"Village Chief Domino?!" Lucelle exclaimed when she saw who that man was, then she hurriedly went onto him, "What happened? Why are you running and sweating so much? And why you have a large cut on your right shoulder." "There was a young man down there, trying to kill me. I luckily escaped from him and went here." "What?! And who is that man?" she asked with a curiosity. He exhaled before answering, "I don't know him. He just appeared out of nowhere. But wait..." then he noticed the change of magic aura of Lucelle, "Have you just broken through?" "Yes." "Are you unstable right now?" he continued asking her. Even though she noticed him being strange, why he was asking too much, she was still answering him, "Sort of." He slightly chamfered his head and mumbled, "I'm glad." When Lucelle did not hear his words, she asked, "Did you say something, Chief Domino?" "Ahh... Yes... I said..." he responded, "You need to die!" then quickly stabbed her chest with a poniard he secretly hide in his right sleeve. Lucelle was surprised and confused, "W-why?! Why did you stabbed me?" He devilishly laughed as he pulled out his poniard, "HAHAHA! Aren't you too naive? Do you think I will ask you for help just to save these mere humans?!" She outscream with anguish. Blood could be seen coming out from her chest. It only stopped when she used her fire magic power. She never thought he would try to backstab her. She trusted him. Really, she trusted his kindness to save the children. She thought he had no evil intention. "I trusted him so much that I let my guard down. I didn't even activate my red cloak as I think of him not as an enemy, but a caring village chief to his people. But he betrayed me, he tricked into believing he's a good person..!" Lucelle's thought. She glared at him, fiercely as if she wanted him to be dead. "Staring is useless, human," he remarked, "And even though you used your magic power to stopped the bleeding, it wouldn't stop you from being killed from poison." "Poison?!" "Yes. A kind of poison that will make you suffer a lot, bit by bit, before it finally kills you. Maybe, you will beg me to kill you as you won't endure the pain, as if thousands of insects bites your body. "C-cruel. You are too cruel...!" Lucelle shouted, then she kept 2 meters distance from her while behind her were the children who were also couldn't believe that their village chief would turn out to be a killer or maybe the mastermind of the kidnapping. Then Chief Domino licked the back of the poniard that coated with Lucelle's blood, "Don't you worry. The poison won't last for too long. Maybe 15 minutes? Or 30 minutes? Who knows? HAHAHA! It depends how you last long, really!" "For your information, that poison has another effect but I won't tell you. Because telling it to you doesn't excites me anymore. Hehehe!" he added, as he grinned in a disgusting manner. Lucelle ignored his nonsense talking, "W-who are you? Are you really the Village Chief I knew?" "I am. And I am not," he simply answered. "What do you mean?" asked by Lucelle when she didn't understand what he meant. "Do I really need to introduce myself to you, human?" he said, teasing her. "If I say 'yes', will you tell me?" Well, she only need to buy some time before she could completely and forcefully let out the poison. She was not naive, she still remembered her mom's teaching to her. "Poison isn't really too poisonous and deathly. You just have to take medicine to neutralize it, but it only depends on how potent the poison is and how effective the medicine is. Another way, is the use of poison against poison. It only means that you can eliminate the poison in your body through taking another person, but it is not recommendable as it has a high death rate. The last method is to use fire, we can adjust the heat of our body to the highest degree and let the poison goes from our pores and also, we can use fire to burn the poison thoroughly." Lucelle's thought. She secretly thanked her mom for the knowledge she taught to her. Mom's the best! "Of course..." Her eyes brightened, but became normal when she heard the continuation. "...not!" "This old bastard..." she murmured. Once again, she squealed with grief when she felt that the poison started to be effected. "I need to buy more time! I need a plan." she thought. Before she could think a plan, Chief Domino said, "Fine. Telling you who I really am won't change anything. I am the village chief, no, to be exact... This body is the village chief's body, however I replace his soul with mine. "What?!" "Yeah, I killed his soul and I possessed his body after my soul. You know, this body is too weak, but I have no choice as he is the chief of this village. I can easily make the people obey me. Also, my soul currently possesses an ability which can control another's body, though it is limited." "Soul power? Who are you really? Are you not a human?" she continued asking even though the Village Chief's words were shocking to her. He laughed boisterously, "Do you think me, Lord Dominus, can be compared to the likes of you, mere human?" Her jaw dropped as she pointed her finger to him, "You... You are Lord Dominus... in the black coffin?!" He smiled, "Yes. I am the Great Lord Dominus of Darkness!" "HAHAHA! Do you think you can fool me? Just with your appearance, you dare say you are great?" uttered by her with a sarcastic tone, "If you're that great, why can't I feel magic power within you?" "Damn, human. Don't you dare doubt me! I'm just disguising my apperance," he said, "And my power is not magic, but more like an undead magic power. But it was sealed by the sealing magic array." "Sealed? So there's a hidden sealing magic array under the sacrificial array?" "Yeah, it was hidden deeply so you can't notice it," he answered, "...and don't you find it strange that I'm talking to you like I have a body when I'm just a soul? Have you noticed the red eyes of those goblins that I purposely let you kill them?" She didn't reply even though she was really curious to know. "After having a mortal body, I can't go back to this mountain anymore where my real body was. So I specifically controlled the goblins and let them kidnapped and sacrificed those children to let me stay in my mortal form. But you broke the barrior which meant to specifically block me, so I can finally enter the mountain." "So you are lying to me the whole time?" "You are just too naive, trusting others the first time you saw them. You even willingly obey my favor to save the children. HAHAHA!" he laughed, "And those children... they were already orphans in the village, so no one dared to save them!" _TRAVANGEL_
