The Global Peace Ambassador 5

“Yes,” the audience cheered. Then, he gave the bottle back to Admiral Jacob and lifted Admiral Twist’s bottle and announced again, “What about this is black drink, where is it produced?”
“In Dunforn South,” the people chorused.
“Good. Kindly, fill the glass cups to the middle,” he requested from the Admirals. Now, the audience was marveled and could not imagine what he was up to. His parents and the other dignitaries who were at the podium were awestruck because they could not relate the relationship of what he was doing with the ceremony. All the same, they looked on. After the admirals filled their class cups to the middle, he instructed, “Kindly exchange your bottles of drinks.”
They obediently did as he instructed, and he continued, “Now, I want you to fill your glass cups to the brim with the drinks in your hands.”
They began to fill their glasses with the new bottles of drinks in their hands, and the color of the drinks in the glass cups began to change to green. When they were done, he apologized, “I apologize for stressing you. We will soon get through.”
“Think nothing about it, Mr. Bailey. We are not complaining,” the Admirals assured. Then Mr. Bailey asked them to display the glass cups for all to see, which they did, and he began to emphasize.
“As you can see, the different bottles of drinks have blended into one and with a different color.”
“Yes,” the audience chorused.
“I want to ask, can you identify the different drinks from the North or South?”
“No. They are blended.”
“You have answered correctly. The drink in the glass cups is a brand-new drink which represents the United Dunforn Republic. Are you with me?”
Now, the picture of the experiment was getting clearer and the response from the audience became louder, and he continued, “The same way the different drinks from the North and the South blended is my wish for your country. If you can separate the drinks, then you are free to discriminated, but if you cannot, you are obliged to remain blended. Thank you very much.”
The audience clapped as the two Head of the Government, the Admirals, the members of the Senate present, drank from the glass cups as a symbol of unity. And it thrilled the audience. Then, Denise concluded his speech, “In conclusion, I dedicate this award to my grandfather, Retired General Armand Bailey, a general with a difference…”
He halted when the fanfare was louder than the microphone and watched the audience jubilating and waving their kerchiefs in honor of his late grandfather.
“…. I appreciate you for finding me worthy of this award. I promise to promote peace as much as it lies on me. Before I step down, my wife and I wish to support the rehabilitation of your educational system for a period of five years. Thank you, so much.”
Then, he handed the microphone to the MC and his parents gave him hugs one after the other. Afterward, he gave his wife a hug too and stood aside. His father gave his appreciation message to the Government of the United Dunforn Republic. Now, they were not aware why Sir Relish and his colleague were standing there quietly. He collected the microphone and began, “Ladies and gentlemen. All protocols duly observed. My name is Sir Benson Relish, the Chairman of the Council of Knights in Dover. My colleague and I want to appreciate the Government of the United Dunforn Republic for honoring our illustrious son.”
The audience clapped and afterward, he continued, “Our son has brought us honor, and we think that he is entitled to a Knighthood.”
He stopped and looked at his friend, Arthur, who was shocked. Then, he decorated Denise with a Medieval knight costume which his colleague had in the luggage and decorated his wife as a Lady Auxiliary. Afterward, they presented them with their certificates and concluded with, “From today henceforth, you are permitted to use the title, ‘Sir’ and your wife ‘Lady’. Welcome to the council of knights forum.”
The audience clapped more and more and Sir Denise Bailey gave his acceptance speech.
“I, Sir. Denise and My wife Lady Olivia Bailey do hereby accept the Knighthood. We are pleased to be counted worthy of a knighthood. Thank you, so much.”
Afterward, he bowed. Lady Olivia bowed, too, as low as her baby bump would permit. The event came to a glorious end, and they returned to Kent.
At Kent
After their return, Brown, and his family, stormed Arthur’s family for appreciation. Now, the Patriarch could not pretend that what Arthur and his family did for Brown was the kinsman characteristics that he preached about, and he deserved to be commended. He also visited physically to appreciate him. Meanwhile, Arthur and his wife were astonished to see him in their house, and exclaimed, “What! Our father, what brings you?”
“The honor you have brought to the family has moved my feet. I must confess that your father, Armand, lives on.”
Now, Arthur and his wife breathed freely and offered him a seat.
“We are honored to have you under our roof, our father,” Arthur greeted.
“Thank you,” the Patriarch greeted after he took his seat. Although, Arthur was an intelligent man, but hosting a Patriarch under his roof was strange to him. Howbeit, he got a bottle of wine, and they popped to long life, unity, and progress.
“Thank you, Arthur. I would like to organize a dinner party in your honor if you do not mind,” the Patriarch, who would not be disappointed if he turns it down, pointed out. While he was vacillating, the Patriarch, cut in and offered, “You can choose a venue of your choice.”
At that point, Arthur smiled inwardly because he would not accept such an offer from the Bailey family, who hated him so much. With a venue like Denise’s Tourist Center or The Food Planet, he would be safe.
“Thank you for finding me worthy of such an honor.”
“You are welcome. You deserve it,” the Patriarch said, and fixed his eyes expectantly on the unpredictable kinsman, and sipped his wine. Now, Arthur attempted to avoid the question, and introduced another matter, “The United Dunforn Republic surprised us. There was a minute silence in honor of our General with a Difference.”
“Yes. I watched it on the news and read it in the newspapers. I am waiting for you to choose the venue for the dinner.”
“I will let you know the date and venue tomorrow,” he said with finality, and the Patriarch honored that. After a while, the janitor announced, “Lunch is ready, boss.”
