The doors flew open and a ruffled-haired Sardius walked in almost breathlessly. "Where's she?" He asked. Onyx was biting off her fingers as Beryl held untoonto, assuring her. Daniel stood looking heavenwards while Marcus seem terrified by the look on his face. Ma Corral Marble was meditating as she was using the last of her powers to search Chrysolite. "Can't someone answer me?" Sardius asked again. "Sardius," Beryl, his mother came towards him hugging him close. "We're trying to find her Sardius." "She let loose at school," Sardius explained to her. "We heard." Sardius walked slowly to Corral Marble watching her. He was restless. Chrysolite was lost in probably God's knows where. She could cause havoc, anything could happen. "Haven't you seen something?" Marcus asked Corral Marble impatiently. He had had a quarquarrellier with Onyx who had concealed most of his daughter's life from him. Beryl had tried to calm him down with the least of her skills. Daniel was the gentleman as, usual, he didn't like the cycle of what had once played in the time past. Onyx was the most affected one, she seemed to be losing her mind. She was scared to her wits. She knew how powerful her daughter could be. She was so scared for her daughter's life. She also knew how laden Corral Marble was, she could have returned to her kingdom and resumed her duties as the Queen of the sea. Corral Marble's eyes opened and everyone turned to look at her. "She's at the main bridge causing havoc." With that, Corral Marble vanished. Sardius did not wait for anyone, he was already racing out through the door. The main bridge wasn't far from their home. It was just a third thirty minutes but fifteen walks. The main bridge also intersected with some other minor bridges and Chrysolite could poss a lot of lives with her. At the main bridge, Chrysolite stood at the center of the expressway. Cars, buses, trucks, and Ks stopped to avoid clashing with them. The other vehicles who were unaware of the commotion clashed into the vehicles ahead of them. She wanted to be pummeled into dust, her hair was shinshiningdid her eyes. She controlled vehicles with the movement of her eyes, throwing them up like ball balloons squeezing them into balls. People began to scream, leaving their vehicles and running helthelter-skelterddenly, Corral Marble appeared from nowhere and called Chrysolite to attention. Chrysolite could hardly recognize her, her powers seemed beyond her. Soon, Marcus, Onyx, Beryl, and Daniel arrived at the scene. Sardius came last. Even the sea was furious, it was evident by the rise and waves of the sea. Cracks began to appear on the tarred ground of the bridge, the center of the bridge was collapsing and water was flooding the other side of the bridge. "Chrys!!!" Corral Marble yelled as she walked towards her granddaughter. Chrysolite stopped to look at her but she didn't recognize her. "Chrysolite, don't do this. You can't misuse your powers." She begged. Chrysolite motioned two cars to the sky with the wave of her hand over their heads. "Chrys!!!" Corral Marble grabbed both hands of Chrysolite thereby averting Chrysolite's gaze. Down came the wreaked cars and Corral Marble suddenly pushed Chrysolite out of the way thereby causing the cars to fall on her. "Mother!!!!!" Cried Onyx who was already close racing towards the horrific scene. Still, Chrysolite couldn't recognize her mother. She began to pull Onyx up with the motion of her eyes. Tears fell from Onyx's eyes as her feet left the ground. Was she going to lose her daughter too to a supernatural power that could easily be controlled if she had only accepted herself? "You've killed your granny, Chrysolite!" Onyx cried out, "Do you also want to kill your mother too?" Marcus and the others watched on in pain. They could barely do anything. If Chrysolite could kill the Queen of the Sea, who were they? Beryl was holding Daniel's hand, crying as she watched the sight. Sardius made their way to Chrysolite but Marcus stopped him. "Where are you going, lad?" His mother asked in fright. "We need to do something, anything. We can't just stand here watching this happen. I have to do something," Sardius said to them. "No boy, you can do nothing." Daniel, his dad put in. "Dad, please let me go. I believe she will be human again." Sardius pleaded. "What if she were to kill her mother? Chrysolite will never forgive you guys for not trying to stop her." "Go then. But you're only human too remember?" Marcus said to him. "I know that. That's why I want to save her." Marcus let go of Sardius's hand and watched as Sardius raced towards his daughter. Chrysolite was slowly choking her mother then she heard SardSardiusling at her. She dropped Onyx to the ground turning to look at Sardius. He was coming towards her gradually looking deep into her eyes. Marcus, Beryl, and Daniel went to the aid of Onyx, pulling her to safety as Onyx was too weak to stand on her own. Face to face with Chrysolite, Sardius reached for her hand. "Don't you know me, Chrysolite? It's me Sardius." He said softly as he closed the gap between them. She stared at him strangely like he was an object so new to be tested. "Remember our shared memories. You're not like this. I do enjoy being with you and..... I do like you, Chrysolite. Every time I look at you, I know you're special." He went on to say. Her hand reached for his cheek as the glow in her eyes began to fade. Sardius reached out to squeeze her hand lovingly with his other hand. "Please, stop this Chrysolite. Everything is going to be alright." He said slowly then leaned in to plant a kiss on her lips. Her eyes shut as he kissed her and the glow in her hair receded. Her tail disappeared as her uniform suddenly grew out of nowhere. Marcus could hardly believe it. It was as if he was seeing a younger of himself through Sardius. Memories began to wash over him. When Sardius's lips left her lips, he knew instantly that she was once human again. "Sardius," she called. He smiled when she called his name.
