Going To the Alpha King's Place

I
“Pardon? You are going to kiss me? Do you ever think you can do that to me now?” Princess Neoma’s nose seemed to be fuming with madness now.
“I will if you will allow me,” the Alpha King replied calmly as he made a side glance at her.
“In your dreams, Alpha King wannabe,” Princess Neoma said with a mocking tone. We will not get to that point.
“How sure are you, Princess Neoma?”
“As sure as the morning will come the next day,” she hissed at him letting him feel how pissed she could be.
The laughter of the Alpha King echoed inside the car, making Princess Neoma get more pissed off.
"How about if I throw this man out of this car?" Princess Neoma thought with squinting eyes.
The Alpha King side-glanced at her suddenly and then grinned. "If you will throw me out of here, you will have no driver anymore," he said teasingly as if reading her mind again.
Princess Neoma frowned and all of a sudden kept her silence. She looked outside the car’s window checking on where they are heading to.
“Don’t worry, you will like my place, Princess Neoma,” the Alpha King said seriously this time. There was no teasing anymore in his tone.
Princess Neoma side glanced at him and asked with a furrowed forehead, “Your place?”
“Yes, my place Princess Neoma. I am bringing you to my Kingdom so that you will know who am I,” he said again seriously and Princess Neoma’s mouth suddenly fell open out of surprise.
“What? Don’t you want the idea?” the Alpha King asked Princess Neoma with a furrowed forehead.
“Err, I was just surprised since I did not expect it. That’s all,” Princess Neoma replied as she recollected her right senses.
“I see, I was worried as you might not want it,” the Alpha King said with a smile on his lips now.
Princess Neoma shook her head but her face remained unsmiling. Deep inside her, she was getting more curious about the man beside her.
The Alpha King drove the car in silence thereafter. He would however make a few side glances to Princess Neoma, who remained her eyes focused on the way, familiarizing herself of it.
As they entered a forest-like entrance, Princess Neoma, made a deep breath as she looked at the Alpha King beside her. “Are we entering a forest?”
“Yes, this is the entrance to our Kingdom.”
“What is the name of your Kingdom?” she asked getting more curious.
He looked at her and replied, “You will know when we get there.” His voice was low.
Princess Neoma made a deep breath again and even released a sigh with displeasure, making the Alpha King chuckle and cleared his throat, but he did not say anything. He just continued driving until Princess Neoma saw a golden tall gate with two big wolves on each side.
Princess Neoma heaved a breath and swallowed her saliva. “What am I getting into?” she thought and then she heard the Alpha King chuckle again. She knew that he might have probably read her mind again. By this time, Princess Neoma had already used her power by putting a wall between her mind and the Alpha King’s mind.

At that moment, a visitor arrived at the Glodeous Kingdom; the visitor who King Timodore and Queen Asalea thought would barge into the eighteenth birthday of Princess Neoma and Prince Quacey. However, they were surprised that the birthday celebration has been over without any violent interruption.
“My King, the day we feared seemed to have come already,” Queen Asalea said softly as they walked heading to the lanai area where the visitor according to Dreckos was waiting for them.
King Timodore nodded but fears could not be seen on his expression. He was calm and collected, unlike his Queen wife. Princess Neoma is not in the palace and if ever she will be encountered by their guest, she can definitely fight back if she wanted to.
As they were nearing the lanai area, Queen Asalea holds her King husband’s right hand so tightly as if her life depends on it. They looked at each other. All of a sudden, King Timodore stopped and looked at her.
“Be calm, my Queen, alright. We are ready for this time, remember?” he caressed her face and looked directly into her eyes.
“Yes, I will be calm my King. I am sorry,” she muttered while looking back at him.
“It is alright, my wife. Now make a deep breath and relax,” he said and Queen Asalea did as instructed.
They were now entering the entrance of the lanai area and the guest turned his back as he sensed that someone is coming near. He looked at King Timodore and Queen Asalea with squinting eyes.
“I have been waiting for this moment to see you again,” the guest said with his voice loud and clear, booming in the lanai premises. “What made you both so silent after the eighteenth birthday of your children?” he added by posing a question.
King Timodore and Queen Asalea stopped walking as they reach a point at least two feet apart from the guest.
“We were just waiting for your visit again,” King Timodore replied to the guest. “We thought you will join us during the birthday celebrations of the twins,” he added without any trace of tremor in his voice.
“I was there, but I just observed,” the guest replied to the surprise of King Timodore and Queen Asalea. “Today is the day that the prophecy will start. Where is your daughter? I wanted to see her now,” the guest said and King Timodore and Queen Asalea both looked at him with an unfathomable expression.
“Why are you two, so brave now to defy me? Did you hide your daughter from me again?” the guest’s voice was now full of anger and his eyes were fierce. His fists clenched as he walked forward to be near the King and Queen of Glodeous.
