Inside the Palace of the Alpha King

I
King Timodore was unfazed as his eyes darted toward their guest. “We are not defying you, we are trying to stand on our own ground to protect our daughter. The prophecy did happen because the strongest vampire has been born, whom to be called the Suprema Queen. But the prophecy did not mention that the Suprema Queen will need to marry the Supremo King and to be used for his own selfish desire to rule the world,” he said in his firm tone, fear is not visible in his eyes.
The guest’s eyes squinted more as his fangs started to come out from his mouth and his razor-sharp claws have been elongated more. “Where is your daughter?”
“She is not here. She went out tonight with a friend. Should you have told us that you are coming, we should have not allowed her to go,” calmly, King Timodore replied to their guest.
“Tomorrow, I will be back Timodore. Make sure she is here. I wanted to meet her and to bring her to my Kingdom and there I am going to wed her and we will rule the world!” As the guest’s booming laughter started to fade, so with his presence.
“We cannot avoid this, my King. Princess Neoma can either fight and try to defeat the Supremo King or she will come with him,” Queen Asalea said as tears started to spring from her eyes. She does not want her daughter to be in total darkness. The moment she wed the Supremo King, she might turn into the greatest darkness that the world will forever despise and feared.
“We will fight, my Queen. He cannot have our Princess Neoma,” King Timodore said with bravery. He cannot let her daughter’s life be in the living hell while with the Supremo King. They might be vampires but they are not completely evil. They kill only if needed and they are reasonable vampires. They are ruling the Glodeous and the Knostican Kingdoms with fairness and not with tyranny.
“We will, my King because our daughter was born to be a Suprema Queen to help those in need and not to be feared by the world,” Queen Asalea said with a muffled voice.
They returned to the palace throne’s hall and there they sat quietly until Dreckos came in.
“My King and my Queen, it seemed to be tonight is not a good night. Is it because of our guest a moment ago?” Dreckos bowed his head before he spoke.
“We are again in the crucial situation because now, I don’t have any reason anymore to delay the matter. The Supremo King came to get Princess Neoma and to wed her in his Kingdom,” King Timodore relayed to Dreckos what just happened.
“Then we need to prepare, my King for his return. Good thing Neoma is not around again when he came.”
“Yes. But where is my daughter now?” It is already almost nine o’clock in the evening.” Suddenly, Queen Asalea asked as her eyes accidentally hit the wall clock hanging on the wall just nearby.
II
“Princess Neoma, welcome to my place, my humble Palace,” the Alpha King said as the golden gate opened and he drove his car inside.
Princess Neoma was in awe. The palace is equally elegant with their two palaces but one thing that makes it more appealing is the touch of gold in almost all of its poles and most probably in most of its pieces of furniture inside, just like the big gate.
As they entered the palace, Princess Neoma suddenly feel the different scent around. The scent of werewolves! She is inside the den of werewolves and she was so naive enough to come here. She might not come out alive here not unless she will use her powers to kill them all or to just simply disappear from here.
“Don’t be afraid Princess Neoma, you might be inside a werewolf palace, but the werewolves will not harm you not unless I tell them so,” the Alpha King said in a beguiling tone. Somehow, Princess Neoma has been pacified.
He was assisted by the Alpha King in getting out of the car and held her hand as they entered the main door of the palace. She did not resist as she wanted to be on the safe side.
The place was surrounded by uniformed guards and as they passed through some of these guards, the looked they gave to Princess Neoma was something hostile, so to speak.
“Don’t mind them,” the Alpha King murmured to Princess Neoma and she nodded. She tried to avoid looking into the eyes of every werewolf that they passed through or met until they reach the living room of the palace. From there, the Alpha King led her to another door out of the living room and into the open where she saw a big lung shape swimming pool and elegant cabanas around. There was this biggest and more stylistic cabana, which Princess Noema noticed to have been adorned with flowers. The round table at the center has a bottle of wine and two wine glasses.
“See that big cabana, Princess Neoma?” the Alpha King said as he pointed to the princess the biggest cabana that caught her eyes instantly as they entered the pool area.
“Yes, it is very stylistic and seemed relaxing to stay there,” Princess Neoma said praising the specific spot that the Alpha King pointed to her.
“We will have our dinner there,” the Alpha King informed Princess Neoma and that makes the young princess smile a bit.
“The idea is not bad at all. It is fine and I guess cool to have dinner there,” she said agreeing to the Alpha King.
“Good. I am happy that you like my idea of a romantic dinner.”
“Romantic dinner?” she asked surprised.
“Yes. Don’t you like the idea, Princess Neoma?” he retorted.
“Why do you need to call it a romantic dinner?” she asked with a lifted right eyebrow.
The Alpha King chuckled before he answered. “Because I wanted us to be romantically involved.”
And with that, Princess Neoma suddenly became silent.
