Chapter forty nine
"... Oh my gosh! Mr Sylvester! ...in this office... I mean company... I mean... To hell with! What the heck! Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh!" She said.
I could tell she feels confused and amazed at the same time.
She looked like she was about to faint.
I walked forward to where she stood and I stared into her eyes.
"Hello. I take it that I don't need to introduce myself." I said.
I moved back a bit and then stretched forth my hand for a handshake. She just kept staring at me.
"Um. Don't you shake hands with people?" I asked.
"Uh... Sorry. I do. I mean yes. I mean." She kept fumbling with her words.
"This must be a whole lot for you to take in." I said and put my hand down.
"Kind off. Yes." She said.
"It's okay. I actually get that a lot." I said.
"Do you have a girlfriend?" She asked, immediately after my sentence.
"Well, no. I don't." I said.
"Can I be yours?" She asked.
I guess she only needed some time to process the fact that a billionaire was standing in front of her before she finally returns to her real self.
"I like you already. You've got guts and you are also confident. To top it all, you have the beauty. That's the kind of woman I want. The kind that gets what she wants once the opportunity is given." I said.
"Oh really?" She said.
Bella put her arms around my neck and looked directly at my face. She then uses her left hand to caress my cheek.
She even ran her finger around my lips and looked at me as if about to kiss me.
"So what do you say? Is it a date?" She asked.
"Sure. What ever you want." I replied.
"Just meet me at the five star restaurant close by, tomorrow." I said.
"The one a few blocks away? That is, Biggie's buffet?" She asked.
"Ha ha ha. Yeah, that one." I replied.
"I will be there at seven pm." She replied.
"Okay, I'll be expecting you then. Bye, I've got some things to attend to." I said and gave her a wink.
She blushed and I made my way out.
Such a cheap brat. It's well expected that she would be brought up that way, After all, her father is not on to learn any morals from..
He is such a shameless man and so is his disgusting daughter.
Bella POV
It was after Sylvester left that I noticed the way everyone was staring at me.
"What?! Don't you all have something important to get back to?!" I yelled.
On my way to my desk I heard some murmurs.
"I can't believe that the great Billionaire Sylvester would actually date a spoilt brat like her." A voice said.
"Yeah me neither. And the worst thing is that he actually turned out to be a flirt." Another voice said.
I paid no attention to them for now. I'll make them pay after my relationship with Sylvester becomes strong enough for me to control him.
I can't believe I just met with a great billionaire. Everything is happening just like it was a dream.
Well, it's understandable that he would easily fall for a hottie like me.
I'm such a badass chick.
I left the company and went on my way back home. Not on foot, if that's what you are thinking.
Of course I would have my own car. Do you know who my father is? Mr Adams, that's who.
Now that I'll be, oh sorry, I mean, now that I am dating a billionaire, I can ditch work when ever I feel like it.
I reached home and the gates were opened up for me to get in.
I parked my car in the middle of the compound and gave my parents' driver to park it properly.
I walked inside and only the maids were at home, as well as mom.
Mother is a housewife, although she had always wanted to be in charge of a super market of her own, dad never supported it.
He says he already has enough money to take care of us and doesn't need the help of any woman in taking care of the family.
Mom tried many times to convince him but his mind remains unchanged.
Mom ended up giving in to dad's will and stayed home as his housewife.
Just so you are wondering, I wasn't spared by dad either.
Dad never wanted me to have a job. The only reason I do is because I pretty much don't care about what my parents say.
It's not like I have any interest in working all day. As a matter of fact, I hate working.
I only chose to have a job because I love to watch people suffer. And I also like putting the ones with less money, working in the same office as me, in their rightful place.
We are the rich and they are the poor. The rich and the poor should not mingle. And the rich should always remind the poor what their real place is.
I finally reached my room in the app.
I flung my handbag to a corner and lay flat on my bed.
Oh, I almost forgot to call the photographer.
I dialed the number of the photographer that works in our office.
"Hello ma'am." He said.
"Did you do what as I signalled you to do?" I asked.
"Yes ma'am. I have all the pictures here with me." He replied.
"That's good. Now make sure they get published as soon as possible." I said.
"Yes ma'am." He replied.
I hung up and dropped my phone on the bed.
Flashback...
...I saw the photographer that works in the same office as I do.
Our eyes clashed and I winked at him. He knows very well what that signal means.
He got his camera out and I worked on sending a message to the whole world through the pictures.
I put my arms around Sylvester's neck and waited till he took a picture. After he did, put my hand on Sylvester's check and next, I ran my fingers on his lips.
Nobody saw what I and the photographer was doing because they were too busy paying attention to my conversation with Sylvester...
Back to reality...
