Sylvester POV The d day is finally here. After all these years I will finally meet my enemy. Ha ha ha. I guess I have to look my best. He is the reason I went through face surgery after all. I don't even know why my face never changed. I arrived at their doorstep and gave a knock at the door. The door was opened by a maid and I was told to wait. She closed the door and went to do what ever it is she was going to do. The maid opened the door again and told me that I will be attended to outside. "By who were you sent with that sort of order?" I asked. "By me." A voice said. I could recognize that voice any day any time. The man for whom I have gone through all this trouble was now standing right here, in front of me. I clenched my fists the moment I laid my eyes on him. "Long time no see." I said. "Sorry?" He said. "Ha ha ha ha. You must be Bella's father. I haven't met you before but it feels, already, like I've known you since the beginning." I said. "You are free to feel as you like. I pretty much don't care. Right now I only have one simple question for you to give a simple answer to." He said. I saw Bella listening in on our conversation from inside, so I made use of her presence there. Causing a fight between the father and the daughter will be so much fun to watch. Especially when the two have no idea what I am doing. "Ask as you wish sir. For Bella, I can answer a million questions." I replied. I saw Bella blush from where she hid, inside the mansion. "What is your real intention for my daughter? I know my daughter very well, she isn't the type that would attract a man like you unless there is a hidden reason behind it." He said. "Well, yes, there is a hidden reason behind it." I said and glanced at Bella. "I knew there is. Now, out with it." He said. "The truth is that, when I saw your daughter, I knew right then that she is the one for me. Yes sir, I have a hidden reason, the reason is love at first sight." I said. "What? You can't possibly be serious. I know that she must have ordered like a gluten during your first date with her, so why do you still choose to stay warm th her?" He asked. "I looked above it all. I love Bella and that's the only thing that matters to me." I said. "You are lying! You can't possibly feel that way about Bella!" He yelled. "Enough of that father!" Bella yelled. Bella came out of her hiding and stood in our midst. "Don't forget that I am your daughter. Why the hell would you speak so low of me? Why?" Bella said. "Bella I am doing this for your own good. That's why I am your father. I can't just watch you follow the wrong path. My guts doesn't go well with all this." Mr Adams said. "To hell with your guts! Even if your aim is to protect me, must you do it with degrading words?" Bella said. I stood there in their presence, watching father and daughter exchange words with each other. I almost laughed at the sight of it. "You are not dating him and that's final! I am not giving my consent for it! Never!" Mr Adams said. "Oh really? What makes you think that your consent was needed for us to be together?" Bella said. I concluded that this was my time to butt in. "Calm down babe. He is your father and you shouldn't speak to him in that manner. You know very well that it isn't right to behave like that." I said. "He started it Sylvester, he keeps insulting me in front of people. I'm tired of all this. I don't care if he gives his consent or not. I love you Sylvester." Bella said. "I love you too Bella." I said. We both stared into each other's eyes deeply, I made her feel like I was the only person who actually cared for her. "You both have my blessings." Mr Adams said. "Huh?" Bella said. "You heard me right. In fact, I want you both to get married as the first day of next month." Mr Adams said. "Thank you so much dad!" Bella said. Bella gave her father a hug and did the same for me. "I only wanted to see the chemistry between you two and now that I know how you two feel about each other, I can say with all the boldness in the world that my daughter is married." Mr Adams said. Bella grabbed my hand and dragged me into the mansion and then to her room. "I have something to say to you." She said. "What is it?" I asked. "Thank you." She replied. "Thank you?" I repeated. "Yes, thank you. Sylvester... You've really made a difference in me. I feel like I am now a changed person. I no longer treat people the way I used to. I used to be a mean and spoilt brat but now nuts different." She said. "I'm sure you had it in you all this while Bella. You just needed a little motivation, that's it." I said. Bella gave me a hug which lasted for over a minute. I parted from the hug and raised her chin. I gave her a passionate kiss and I knew, right that moment, that I have trapped her in my clutches. "Marrying me will be the last mistake you'll ever make." I thought. I broke the kiss after some minutes. "Come on, let's go to the living room. We can't keep your dad waiting, he must be expecting us down right now." I said. "Okay." She replied. We went down the stairs together, holding hands. "So, the two lovebirds have finally decided to come out." Mr Adams said. "Sylvester, may i introduce to you, my wife, Elizabeth." He said. "Nice to meet you madam. I am Sylvester." I said. "Who doesn't know the great Sylvester?" She said. We both shook hands. "To the dinning everyone. The maid just informed me that the table is set." Mr Adams said.
