"You shouldn't tell me that you ain't eating anymore because no waste of food and money" authority ranged in his little voice. The two adult looked at him trying so hard not to smile. "Why the look? That's what my daddy do tell me and I'm applying that rule to both o'you" he said firmly like a father scolding his children. "Get !e a plate of food. I'm starving" his words was more of a command than the plea it should have been. Juan signalled to a waiter to come take his orders. "I can get you another" Juan told Tyndall. "No way!" Clary snapped. The waited looked at him astonished at how he spoke to them. "I'm in no way kidding with what I said earlier. No food is wasting" he said authoritatively and then turned to the waiter. Juan and Tyndall looked at each other and smiled. "It's fine" she said. "At least we can microwave it". Clary didn't say a thing since they were not throwing it out. Juan got another waited to help them do the microwaving. As Clary's order came, he started to eat immediately. "So what have you two been talking about?" He asked with a mouthful of food. "You" the two chorused. They looked at each other and smiled. "Me?" He asked as if he is surprised. "It's kinda absurd for two adult to have nothing to say aside to talk about a poor little boy. That's a bad gossip. What exactly have I done to be on the page?" He asked playing along with them even when he knew it was nothing but a lie. "Didn't you drag me here but ran off to go have fun all by yourself?" She asked pretending to be offended. "My initial plan wasn't to come have fun with you?" He tilted his head smugly as he ate. "Didn't you also left the person you came to visit?" She said casually. He shook his head. "You got it all wrong". "How" she wore a confused look. "I only brought you here so that you two could talk" he replied chewing his food. They looked at his flabbergasted. "Yes. I realised that you two don't get along and I don't want the people I care about to have rift so I had to do something" he confessed. "This little thing" Tyndall sworn beneath. "No wonder he insisted I am the one to take him" she said and squeezed her face. Juan smiled. "We do not have any rift" he said softly. He knew quite well that the boy spoke the truth. The rift is has wide as the ocean. "So has the love been found?" He asked intentionally laying emphasis on love. The little boy doesn't understand the in depth of the meaning of his words but he knew there suppose to be something called love between them. Tyndall took his spoon and fed him a spoonful from his food. "You need to eat more". "I don't want to be fed by you" he complained after he swallowed the food in his mouth. "That's exactly what you need" she said firmly. "I only wanted...." "Drink" she fed him water too. She didn't want him to say anything. "Do you want to tear my lips?" He said like he wanted to cry. Tyndall eyed him and he jumped from his seat and ran to Juan taking his arm. None knew why he was acting like that. "Uncle Juan how come you manage to look into that eyes. I'm so scared of it. I don't want to wait anymore" he said and raced off. "That boy is off again" she sighed. They knew he just created an excuse to sneak off. "That boy is good acting" Juan smiled. "Yes o. No dulling moment for him except he is at school or sleeping" Tyndall said then ahe saw a nice dressed old woman approaching them. The woman saw her too and smiled while she returned the smile. Juan didn't notice because he thought the smile was for Clary's attitude. "I wish he is my son. He's just so brilliant" she said thoughtfully. "Keep daydreaming. You refused to get married but you want a son. Balderdash" he heard from behind. Juan recognized the voice immediately. "Mum" he called as he turned. Tyndall stood up and greeted the woman with a respectful bow. "Good afternoon ma'am" she said politely. "Afternoon dear" she replied scrutinizing her. Tyndall could see where Juan's look came from. He is his mother's exact. "Mum what are you doing here?" Juan asked with a frown. "Did I in anyway sell my business to you that you are querying me for coming to the place I built with my money?" She said eyeing him. "Didn't you say you are too tired to go out?" He asked cynically. He knew his mother came to see the lady that called him. What he didn't know is how ahe got his location forgetting that he mentioned it when he was receiving the call. "Since I decided to come, does it in any way affect you?" She hissed and sat down beside him facing Tyndall.
