had never before received any information about myself that was accurate. I am a girl who does not know herself, which may sound strange. I have no idea what kind of girl I am or why I possess a talent that other people don't. Maybe I'll just continue living in this world without fully understanding who I am and what my family's situation is.
It was time to move on to the eleventh person after Alice gave her master the spirit of the voiceless woman. I will engage in combat with that individual rather than simply murdering them like an ant because they might be rather strong and powerful.
I proceeded to the residence of the next individual with Alicia. It wasn't a zoo, but there were many animals in the place where there were no longer any humans. There were so many of them that a battalion's worth of them were present.
"Don't tell me that the eleventh person I had to kill was an animal, Alice; there aren't any people here," I said.
"No—she is not an animal, but her power source is related to animals. It may be challenging for you to kill her since she has the power of these cats; perhaps we can call her the cat woman. She is definitely challenging to kill because she has nine lives," Alice retorted.
"Whatever power she may possess, I assumed that everything has only one life, and that they would die when I murdered them. That is inconceivable. What the hell are you, Alice? Do you think cats have nine lives? What sort of demon are you?" I asked.
Alice questioned, "How can you do magic if you think it's impossible?"
I believed that Alicia was correct because if I didn't believe in the unbelievable things that were taking place in this world, I wouldn't be alive now. Science is no longer worth believing in because I now live in the magical realm. I had no choice but to believe in the abilities of my opponents in order to ensure the safety of my life.
I inquired, "So where is that cat woman you are talking about?"
Alicia pointed at the lonely house that stood in front and said, "She lives in that lonely house that is standing there."
"Do you believe I'll need your assistance to kill that woman?" I asked.
"I don't know, it defends your ability. Just let me know if you need my help killing her; I'm always willing to assist you. Do you think that she is so powerful?"
"I merely requested for your assistance in killing the woman because I didn't think she was very strong. Do you think I have the ability to kill her?" I asked.
"You better not waste time, go to that place, and do what you need to do right now. I'll just look for the twelfth person. If you're asking me if you have the ability to defeat your enemy, of course you do, so stop wasting your time."
I won't even say it, but this site makes me feel a little uneasy because it seems like a place of death. I should probably stop thinking about the things that will make me feel afraid because fear just exists in my imagination. I fearlessly moved in the direction of the cat woman's home despite my heart racing erratically and feeling like it was about to jump out of my chest.
Other from the meows of the cats wandering around, there are no other sounds audible there. I crept quietly inside the cat woman's home, but when I opened the door, it called out. When a woman jumped onto me, I was taken aback.
When she scratched my face, she resembled a cat. Because of how long and pointed her nails were, it was quite uncomfortable. My face was scratched, and blood started to flow there. She assaulted me, which caught me off guard because I hadn't anticipated it.
That would not be a quick end to the conflict. Being cunning, I kicked the cat woman with all my might, which caused her to be thrown away from me. She stumbled against her home's columns. She then got back up and started to attack me.
The cat woman tried to leap on me again and claw my face like an ugly cat. I was able to avoid her attacks by using my rapid movement. In a haste, I kicked the cat woman several times. She stumbled against the columns of her house. She gave the impression of being a difficult cat to dispatch.
If she felt she was so powerful that no one could ever beat her, she'd be wrong, for a girl named Sheena is the one who will take her life. I am not your average female, and I can live even if I had to wait a long period without doing anything. So I used that to kick the cat lady. I kicked her hard, and she couldn't fight back since I was so fast.
The cat woman received countless kicks and punches from me before eventually gaining weight. If one bounces against the cols so frequently, who will remain unfatigued? I could be the cause since I have a thicker build than the cat woman.
Her ninth existence was extinguished by the last kick I gave her. Because the cat woman was so heartless and could not have died if she still had some lives, Alicia was right to believe that she has nine lives. Alicia also showed up after I killed the cat woman.
After Alicia presented her master with the cat woman's spirit, she informed me of the identity of the 12th opponent. She instructed me to murder a woman with the strength of a comb as the next target. My opponents use the power of everyday items like combs.
