The Global Peace Ambassador 15

“If I may ask, would you like me to see the weapons you have? Seeing them, would give me an idea of what you want,” Denise requested with less concern. Now, Dr. Parker looked at his council members for a confirmation, and they gave him an approval, “You are right, Young Man. Let's do that as quickly as we can.”
“I got it,” Denise accepted, and they got up at once. Then, the council members led the way to the storage compound. It was located on a 120,000 square foot (0.01 km²) lot, and was void of any security guards because they were not afraid of any enemy. They were the enemies to themselves.
“This is risky,” Denise pointed out. Now, Dr. Parker, and his men were startled by his statement, and inquired, “I don't get it, Young Man. What do you mean?”
“Leaving your strong house unguarded exposes you to attacks, and leaves you at the mercy of your enemies. They can strike when you are unguarded. If they capture your storage house, they have captured the entire army. Did you get me?”
'If only he knew that there were no enemies,' Dr. Parker said to himself. Nevertheless, he played along, and accepted, “You are right, Young Master. We have taken note.”
“It is all right. However, I will plant a device that would alert you of the presence of an intruder. With the robot, you don't need any human guards.”
Meanwhile, the offer soothed the Head of the Government, and he opted for it.
“Thank you very much, Young Man. Go ahead. We trust your judgment.”
'Foolish man. By the time I'm through with you, you will have nothing to create false alarm with, and kill innocent citizens,' Denise murmured. At that point, he gave Phil and Jude, an instructive look, and they moved, while some of their soldiers moved with them. Then, a council member opened the armory for him, and they walked in. Then, he discovered that they had more of different bombs, and a few guns. He inspected them just for formality’s sake, and commended, “It is good that I have seen what you need. It would help me with my supply.”
“It is all right,” Dr. Parker encouraged, and led the way. Meanwhile, to be doubly sure that he would completely disarm them, he faced the Head of the Government, and inquired, “Do you have another storage house in other cities and states?”
“Yes. Would you like to take a look?”
“O yes! How far is the distance from here to the city that was attacked by the rebels last time?”
“It is a two hour drive from here, and you don't need to bother yourself about that,” Dr. Parker explained. He hates the city, he continually bombs it. However, Denise ignored his explanation, and asked, “I see. Do you have a strong house there?"
“Certainly. We can take you there if you wish.”
“It is all right.”
Now, Phil and Jude were back from planting the time-delayed bombs which were expected to detonate after eight hours, and joined the team. Nevertheless, Dr. Parker and his council members were comfortable with Denise, especially his concern for the strong house. Although, they had nothing to fear about, but his ingenuity, and concern for their safety would not be overemphasized.
“We would like you to plant the same safety robot at the government house, if you do not mind,” Dr. Parker pleaded, and his deputy supported. Now, Denise was elated, but he concealed it. According to the plan he had with Jude and Phil, their targets were the Government House, and the armory. Since they had presented the opportunity to him on a platter of gold, he took the advantage of the opportunity with enthusiasm.
“I would do that, but you have to pay for it,” he pointed out.
“That won't be a problem. Just name your price, and it would be available for you,” Dr. Parker boasted. At that moment, Mr. Abel was infuriated, and murmured, “Let's see where you get your money from.”
Soon, they were back to the office, and after they were seated, Dr. Parker offered again, “You must be famished. Permit us to offer you tea or coffee? Now, Denise was afraid that turning him down, may be impolite, and he said, “Let's do that after work,” without giving him the opportunity to insist. Then he diverted his attention to the safety of the government house, “Do I go ahead and plant my security device in the government house, and send my invoice afterward?”
“Go ahead. Making the payment won't be an impediment,” Dr. Parker promised with certainty.
“It is all right. We have started working for you. Do you think that there is still need for the administration of an oath of secrecy?”
“Certainly. I would administer an oath of secrecy that you would not divulge any facts that you would find out from our transactions,” Dr. Parker emphasized. Now, Denise gave Phil and Jude a nod, and they got up at once, followed by some soldiers. Then, he faced the Head of the Government, and permitted, “Go on. I'm ready.”
At that point, the combat soldiers were ready for whatever he termed an administration of an oath of secrecy. While Abel, and his aid, only looked on. Then, Dr. Parker demanded, “It is all right. Do you have confidence in your team? Or would you like them to excuse us?”
At that point, Denise was curious, and wondered what he was up to.
“You don't have a problem with my team,” he informed, and steadied his gaze on him.
“Good,” he said, and looked at his aid. He understood the look, and moved at once. After a few seconds, with the assistance of another person, he returned with an 84" inches by 28" inches length and breadth coffin which was painted red and black in color. At that point, Denise showed fear, which was concealed with the nose mask. When they kept the coffin in the middle of the office, they opened it, and displayed their fraternity clothes, and withdrew. Then, Dr. Parker got off his swivel chair, and walked to the middle of the office, and spoke, “Each of will put on this regalia, and that is a symbol of initiation.” Then, he paused, and looked at the faces of his guests, which were expressionless. Before he continued, Denise looked into his eyes, and spoke, “I got it, Dr. Parker. If my assumption is right, by this rite, we are initiated into a fraternity?”
"Certainly. Just as we discussed.”
“You are correct. I would like to let you know that we are not the right persons for this. Our Chairman, the Defense Minister, and our Head of Government are the appropriate individuals. We are just messengers. Am I right?” Now he looked at one of the soldiers by his side for his opinion, and he spoke, “The Young Master is right. General Armand Bailey of blessed memory enshrined it in his will, that every Head of the Government must be initiated.”
The soldier's assertion pleased Dr. Parker, and his team, and they consented, “This meeting is indeed an eye-opener. We never knew that there was a standing order from the late General.”
“I'm glad that you got the details. May I request that we move to the attacked city,” Denise requested, and stood up at once. His team members stood with him. Now, Phil, and his team members, were back. They met them standing, and stood along with them too.
“It is all right, Young Master. Thank you once again for your understanding," Dr. Parker appreciated. Then, he turned to his aid, and announced, “Take the ark back to the temple.”
