SOMA: The transformation, the breaking of the chains, the chaos happening outside which was apparently something I masterminded — those things should not have happened, but they all did. It all came down to using the special gear. It was something fortified to counter the weakness bestowed upon a wolfling. One of a kind and linked with my insides and energy, according to what my father had told me when he handed it over to me some years ago. What I had just done set Harold into another round of shock. How I had suddenly transformed into my spirit wolf while he was attempting to strike at me was much of a surprise to him. It should not be happening. And even I would not have pictured such a thing if I had not remembered my gear. In his stunned motion, Rainia has aggressively clawed at him, right at his chest. At the last second, he moves back to avoid her paws digging right into his chest. Instead, what happens is his shirt being torn. But it didn’t stop her from getting a little hit on him. He looks down at his torn shirt and then back at Rainia who is getting ready to lunge at him again. What he does next is to grip the sword in his hand tightly, already getting prepared to move in for an attack. But I won’t deny that I’m a little bothered about the sword in his hands. I have to get it off him by any means because it could be the reason I get killed. As he starts to run straight at me, Rainia leaps into the air in full force so she could land directly at him. And then, in a quick motion, stunning Harold once more, we effect a transformation back to me and it was enough to kick him right in the face. He didn’t expect it. That kind of move in a fight like this would certainly never be expected. And I stun him more by transforming back to Rainia and then clawing at him before shoving him right across the room, sending him crashing to the wall. I watch him wipe the blood from his lips through Rainia’s eyes. With the sword, he gets himself to his knees, looking up at him with amusement plastered on his expression. “No lies, you surprised me,” he says. “But do you think I would just go down like that? You seem to have forgotten a lot about me,” And he stands up to his feet. Immediately the hair on Rainia's body starts to rise which only means one thing. She has to be wary of him or he would do a lot of damage. I think his aura has gone through a rapid change after he stood up. ‘What is it?’ I gave to ask her, already feeling how cautious she is of him. ‘I think this is not going to go down well,’ was her response before Harold makes a movement that is quicker than what I have ever seen him do. So quick that Rainia could hardly catch his movement. When he is right in front of us, she tries to swipe at him but he evades it and the next thing was a sharp pain by her side which almost sends her into a frenzy. She howls in pain from the cut made to her by Harold. I can feel how the silver goes through to her as it starts to make me weary. But Harold was not done there. Rainia goes for a quick turn with a swipe bit never would I have expected Harold to transform into his wolf. Immediately, Rainia is hit right by the side and then thrown across the room until she hits her hand on something. More like iron, I guess due to the sound that accompanied it. I thought she was about to go unconscious and it made me want to take over but she gets back on her fours seconds later. ‘Are you sure you can do this?’ I ask her. I get no response from her because she is snarling in the direction of the black wolf that is standing right where I had broken off from. The sword was nowhere to be found at the moment and it only creates more worry for me because if it cannot be seen, would it not mean he would try to surprise us later? What follows up with that is the two of them clashing at each other. Swipes and class went against each other. Even bites too because a few times they could get away from a clawing swipe and then counter with that. It has turned a little too bloody and I'm glad it has not extended to the men that are still chained to the ground around us. And it only gives me more peace when Rainia eventually shoves Harold’s wolf into a wall which then breaks and sends him crashing out of the room. Instantly she jumps at him as we have taken the fight outside and he still manages to avoid her swipe. The little movement of his causes a disadvantage for us because we did not know when he takes out the silver sword and cuts one of her hind legs. Another howl and I decide to effect a transformation. I could get a better chance of avoiding the sword than her. Even Harold was back to his regular self. Naked as well with obviously nothing to put on at the moment as he had his clothes on when he first transformed. I take a look at him as he holds onto the sword like it’s his most treasured possession. “You don’t want us to do this, Soma,” he says as I start to approach him slowly. I smirk in mockery of him. “What are you now? Scared?” I say in a bid to taunt him. “Do I look scared to you? I’m only trying to save your life here,” “You should worry about saving yours because you are going to lose it today,” And like a flash I was right in front of me, dishing out a hit to his face. But he shifts his head to the side quickly before I could do such. I do not allow that to stop me from doing another, already trying to ensure the sword in his hand does not touch me. When I see him try to use it, I quickly make an unthinkable move with my body. It was more like a dance and then I follow it up by me kicking him right in the chin. As that apparently slips his motion, I then kick the hand wielding the sword first, making him drop it to the ground. And then I kick him dead in the chest and watch him fly straight to a wall ahead. I have it in me to pick up the sword on the ground but then change my mind. Although that was enough to distract me from seeing that my brother was back on his feet. Didn’t even realize he was coming at me until the last second when I put up my hand to avoid an incoming blow to the head. The pain that seeps through my arms is a little unexplainable and I won’t lie that it feels like I have broken some bones in my arm. But I counter it by grabbing onto his hand with my other arm and then slamming him right to the ground. I sit on him before he can stands yo to his feet and then start to dish out blows to his face with my uninjured arm. I do it repeatedly and when I feel my other hand is healed enough to give an impact, I use it as well and then make it my mission to destroy his face. I was consumed with rage at the moment that I do not even think that I might end up killing him with what I am doing. I just want to vent out all of the anger in me to him. “Soma, stop!” And midair, I stop with the punches. The voice was enough to make me stop the torture on him and it was because of a likely connection that made me feel a bit submissive. I do not know why it affected me, but all I know is that if it has not been Luis, I might have killed my brother. I take my bloody hands away from him as I stand up. When I look down at him, I can see how heavily brutalized he is now. My hands might look small but I can see now that they could do so much damage like this. What I do next is to walk away from him and then go after the sword that he left on the ground. I take a look at it and then pick it up from the ground before turning back to look at him. The moment he realizes I am with the sword, fear grips him. So much that he starts to move away from where he is, slowly and with a lot of struggle. I follow in the same way. Just slowly as I drag the sword with me. The tip was making a clash with the ground as I do so and it gives me more pleasure from seeing how fearful he could be. Focusing my mind away from him for the time being, I hear the sounds of swords clashing in the distance, as well as gunshots. It’s really bloody out there I guess. And then in a boom, I was standing right in front of my brother. “Soma... please...” Harold says, raising his hands to supposedly pacify me. “I’m still your brother,” “You should have thought of that when you started all of this.” Then I raise the sword in the air, already intending to finish him off. “This is not for me. This is for my mate who you thought you could mess with by using him against me. No one touches him, especially when I did not permit that. You wanna know why? Because he’s mine!” And with a yell, I put the sword right through him.
