Hunter stopped the car a little far away from Eryna’s house. Hunter sat silently for a few minutes until Renya came out of the door holding Simba’s, She was taking him out for a walk. He was clapping his hands with a bright smile on his face. His innocence was heartwarming. Eryna looked in his direction, the headless look in her eyes melted into a tear. She parted her sealed lips and spoke.
“Why did you bring me here? I won’t change my decision—“ She spoke.
“I will not stop you, but you have to erase the memory of yourself from that child’s mind before you leave. I don’t want to bring up another Eryna.” Hunter spoke in a plain voice.
“He has Renya! He will forget about me,” she muttered as she felt pain in her heart.
“She is not his mother!!” Hunter slammed into the steering wheel, “he spends every day staring at your picture! He doesn’t look at Renya because He doesn't have any similarity between you two!” He breathed, “He sees you as a light of hope! If you leave him, I won’t be able to look at his lifeless eyes.
Hunter placed the head of the steering, and teardrops fell out of his eyes. “I am tired too! I am also sick of this life!— For you, Simba was a husband whom you fell in love, but for me—he was my whole life, he was my anchor he was my fort, he was my everything.” Hunter trembled, “ when he left my side! I felt the cold of this world for the first time, I felt like I was lost in the sea with no sight of the shore! But I lived because we don’t die with the dead! We have to live with their memories by our side,” Hunter was still looking down to his shoes, not at Eryna. He suddenly heard a click of the door opening and saw Eryna run out of the car. She was running towards Simba.
“Simba!! Mommy is here!!” She opened up her arms and called him out all the strength she had.
“Mommy!!” Simba let go of Renya’s hand and hopped towards Eryna speed, Eryna crouched on her knees and saw Simba approaching her with a bright face.
………………………………………………..
“You will get the treatment?! I mean! Thank you,” Hunter sat beside her holding onto her hands, Renya brought in hot chocolate and handed it over to both of them,
“Everything will be fine after the treatment, right?” Renya asked with creased eyebrows.
“Yes, we have high hopes!!” Hunter replied.

Bang-Bang-Bang-
Someone was at the door and was about to break it if it didn’t open in a few seconds.
“Let me check,” Hunter got up and walked over to the door, he opened the door to welcome a very grumpy face.
“Get out of my way!” Grayson spoke in an annoyed voice.
“Okoye!! Where do you think you are going??” Hunter stopped him.
“I heard Eryna went missing and this is the only place I think I will find her at!” He pushed Hunter’s body out of the way and stormed into the house.
“Eryna! Eryna!”
“Shut up mate! Stop screaming she is right there,” Hunter pointed at Eryna who was sitting on the couch holding a cup.
“There you are! Everybody is worried sick about you disappearing!!” Grayson spoke,
“You mean you are?” She asked.
“No! Even Norah was worried when she heard you went missing the first thing in the morning!” Grayson added.
“Pfft...she did?” Eryna asked with a chuckle.
“She is not that bad!” Grayson sided with his sister,
“Hm… well you see I am alright now so you can go back now!” Eryna replied.
“I sure will! But what about that guy that you married? He isn’t leaving our home and asking about your whereabouts!”
“Who?” Eryna held onto her stomach as she felt the pain starting again, while she asked Grayson.
“Who else? Your husband!” He spoke in a dissatisfied voice.
“Micah!! Ah!!” Eryna bent a bit as she felt the pain surging and the cup in her hand slipped out of her clutches and landed on the floor. Eryna passed out.
“Eryna!” Grayson was shocked, Hunter ran over to her and lifted her,
“Start the car!!” He spoke to Grayson, at first he stood like a block not understanding what to do but then he glanced at Eryna for a second and ran out the door.
Hunter followed him while Renya stood in a state of shock. The cold wind of the outside touched Eryna’s pale cold cheeks and kissed away the warmth leaving the cold as ice. Renya ran behind them, but Hunter stopped her.
“Take care of Simba! She will be alright!” With those words, he got into the back seat holding Eryna’s unconscious body.
In all this hassle they didn’t notice another person standing with a shocked face in a distance. She couldn’t believe her eyes when she saw the scene unroll.
“Mommy!! What happened to her?” Simba who was thought to be sleeping ran out of the door with tear-filled eyes. Renya hugged his tiny body tightly and patted his back.
“Mommy fell asleep, she will be fine,” Renya whispered.
“Will she become a star?” He asked in a weeping voice.
“No! Nothing will happen to her, she will be back!” Renya calmly replied.
“Who is this?!” It was Norah standing behind Renya,
“Who?—what? What are you doing here,” Renya asked in surprise as she quickly hid Simba behind her back.
“Who was he calling Mommy? Who was the girl they took away just now?” She had so many unanswered questions but Renya didn’t know what to say.
“Who are you? And why are you talking to her like that?” Simba came out and asked Norah with a frown.
“I am—I am, her sister,”
“Is she?” Simba asked Renya.
Renya gave a nod before looking back at Norah, “why are you here? How did you know about this place?” She asked.
“I followed Grayson! He went out of the house sneakily so I got worried,” she replied with a pout. “But why did you run away from the mansion? Father is very furious! Wait till he gets his hands on you!” The words were dry, but they had hidden care in it.
“I had something to do! That is why I came here!” Renya replied.
