Chapter 21 Sharp

This time in a hospital. Daniel, who was still lying in his room, looked full of anxiety. He, who was sleeping, quickly opened his eyes and looked around him. The silence was so sharp that it made him pause for a moment. Not long after, a doctor entered his room carrying something in a white container. Daniel who saw this only looked at him for a moment. The doctor then sat right in front of his bed while opening the box. It turned out that after being opened, the contents were nothing but various medicines. Daniel, who had a sudden bad feeling, suddenly began to frown and hoped that nothing terrible would happen.
"Now it's time to change the medicine," said the doctor calmly to Daniel.
“Then, when will I get out of this place?”
"It won't be long. All you have to do while you're here is do what I tell you to do."
"But that…"
“This is not a bad thing. You just have to take the right dose. That way you can go home right away.”
"Okay. I understand."
"Pleased to hear it. I'll leave it here. Don't forget to drink it."
"I know."
The doctor left Daniel in the room. This time right in front of him, the huge amount of medicine made him feel sick. However, some time ago Daniel had thought of something. In his mind crossed how he could be caught and become a suspect. In his life, it had never happened before that it made him feel afraid if he was allowed to go home. The look in people's eyes, their sneers and even him worrying about the reactions of those closest to him. Not long after, Daniel took the medicine and drank it as the doctor had told him. His face was grimacing bitterly, instantly making him almost vomit. His condition, which has improved, actually looks the same as before. Now he can only continue to lie down thinking about what his friends are now.
"What are they doing now?" mumbled Daniel as he lay down.
Meanwhile, currently in an orphanage. Rebecca who was in the front yard was seen relaxing while listening to the other children playing there. The atmosphere which is quite crowded often makes the caretaker of the orphanage feel overwhelmed to deal with them. Margareth, who had previously been in a fight with Rebecca, was now sitting down while continuing to look at her. Not long after, a caretaker of the orphanage came to ask Margareth to speak.
"Margaret."
"Oh, yes."
“Could you go to my room for a moment? There's something I want to talk about."
"Okay, I'll be there."
Margareth followed the caretaker of the orphanage and then entered a room not far from the main room. There, the caretaker of the orphanage told her to sit down and then the two of them started to talk about something. Margareth, who looked tense and felt that there was nothing to punish her, was getting more and more depressed. With a friendly but ambiguous smile, the caretaker of the orphanage immediately said something without further ado.
“Lately, something has gone wrong. Do you know anything?”
"Yes? I don't understand what you mean," Margaret said confusedly. His eyes started to glaze over.
"Okay. I'll ask again, what exactly happened between you two? I'm sure there's something hidden. Can you tell me?”
"Something? I don't think anything happened. Maybe it's just your feelings."
"Then why did you two fight?"
The question from the caretaker of the orphanage made Margareth couldn't take it anymore and felt even more uncomfortable. Silence ensued. As long as Margareth remained silent, the caretaker of the orphanage had been talking non-stop as if she was lecturing Margareth. Again, that didn't calm her down. Her hands kept shaking until finally Margareth confessed something to the caretaker of the orphanage. The expression on the caretaker's face suddenly changed and then fell silent. A few minutes passed, Margareth was finally allowed to leave the room. When she left the room, Margareth was very surprised to see Rebecca who was standing facing her while looking at her.
"Gosh, you just startled me."
"Did you just come out of the caretaker's room?"
"Yeah, I'll go first."
Margareth left Rebecca there. After arriving in front of the courtyard, Margareth joined the others and seemed to be busy chatting with them. However, right in the room of the caretaker of the orphanage, apparently the caretaker of the orphanage was in confusion and kept pacing back and forth while biting her finger. Not long after, she started to find a solution and finally contacted someone using a personal cell phone.
"Hello?"
"Sorry. Do you have time today? I would like to ask for a moment of time.”
"Of course. Please meet me at my house. I'll send you the address."
"With pleasure."
That person immediately sent the address right at that very minute. The caretaker of the orphanage seemed to be rushing to go somewhere. The children who saw her in a hurry, surprised them and started commenting. Margareth who also saw it, apparently did not feel curious at all and only saw it briefly.
"Wow, it seems that today is very busy huh?"
"Naturally. Because he takes care of us all.”
"But don't you feel tired?"
"Where do I know."
"I can't imagine it. Right?”
"I agree."
“By the way, why aren't you guys playing with Rebecca?”
"That kid looks weird."
"What's weird?"
“It seems there is something we are not aware of. I feel it. but, I can't check it directly either. Are you aware of that too Margareth?”
"What?" said Margareth, who was surprised when she heard her friend's words.
"Look. This kid is completely insensitive.”
Meanwhile, right now it was right in front of the building. The caretaker of the orphanage who was now standing in front of the building and then exhaled a long breath slowly began to set foot in the building. When he opened the door, there was a woman who seemed to be her age. The woman smiled kindly as she invited her to sit down. The caretaker of the orphanage calmly sat there while looking around which turned out to be quite unique. The woman in front of her was none other than Griselda's aunt.
"Can I help you?" said her aunt Griselda politely.
“Actually, there are many things I want to know.”
"Yeah, just say it. Maybe my partner and I can help you.”
"There's been something strange lately."
"Really? This seems interesting. Can you tell me more about what it is like?”
"Yes."
The caretaker of the orphanage immediately said everything and instantly made her aunt Griselda silent for a moment before finally returning to listen to what the caretaker of the orphanage had to say. Time just passed, not long after the caretaker of the orphanage left the residence and they were seen saying goodbye to each other. After that person left, her aunt Griselda started to think of something.
