Chapter 63 You Are The Prophecy

Cassey and Allen gazed upon Mantis and Alby, so many questions were on their faces, they didn't even know where to start.
Alby couldn't stop looking at him, so he wondered why.
"You know, you have been looking at me for the past hour. I look like your dad?" Said Cassey, the Boys never drop their sense of humor. The thing is, they would still find a way to pick it up again. Crazy fellows
Allen chuckled, Alby didn't smile. She never did, nothing was funny.
"So, I guess you two are together then? You two are magicians?" Asked Allen to the strange Mantis and Alby presented to them, from nowhere
"No." replied Mantis
"Then tell us who you are and how you found me" said Cassey
"I'm mantis, the supreme palace Chief of Castron. And she is Albyon, the light and unity of Castron And Albion, our queen, and she is of the supernatural. When you took the trident, you awakened a war that has been going on for decades, but in a slumber. You awakened Castron And The Albions. Which you must lead, redeem and fight for." This sounded like a tale to Cassey.
Cassey and Allen looked at each other, they thought it was funny. Or perhaps another joke to live with
"Ummm sorry, I don't understand. Me ? Fight a war? Awakened a kingdom or something? Because I picked that up?"
"Yes. You're the legendary White winged stallion horseman, Castron's heir.."
"Castro" Alby added
There was a momentary silence. But Cassey and Allen bursted out of laughter, they held themselves, but let it all out again.
However, Mantis and Alby weren't moved by that
"And me ? Who am I? Dragon swordsman?" Said Allen, sending themselves into a ton of laughter again
"I'm sorry again. But you picked the wrong lad. I am Cassey Harold from Krinxville and not… umm whatever folk tale you just said. And umm thank you for saving us."
"Yea , we are grateful" added Allen
But, somehow, they made it seem as if they were agreeing with them
"But you see, we got lives, so we will be on our way. Good luck with your thing…"
"If you dare take a step out, you will regret having been born." Warned Alby, who got fed up with them. She had no time to waste, and no time to joke around! Mantis held her back.
"No, you don't have to do this, let him go, he will come back"
Alby nodded her head in disapproval.
"I don't think so, he doesn't seem to change. the transition didn't go well."
Alby went near Cassey, she became emotional, touching his face, like she did many years back. Cassey was unsure of what she wanted to do, he wanted to back off, but Alby held his hand
"Is okay. Castro, I'm sorry, I did what I did to keep you safe. But I did keep to my promise, I said I will get to you first and I will remember you . I did. And I'm happy I kept that promise"
A drop of tears from Alby, Cassey was still confused. Mantis knew that the talk would be in vain.
Alby hugged him tightly, hoping that something might happen, but nothing happened. She got off and took some steps backward. She cleaned her face. Getting mean and more serious.
"I swear ,I will make the dark lord pay"
"What's that?" Allen asked
"That's what he is called, the DARK LORD, nobody knows who he is, he is the one who wants to take over Castron And Albion, and worst, he is already in your world. He wants it too."
"Why would he do that?" inquired Cassey
"He is powerful. He wants to rule all. Everywhere. See I believe you Castro, you might think it is all made up or superficial, but trust me,the moment you took the trident everything changed, you're the one, and only you can defeat this lord."
"He is telling the truth" Alby added
"Who is he? Does he know me?"
"Like I said, we don't know, but it could be your uncle"
"My uncle!?"
"Yes, your most beloved he killed your father king thadius, but I believe he doesn't know you're the white winged stallion horseman"
"Oh. As much as I would love to believe... this thing. I got to go home to my mom. Look if it's because of the trident. You saw what happened, it has been taken away, so I'm clean now right?" Just when it seemed that he was making sense of what they were saying. But he truly needed to go see Mama.
Alby and Mantis shared a look of urgency.
"That's why we are going to find the trident." Concluded Mantis
"And find the last gateway to Castron And The Albions." added Alby
"What's that?" Cassey asked
Alby didn't talk. Mantis broke the silence
"The fate of The Lands is in your hands my lord"
He gave a keen low bow. Cassey was starting to give in
"I still don't understand it all. Like who am I ,According to what you're saying?"
"Castron, the white-winged stallion horseman" Mantis said, clearly not going to say anything again. Cassey looked at Allen, and they only knew what was going to happen next, or what was going to be. It seemed that they had no option.
They were in for some adventure!
