Homepage/Mend me (I'm Broken)/
Super special
Rose stared at him in shock.
“A what?" Aiden sighed.
“She's a lesbian and that's why we broke up" Rose looked at him in utter disbelief.
“Wait, so when she texted you that she wants you guys to go back to the old days, what did she mean?"
“That we should hang out like the old days" Rose's face flushed from embarrassment and regret.
“Now I feel bad, I'm sorry. Maybe I should go apologize to her"
“No need, I heard everything. Way to expose my secret like that Aiden" Brianna said as she walked up to them.
“I'm sorry to both of you" Rose apologized with her head down. Aiden sighed then turned to Brianna.
“Can you leave us alone for a sec?" Brianna nodded.
“Just so you know, I don't want your man. I might even want you" Aiden gave her a deadpan look.
“You may take your leave now" She grinned at them.
“Bye" She left. And turned to the secretary who had been watching everything unfold from her seat. He smiled at her before turning to Rose whose head was bent down. He used his index finger to lift it up.
“Let's go talk in my office" He grabbed her hand and led her into his office. He pulled her closer to his desk then he leaned on it and watched her.
“Stop looking at me like that" She mumbled after a while. She raised her head to glare at him.
“This is all your fault, if you had told me she was gay right from the start, I wouldn't have felt this way" She complained. Aiden didn't utter a word and kept staring at her.
“I have trust issues and you know that" She continued “You should have told me but now, I feel stupid and I feel like a nagging girlfriend and I don't ...." Aiden slammed his lips on hers. He used his tongue to trace her lower lip before releasing her.
“Can you let me talk now?" She nodded, still delirious from the kiss.
“Brianna made me promise not to tell anyone she was gay and I don't break promises but since it was affecting you so much, I just had to" Rose sighed.
“Even if you didn't tell me, it isn't your fault. I acted childishly, I'm sorry" Aiden held her face.
“Did I tell you how beautiful you look today?" He muttered huskily which brought a smile on Rose's face and that's exactly what Aiden was aiming for.
“I put in a lot of effort to look like this, I had my eyebrows plucked and all '' Aiden chuckled before drawing her close so he could hug her.
“Sometimes it's alright to be jealous but you have to trust me too. Our relationship is still young, we can't be having trust issues at this early stage" Rose kissed his chin.
“I know, I'm sorry" He raised an eyebrow at her.
“God, how much eyebrow hair did they pluck?" Rose gasped.
“Oh God, do I have a bald spot?" Aiden grinned at her.
“No, you look gorgeous baby" Rose bent down her head to hide her blush.
“So, what do you have planned for me?" Her eyes widened with excitement.
“It's a surprise. come on, let's go" Aiden turned around to pack his things.
“Where are we going this late at night?" Rose grinned.
“Home"
“When you said home, I didn't know you meant it literally" Rose nudged him from behind as they walked down the pathway leading to the backyard.
“Quit complaining, you haven't even seen it yet" As soon as they reached the backyard, Aiden's face brightened up with a smile.
“Baby, you did all this?" In front of him was their patio which was adorned with lights and made it look like a romantic set. A wooden table was seated in the middle with candles, wines and wine glasses on it. Rose nodded.
“Yep, with the help of Andrea, Claire and your mother" She grabbed his hand and led him into the patio. Aiden grabbed a seat and sat down.
“This is beautiful," Rose grinned.
“That's not all. Today, you're going to taste my cooking for the first time" Aiden smiled.
“Yeah, let me go grab it" Rose ran back into the house and brought out the food. She couldn't carry them all so Liam was helping her.
“Happy birthday Aiden" Liam said before running back into this house. Rose arranged everything on the table before turning to Aiden.
“Your mother told me your favorites so that's exactly what I cooked" She opened one cover “A little Lasagna topped with a lot of cheese and for desert, we have" She opened another cover “Chocolate pudding" Aiden stared at her in amazement.
“That looks good baby, can't wait to dig in" Rose played the lasagna for him before sitting down on her seat.
“Dig in" Aiden smiled at her before taking a spoonful of lasagna. His face brightened up instantly making Rose clap excitedly.
“You like it?" Aiden nodded as he swallowed down the food.
“That is delicious baby, I love it" Aiden reached out to serve himself more, making Rose happier. They chatted over food about everything and anything, there was never a boring moment when they were together.
After the meal, Rose brought out a gift box. Aiden shook his head.
“You didn't have to buy me anything," Rose smiled.
“Relax, I didn't buy it, I made it" She brought out a beautiful bracelet that had ``King '' written on it.
“Here" She handed it to him. Aiden took it from her hand and stared at it with disbelief.
“You made this?" Rose nodded.
“Yep, I even made another set for me" She brought out a purple bracelet with the word Queen written on it. Aiden grabbed Rose's hand as he stood up. He yanked her towards him and pressed his lips on hers. He bit her lower lip, making her gasp and granting him access into her mouth. Their tongues danced together as an unknown heat began to spread throughout Rose's body. She didn't want it to end.
Aiden redrew his lips from hers then laid his forehead on hers.
“Why did you stop?" Rose finds herself asking. Aiden shook his head at her.
“We can't do this, not right now" Rose was about to protest but Aiden interjected.
“Shh, I want our first time to be super special" Rose frowned but nodded. She turned her attention to the patio.
“We should clean this up"
“Let's chill out here for a while, what do you think?" Rose nodded.
“Okay"....
