Chapter 34

"Good morrow Aerline" Kristinov greeted her as she rub her eyes, stretched her arms, and then she smiled. She saw him holding an apple "I do not know how to cook for you, we need to go" he said in a sweet voice but nonetheless deep. Especially when he tried to cook but generally they are always burnt out or scorched when preparing stew. "Now? I will prepare myself, Sir," she asked in the end she bites the side of a pure crimson apple. She pats her kirtle to take off the crumple after consuming the apple sans Kristinov in the room. Before she finish her apple, she gazed at the breathtaking view, the beamish rays shined through the window and she can behold a little particle drifting up and down within the glints. A pure ether prevails once again, the clouds are more puffier this time and the birds still dance along the morning breeze. The villagers of the Connart cleaned the mess yesterday, gossiping about what happened and they still blaming Kristinov for what merely came about. She can see the brothers preparing the steeds below the tower where she gazes above them. All of them are waiting for Aerline.
She stepped outside and hence she inhaled. "You ready for this, lamb?" Jhàrold asked with a grin while he is already riding onto one of the steeds before Aerline popped out of the tower. "We are heading to Flannel, right?" She asked and all of them nodded simultaneously. They all ride together, heading to the gates but all mages are yet furious at Kristinov's. As they all got out of Connart - the brothers wave behind as a farewell again. The grass waved as well, the children call their names with enthusiasm and therefore they wave again as the brothers saunter far away from home. Now, they will stride above to Flannel, the land of fairies he ruined - now he will amend it likewise in a better path. Passing the mountains and hills again. Aloft the path they cannot believe the tracks of their steeds are still there but it was faded by the crusts. The land of the fairies is far, it might take three days to get there or more than. The place was still esoteric until the day that it was now a dull forest, it became murky because of what Talina and he did. They stole their magic so she can create her own mysticism. Some fairies withstand from the darkness but some are not - their skin is peeled off and inside out they're draught. It was horrible to recall the memories from Kristinov but anyways they are now to save their land.
"Are we there yet?" Jhàrold asked while all of them are walking above the path of the pine forests. "No," the brothers said one at a time but he asked that earlier before they reach this wilderness. "We will know their land if we have reached the blossom trees" Kristinov explained with an irritated tone. Their footsteps left some tracks behind. The branches of the pines barely hit them on the forehead so they bend themselves slightly or move aside along with their steeds. The wilderness area is filled with moss upon the woods as well as the vines - like they are walking below the rainforest. They stepped on many twigs and rocks. The firmament above began to be coated by the grey clouds, maybe this place will be taking a bath once again. The sun will set to dusk after ambling for more than an hour. Jhàrold began to worry about his home - he cannot find his Queen yet so he asked for help from the brothers and Kristinov. "Kristinov, can we talk?" Jhàrold asked while all of them sat on the log, in the middle was their campfire and the blaze create a fume drifting to the darkness above. They all stroll behind the tree while Aerline glimpse at them with curiosity.
"What is your problem now?" Kristinov asked while laying his arms on the wood where they stand. "I need your help on this one, believe me, prithee" Jhàrold whispered, moving his head closer - as well his brims onto Kristinov's ear. "You do not have to whisper to me, they can help either I" Kristinov let out his acceptance of his help. "Some bizarre occurred in my home before we met you in the forest that you almost got hurt hence I just cannot believe I am so outrageous to leave my dwelling so sudden just to find you and I needed to go around because perhaps they need me and umm you may not reckon this but," Jhàrold said all of his problems rapidly and in the end, he stopped by heading his visage downward while his fingers are shaking from uneasiness. "What?" Kristinov asked, putting his away from the wood he laid his arms on soon. "The young Queen of Heloureout disappeared," Jhàrold said in a soft voice wrapped with despair without contacting his eyes to Kristinov filled with tears that are trying not to fall. "How did that happen?" Kristinov asked again. "I-I do not know but this Angel, remember the curly hair woman in a lavender suit that stabbed you where we met you in the time it was dark" Jhàrold smiled with stress within it but he was still a fast talker. As Kristinov nodded slowly - Jhàrold nodded as well.
Shanne row his barque nigh isles of his city, he sauntered upon each land but yet he cannot find Kristinov even though he asks someone for help and path to unearth the once devilish knight - they were unfamiliar towards Kristinov. Heloureout stood east of the Median City while the west is Chester kingdom. Shanne reckons the monsters will head to Leicestershire, Shrewsbury, and Durham because there are nigh to their City. Past decades ago, the five kingdoms put together a truce, and ended their crusade decades ago because they are worn of turmoil and criminality so they build peace with one another - unfortunately, the monsters will raid upon them. Shanne and his steed saunter Leicestershire before Shrewsbury to find Kristinov and warn them as a betoken to all the Royals within each kingdom. He passed many hills and forests just to find the man who ask him to forge a maiden armor that will never use eventually. The night he cannot remove the image, through the night he tries to fight the starvation and anxiety and through the twilight, he kept getting on to enable the other kingdoms and his homeland. He was hoping that they will hark to his truth.