Then Alicia took me to the residence of the 12th person. She took me to a place that was very far away, a place where many people lived, where many enormous homes stood, where historic buildings were built, and where tall skyscrapers stood against the clear sky. In this location, it was already dawn, and the sun had just risen. When the transit turned on, the streets grew congested and the noises of roasters could be heard.
I questioned, "Alicia, do you have a plan to tell me where the twelfth person that I must kill right now is?"
Alicia gestured at the large house in front of her and said, "She was just living there." Due to the fact that she resides in a mansion, it appeared as though the 12th person is wealthy.
"You may now depart; simply entrust that girl to my care."
Alicia stood there and then vanished without a trace. In the meantime, I visited the comb girl's mansion. She will be known as the "comb girl" because the comb is her source of power. The only way to defeat her in that situation is to remove her comb.
We got into a confrontation because three guards were watching the large entryway. To me, they were nothing more than ants because I was unable to stop them from doing anything. To drop them down, it just took me a short while.
They were undoubtedly just ants guarding their queen, the large ant that resides in the mansion. Because I witnessed the comb girl washing the mansion's floor on orders from the true owner, I was shocked when I thought she was the mansion's owner.
She had the appearance of Cinderella who was made to perform her duties. If she can only use her power to battle them, why does she also obey her evil stepmother and the mansion's owner?
I discovered that she did not possess a comb; rather, her evil stepsister, the mansion owner's daughter, held it. If the girl who was mopping the floor is the one holding the comb, I'm not sure who to kill. Without a doubt, I am shrewd and I know whom to murder. Of course, the person who was meant to oppose me will find a means to do so, and the one who chose not to oppose me was not meant to oppose me.
I was only hiding next to the mansion's white columns at the time. I instantly approached them and bravely requested a fight. I had the appearance of a drunk calling for a fight.
When the young woman holding the comb abruptly exclaimed that she accepted my challenge, I was taken aback. She then surprised me by throwing the comb my way. It is a fine metal comb that is pointed and sharper. It was a grave error because when that comb struck my arm, blood spurted out.
The girl hurled the comb at me once again, hitting me again in the legs, and this time my blood appeared to flow like a river. The pain I was experiencing even caused my tears to start to fall. I utilized my ability to stop her terrible attacks before she could hit my neck again. She was a terrific shooter because both of the times she yelled at me, I was struck in the arm and the leg.
I hid in the cols in the back. The mansion's evil owners quickly defeated me, and I could hear them laughing like demons as they did so. But as long as I am alive, I am aware that the battle is not over.
I used my dark magic abilities to treat my arm and leg wounds in the interim. Then I returned right away to the location where the strong comb had struck me. They would be unhappy if they believed I wouldn't return because I went back on my own and risked my life so they could meet me.
The fact that the girl who was scrubbing the floor had already left shocked them when they saw me again, but it startled me more. I could tell what that meant. They merely pretended to have me attack my area of weakness by using that female. They—not the girl—were unquestionably the two persons who would face off against me. Why Alicia did not inform me that my adversaries were likewise intelligent eludes me. But all I know for sure is that I'll take all the necessary steps to break the curse.
As a result, I evaded all of the comb's true owner's strikes. I dropped the girl and her mother, who appeared to be the thirteenth person, using my abilities to move swiftly, like thunder. If she was one of the thirteen individuals, it was still in my favor because I didn't have to go looking for her since she offered herself voluntarily.
Even though my other arm was still bleeding, I used all of my effort to press into their faces. I never again gave them the chance to retaliate. I kicked them in all directions, kicking through the pain from my leg, which appeared to send them flying out of this planet.
They bounce against the hard coral that was only hard because my strength and the fact that their bones were broken caused them to appear to be hard.
I then took the comb out of the girl's hands since she had stopped breathing. The heart of her mother also stopped. I was confident that I could defeat the upcoming opponents with the strong comb.
