CHAPTER NINETEEN Dinner Night

Eureal and his family had just returned from their vacation, though still at the airport. One of his father's very good friends came around to pick them. They were all happy to be back to their house again.
Though the house was so unkept. The smell of dust was all over the air and spider webs had grown on some parts of the wall. Everywhere was just so uncomfortable.
Mister Leonards Alexandria couldn't help to see his family go through such stress of cleaning up the house so he quickly placed a call across and made arrangements for the janitors who converged in their house and got everywhere cleaned up and arranged immediately and he paid them off.
There they were in their supposed rooms fixing their belongings to their supposed positions.
Mrs Alexandria had just finished arranging her clothes and her husband's clothes in the wardrobe when she remembered that she promised to give one of her friends a call. So, she quickly went straight downstairs to the dinning and made use of the center telephone to do Justice to that.
Sonia in her room was busy with her stuff. Placing them in order. She had just finished laying a clean white sheet on her bed when she heard the screams of his elder brother.
"My bangle!!" Eureal screamed angrily.
"What the heck is the meaning of this?" He echoed, while still searching for his bangle in another of his bags.
Sonia rushed in immediately to his room to know why she was screaming.
"Eureal, what's the problem?" She asked, gesticulating.
"I lost my bangle," he said, looking at her.
"Oh, oh…! But that shouldn't be a reason to disturb the peace of the whole house," she said, standing akimbo.
This statement got him surprised so he couldn't stop himself from asking her 'why?"
"Why?" He asked in surprise and at the same time angry at her.
"Because I asked you to dash it to me but you refused and now, it's found missing." She said, folding her hands.
"Now, get out! Get out of my room, Sonia!!" He screamed, throwing his shoes on her.
"Are you even sure that you're not the one who took it from my bag?" He added as Sonia ran out of his room for her room immediately, slamming the door behind her.
Eureal was more angry than he was before his sister came to her room.
He could not remedy the anger even as he tried.
He then resorted to increasing the volume of the soft music that was playing in the background and then continued with the arrangements he was doing.
°°°°°°
It was the first day at work after they returned from their vacation. Mister Leonards had resumed his office very early Just so that he could fix some things before work commences.
Immediately he drove in, he quickly made for his office, while his driver was still looking for a parking space to pack the car.
Within a jiffy, he had taken care of the things he wanted to do and then relaxed to go through his e-mails.
That was when a knock came on his door.
"Come in," he said, looking through the glasses that were comfortably placed around his nose. Though still scrolling with the mouse, as he searched for a particular e-mail in the desktop.
The door flung open as Mister Davids came in.
"My Alexandria Leonards," he said, amidst smiles, stretching forward his hands for a shake.
The fragrance of his cologne became dominant in the air within his office. One could tell he is the one whenever he passes by through his unique fragrance.
Mr Leonards who was already standing and smiling, stretched forth his hands and shook him warmly and then they exchanged greetings.
They were engaged in a brief discussion concerning his vacation.
As he was about to leave his office he remembered it was necessary to invite him to his family and friends' annual dinner and get together night.
"And that reminds me,"he quickly chipped in. Dipping his hands in his brown envelope.
He handed him over an invitation card.
"I don't want to find you missing out that night" he added, smiling.
Mister Leonards, on opening the invitation card, smiled after he had skimmed through the content.
"Wow! How time flies!!" He exclaimed.
"Trust me, my family and I will be present," he concluded, smiling.
"Alright…see you there," said mister Davids, exiting his office for his own office.
Mister Leonards didn't forget to inform his family about the invitation when he got home from work that day.
Mister Davids was one of his very good friends right from their secondary school years and then one of his colleagues at work.
They had always wished that their friendship would grow old with them and most of all for their children to marry themselves.
So, making out time to show up in honor of his friend's invitation wasn't a big deal as it has been an annual norm.
His family, too, didn't hesitate to include that in their to-do-schedules.
°°°°°°
The family and friends' annual dinner and get together night came.
Mister Davids's family were so overwhelmed with joy and they were all ready to witness that year's celebration.
It happened that, that year's celebration was the most huge of all.
The auditorium's decorations were mind blowing, the numerical strength was breathtaking, the fragrance from the flowers used in the decorations was so sweet and the cake was just as elegant as the baker. Everything was in their perfect positions.
Mister Leonards Alexandria and his family were present with other family members and friends from far and near.
The party kicked off and they were taking every item in their party agenda one after another.
It was after they cut the elegant cake that item seven set in.
People were happy and many were dancing to the tune of the music.
Sonia was busy admiring the decorations and taking pictures of some parts that she found more beautiful.
Eureal left his family and went to the pool side to look out.
There he sat, sipping his lemonade when the alluring Clara Davids came around.
She was dressed in a sea-green flowery hugging gown and a white stiletto heels.
Indeed, Clara was such a slender and alluring smart lady. She has all the physical features that any man could want from a woman.
"Hey, handsome," she said as she majestically walked closer to where he sat.
"Wow! Is that you?" Asked Eureal as he adjusted and gestured to her to have a seat.
"Thanks," she said and sat close to him. She requested that the waitress get her a drink which she did and a conversation evolved between them.
"It's been really a while since we last saw each other. I guess that was still by this time and the same event last year?" He asked rhetorically.
"And we've all grown!" She added, smiling.
They had talked for a while but not until her body language changed.
She started looking at him in the face just like a man who is so horny would look at his wife.
She drew closer and closer to Eureal until there was no space between them.
She started moving her fingers on her body at first but not until she became so wet.
She then started caressing Eureal's body gradually.
At first, he was not responding but not until she placed his hands on her cleavages.
They kissed the living daylight out of their lips. The little play continued but not until Eureal realized that something unplanned might happen if they continue with that.
That was when it dawned on him that the girl wasn't his wife and was never going to be. So he flug her irresistible fingers and body away from his body.
"What happened?" Clara asked out of frustration.
"Take no further steps close to me!" He ordered angrily while he buttoned his suite. He then left immediately to meet his family.
Clara Davids became so miserable at that point because she couldn't help herself.
She sat at the pool, miserably for some time before making her way to where her family was.
The music, dance, eating, drinking and the celebration went on and on until the party was over and everyone diverged to their various houses.