The atmosphere became dreary mixing their clouds into the darkling empyrean. Rain will drop again but in the time of twilight. The starts occurred blocked by the gloom mist halting the moon and stars from twinkling. The air became more frigid than the last time he sauntered under the forest. He takes off the steed and then lit his lantern to examine the map he carried all the way to the kingdom. He did not use his lantern to support him because of the moonlight leading his path. "I am almost there" he pointed his finger at the castle mark of Leicestershire. Therefore, he rides one more time to reach onto his destination. Putting his map into his pocket, took off the fire within the lantern he lit, and tied his hair while riding with his brown horse. The shower occurred now but they are is still galloping. It was strong, the winds were dragging the trees to the right perspective and it created mud within minutes of the great downpour. Below his chins were drizzling with raindrops, his eyelash, his nose, his ears, and below his hair were all soaked. Afar he can see the lights of the kingdom.
"What be thy tide eh under the rain lad, you are still up?!" The man yelled under the strong rain after Shanne knocked on the gate more than twice. "Kin from Median, let me in, I here to bring tidings!" He yelled as well while holding the leash that was wrapped to his steed so he will never lose sight upon her. The gates opened vertically as the man behind the enormous door told the guards to welcome Shanne. "You are?!" The man shouted again as Shanne stride into the gates of Leicester. "Shanne Willow" he replied but the rain poured more water onto them and the thunder grumbled even more as the gates closed after Shanne come in. The slow saunter of his steed stepped the mud beneath them and the houses alongside were made in bricks and woods while the towers are pastel marble. The man escorted Shanne to the castle. The roof was pointy at the ends, several windows attached to every tower, the doors have the same texture, and all of them had flowers that bloomed slightly from the rains from forth to side. "These tidings should be decent eh Shanne" The man said as Shanne saw the gates of the castle. They walk under twenty minutes to go to the Royal's home. The path was slightly neat because of the rain, beside them were small hedges and hence behind it were little flowers above the flat greensward. "Yes," he said in a shaky tone while bobbing unhurriedly.
The guards blocked their path with their swords but the man whispered that let themselves go in. "I thank thee" Shanne bowed before he take himself to the castle of Leicestershire. Vast pillars and walls made his impression go awe sudden. "Welcome Shanne" the man said as he stepped inside the aisle of the castle. Shanne was occupied by the beauty within the castle, his eyes still wandered around and therefore he forgot to greet himself. The distance away from him is the throne, the front was a big crimson table, and on the side of the slab were the chairs that are separated from the table. The aura of the rain came in as well. Big look alike chandelier hanging above the table and the throne - they were two of them. Four big vases that filled many kinds of flowers on each corner of the castle.
"This is Shanne Willow from the Median City, My Grace" The man introduces Shanne instead of him but the candles distract him that delayed his introduction. "Oh yes, I am here to give you tiding and begging for help, My Grace" he bowed, and the drips of the rain that rinsed him fall below his chin and short hair. The Queen was wearing a golden girdle, the lace was colorless and pearls and diamonds that are attached upon the upper to below garment. Her hair is tied up - the red hair was braided before they were tied up by the flowers and pins. "Do your Majesty send you here?" The Queen asked while slowly standing away from the throne, her fingertips are like stroking the hander of the throne as she stands up, and then her bottom girdle started to scatter beneath her. "No, our kingdom is under attack by some monsters like even more scarier than a real devil if you dare to see them and I am here to beg you for help, children and woman are taken away by their sin bare hands and ruining our home with no pity while they are slaughtering us and devouring us and yes I am here awaiting your kindness to be bestowed upon our home and I am maybe not just a sole survivor" Shanne confessed the truth with his tears tumbling above his cheeks and the tone was kept cracking and filling it with despair. The Queen strides forth to the table, laying her hands above it and heading her face downward to her bottom garment. "What does this monster look like?" She raises her chin to gaze onto his face with dolour - her upper lips are slightly rising like she was not believing every word he let out.
