Roberto overtook Vincenzo’s car and began to lead the way. He watched the infotainment in the car he drove and kept following behind the van. He didn’t get too close because he didn’t want them to notice him, nor was he too far so that he wouldn’t give them too much time to do something crazy to Martina. Roberto furrowed his brows when he saw them head to the nearest sea. “Where the f**k are they taking her? Why are they heading to the sea?” Roberto mumbled as he kept driving.
“They are heading to the seaport boss. We need to attack as soon as possible or we would lose them,” Vincenzo said after connecting to the infotainment in Roberto’s car. “I’m very aware, okay? Once the vehicles stop, we rush them. We start attacking, we must make sure nothing happens to Martina.” Roberto informed Vincenzo before disconnecting the call.
Soon the vehicle that kidnapped Martina stopped at the seaport. They hurried down the vehicle as they sighted the ship they were expecting approach them. One of them hurriedly carried Martina out of the van and headed to the edge of the sea port. Roberto drew closer and when he saw they had carried Martina, he reached under the driver’s seat and picked up two rifles gun which were always hidden under the seats of his cars. He checked the barrel and confirmed that there were bullets in them. He lifted the guns and pointed it at those that had kidnapped Martina. He began to rain bullets on them.
Some of Roberto’s men hurried to the other side of the ship as Roberto and the rest of his men distracted the villains. They kept their eyes our for Martina and the man that had carried her. They didn’t shoot him because they didn’t want to hurt Martina, instead he let the men that headed into the ship take care of it. The men that kidnapped Martina fired back squarely and took hidings behind some boats and even the van. Adelina kept her head low in the car so that she wouldn’t get hit by the flying bullets. Vincenzo got into the ship, keeping all his senses active for attack from any one that was present in the ship. To his greatest surprise, he couldn’t find anyone in the ship. It seemed empty. Vincenzo turned and looked at the men that was behind him. He placed his finger on his lips, telling them to keep shut.
The whispers around Martina knocked her out of her subconscious mind, and she shook her head slowly. She opened her eyes and couldn’t see anything because the blindfold bag was still on her head. She tried to move her hands but she couldn’t. They were tied pretty tight. “We can’t let them know we are here or we are dead, okay? They have killed almost everyone,” She heard the whispers very close to her ear. ‘Who has killed everyone?’ She wondered. Considering the fact that her kidnappers were whispering, she believed it was a chance for her to free herself from them. She pretended to still be unconscious, so they didn’t bother covering her mouth.
“Where the f**k are they?!” Roberto growled in anger, and Vincenzo gulped. We have no idea. We got into the ship and found out it was empty. “F**k!” Roberto yelled, punching the air in anger. Martina swallowed hard after hearing Roberto’s voice. She suddenly shouted, “Roberto!! I’m here! We are hiding here!” The men that were next to her hurriedly threw a punch at her face, and she fell on her side to the wooden floor. Roberto clearly heard the voice of his lover and his heart leaped for joy.
“Martina!” He hurried to the direction he heard Martina’s voice. He saw the door of an under-built space and broke it open with the bottom of his gun. Inside this small space was Martina and took men. Immediately the door broke open, Roberto’s men pointed their guns into the space. The men raised their hands in surrender. One of them had a mask on, and the other didn’t have on one. “Domenico?! What the f**k!” Roberto yelled after seeing the one that had kidnapped his lover was his childhood very good friend. “Hello, Galante,” He let out a evil grin.
Two of Roberto’s men entered the space and dragged the two men out. Immediately Domenico got out of the space, Roberto grabbed his shirt and punched him in the face. “How dare you?!” He yelled. Vincenzo lifted Martina and removed the blindfold from her head. “Are you okay?” He raised her head, and she looked at his face. She nodded slowly, and he helped her stand. He helped her out of the space, and she fell on the chair that was close by weakly. “We were friends, Domenico. How dare you do this, hun?” He asked in anger. “Why wouldn’t I do this? You killed my father remember? I was in the building that day. He begged you, he held your legs and pleaded for more time, but you never listened to him, instead you pulled the f**king trigger and blew his head off.
“Marco owed me and kept playing filthy games with me. What did you expect, that I let him go scot-free with my money?! Hell, no.” He snatched a pistol from one of his men and pointed it to Domenico. “So you are going me the same way you killed my father, right?” He asked, and Roberto looked at Vincenzo. “Take Martina to the car. I’ll deal with this. Finish off the other guy,” Roberto said, and looked at Domenico again. “You know, I would have thought twice about killing you if we met I see another circumstance. But this? You f**king laid hands on my woman! You cannot escape this!”
Martina and Vincenzo got on the deck and they heard the sound of gunshot from inside the ship. The sound made Martina shiver, and Vincenzo looked at her. “Hey, it’s fine now. You are safe now.” He held her hand firmly, and she bobbed slowly. She looked back and saw Roberto walk out of the ship. She pulled her hands away from Vincenzo and ran to Roberto. Roberto opened his arms wide, and she hugged him tightly. He hugged her tightly too, and they buried their head on their shoulders.
“I’m happy you are fine. I was scared to death. I can’t lose you, Martina. I love you so much.” His voice quivered as he spoke and tears heated his eyes in the twinkle of an eye.