Shanne was shivering from the cold, his eyes aquiver from gloom and his every finger was shaking as well from fear. The man who let him in beyond the gates of Leicestershire taught him this is only a hoax. "All the way you came here alone my fellow, you bring me what? Monsters? You know Willow there are no such monsters lurking around here, conceivably is just your mirages" The Queen only sees a complete untruth. "I am telling the truth, My Grace, there may be a chance they will raid you, they want fortune and blood" He let out his words again that no one will ever believe even though he sees it all. "You will never believe me because I see everything than you, we have a truce but you did not care when some of your kin or not fall from violence, you only do is sit there and do nothing because is not part of your family!" Shanne let out his wrath for not believing him honestly, he cannot believe he only saw from the Queen's visage were laughter beyond her slight smile. The man beside Shanne cannot do anything to help him but he can see Shanne's actions when telling the truth. "Watch your words when you let them out, Willow!" The Queen shows anger to see Shanne disrespecting her as a Queen the moment she pounded her fist above the wooden slab.
"Your Grace, I propose ye let thee man speak more eh" The man supported Shanne while bowing before he speak up against her. "He tells lies, I will never lose my troop just for a fable or ambush!" She yelled and hence pounded the slab one more moment. The queen began to crease her forehead, pushing her fingers against her head hard and grinning his teeth. Shanne glimpsed a woman beside the Queen's throne, her hair was similar to the Queen's reddish hair and beautiful that he was distracted to gaze at her few seconds. "I will never force you to pull your battalions upon our ruined home, I understand if you cannot help me perchance I can let the darkness roam our home while the near kingdoms watch us perish, My Grace" Shanne bowed and saunter his feet to the exit while he was a draught from the heat and letting the cold travel within him from the raindrops. The man was sad to see Shanne accepting rejection from the Queen that prefers not to let her strong men perish from the unknown.
"Mother who is he?" The woman asked the Queen as he barely walk outside - he can still hear her soft concern. "A hoax" The Queen answered in an irritated tone. A clarion voice he heeds had hurt his inside. The man asked the guards to open the gates for him as he stands nigh the gate outside. "If the raid arises, do not blame upon me My Grace," he said while turning his head to the left side with a calm tone. The gate opened, and the strong winds from the great downpour poured the castle inside and got soaked from the rain once again. The Queen did not reply as he warn them. He took the leash of his steed around the palm of the guard. "Let us go" he whispered onto his horse while both of them rinsed again by the raindrops. The man only watches them saunter away from their home and Shanne will forth to the other kingdom nigh to Leicestershire. Shanne looked back with anger within his eyes to receive a hurtful lie even though he let out no lies nor hoaxes. He can hear the gallop of his steed beneath him but he notices another steed behind him. Some guard was reaching out for him under the strong rain - he can still hear the gallops of the horseshoe behind. "Halt!" The guard yelled as the thunder struck along with his scream.
Shanne force his horse to turn back, the saunter noise began to slowly fade as he gets closer to the guard and then everything went silent except for the rain. "Follow me Shanne!" the guard yelled and then they followed him - stepping beneath the tracks of the guard's steed. The guard led him to a house that has a wooden stripe and bushes along the side of the house. The guard let the steed shelter under the roof beside the house. Shanne creates a knot upon the leash into the fence so his steed will never flee sans him. "This way Shanne" The guard opened the door for him before he let himself go inside. "Can I ask, What is it all about?" Shanne asked as he stepped right into the house - fully soaked once again but there is a furnace within the house. He moaned as he put his hands nigh the flame of the furnace as well as his face and torso. "Willow, pray thee pause here" The guard went outside while he was cooling his body to let the coldness crawl out of him. Several breezes broke in as the guard opened the door therefore he close it soon. He looked around the place he will stay for the guard to come back from he did not know what reason he led him here in a comfy place to dry in from the cold. "I like this place" he nodded slowly with a smile.
After waiting for the guard to come back - he decided to leave as he parched off by the furnace. The strong rain become a drizzle and the smell scatter the kingdom after the rain rinsed the place up. The moment he will stride to the exit - the guard popped out with a woman wearing a black cloak. "May I introduce you young grace, Shanne Willow, Shanne Willow, this is our princess lady Melrys of Leicestershire" the guard closed the door and bowed ere he introduced the princess and Shanne. The woman takes her cloak out of her face and he saw was astonishment. A reddish hair is braided in a single way, laying above her right shoulder and the ends were reaching through her thigh. She was wearing a blue girdle with golden stripes on her wrist, bosom, and bottom garment of bright gloomy girdle. She possesses a rosy cheek, bloomy lips, and deep brown eyes that made him stunned evermore - forgetting he will talk in front of the child of the Queen. He smiled and then bowed after he gaze at her for hours. "My apologies, my lady," he said it fast while fixing his hair - ironing them with his warm palm to straighten his hair.
