Chapter 48: What the f**k are you doing here?

~Some Days Later~
“… I believe if you sign a contract with us, you will never regret it, Mr. Colince.”
Stephanie spoke with great confidence about the company to a newly found client, and he seemed very impressed.
“Wow. After all you have said, I believe no one would want to say no to such a wonderful contract. What do I have to do?”
“Thank you so much, Mr. Colince. All you have to do is quite simple. You sign at this little space, and when Mr. Sebastian arrives, he will sign at the other space, sir.”
Mr. Colince bounced his head and collected the document from her. He signed at the space she asked him to and gave the documents back to her.
“Thank you so much for your cooperation, Mr. Colince. Once Mr. Sebastian signs the contract, a message will be sent to you to notify you that we can start productions as soon as possible.”
“Great. Do you have any designs available? That I can check out?“
“Oh yes, sure. I’m sorry I didn’t show it to you before you asked.”
She picked the iPad that was on the table and switched it on. She went to the gallery and passed the phone to him.
“Here are some designs. If you want the productions to start as soon as possible, you can let me know. I’ll start working on it.”
While Mr. Colince checked the pictures with content, the office door opened, and Sebastian walked in.
Stephanie looked up and smiled widely when she saw him. She was sitting on his chair and wanted to stand up so he could sit, but he waved to her to not get up.
“Mr. Colince. I’m so sorry for arriving so late. I needed to visit one of my companies for supervision.”
He moved closer to him and stretched his hand forward. They shook hands and smiled.
“Oh, it’s fine. Your assistant has explained everything to me, and I’m content with you. I signed the contract already, and I have seen some designs I’d love to get.”
He gave the iPad to Stephanie and began to point at the ones he had selected.
Sebastian sat on the couch tiredly and waited for them to finish up the meeting.
“No problem, Mr. Colince. We’ll start production as soon as possible.”
“Great. Thank you.”
Mr. Colince stood up and adjusted his blazers. Stephanie and Sebastian also stood up and shook his hand.
“Thank you for working with us, Mr. Colince. I promise you won't regret it.”
“Thank you too, Mr. Sebastian. I’ll be on my way now.”
Mr. Colince stepped out of the office, and Sebastian slammed into the couch again.
“I’m so exhausted,” He mumbled, and Stephanie giggled.
She walked up to him and sat next to him. She picked up his hand and planted a kiss on it.
“You have been working so hard these days. Give yourself a break, baby. You can stay back at home, and I’ll take care of things in the office.”
“It’s no fun staying at home when you won’t be there. Stephanie, when will you pack into my house?”
He pouted, and she chuckled.
“What? Your parents won’t let you?” He further asked, and she knitted her eyebrows.
“Of course not. I just feel so lazy to pack my stuff. That’s all.”
“Then I’ll come with you to the house tonight. I’ll help you pack, and I’ll use that medium to see Princess again. I’ve missed her so much.”
“Hm. Are you sure you want to come to my house?”
“Why? Is it a bad idea?” He asked, and she shook her head.
“Of course not. But you will be disturbed by my parents and Princess.”
“I don’t care, Stephanie. All I want is for you to move in with me. Then we can relax together.”
Stephanie grinned widely and nodded.
“Okay. Tonight it is.”
***
Sebastian pulled up in front of Stephanie’s house. She alighted and waited for him to do so too.
He climbed out of the car and stared at her house for minutes. Stephanie chuckled and moved closer to him.
“Have you grown cold feet all of a sudden?” She asked, and Sebastian smiled faintly.
“I haven’t seen your parents since last Christmas. Shouldn’t I be nervous?”
“C’mon, Sebastian, it’s fine. Trust me. Let’s go already.”
She held his hand and began to pull him into the compound. She pulled him until he got to the door.
She pressed the doorbell and waited for someone to open up. She looked at Sebastian and saw he was fidgeting.
“Babe, stop it, okay? They know we’re back together. Don’t make it seem weird. They know everything. I told them already.”
The door opened before Sebastian could reply, and they both looked at who opened the door. It was Princess.
“Sebastian!!” She screamed at the top of her voice and jumped on him. Stephanie laughed out and let go of Sebastian’s hand.
“Princess!” Sebastian mimicked Princess, and they all laughed loud.
“I missed you so much,” She mumbled against his shoulders as they walked into the living room.
The aroma of roasted chicken breast filled the living room’s air, and Stephanie inhaled deeply. The living room was empty, and Stephanie could guess where everyone was.
“Mom is in the kitchen, Mary is in her room, Dad is yet to get off work.”
Sebastian nodded and looked at Stephanie. “You can wait here, okay? I’ll check mom in the kitchen.”
Stephanie walked away, and Sebastian sat on the couch. Princess sat on his thighs and touched his face.
“You haven’t change,” She said, and Sebastian chuckled.
“You haven’t changed too. You are still looking so beautiful like the last time I saw you.”
Princess grinned and fiddled her finger shyly.
“I thought you wouldn’t come to see us anymore. I was so scared,” She said, and Sebastian knitted his brows.
“Why were you scared?”
“I don’t know. Stephanie was acting so sad when she came back home early this year. She didn’t want to tell me about you at all. I thought you did some that hurt her so much. I was sad because I thought I would never see you again.”
Sebastian divulged a faint smile and pulled her in. He embraced her for a few minutes without saying anything.
“I wrong her once, but it isn’t going to happen again.”
Princess raised her head and looked at him with a smiley face. “I know,” She said with so much confidence.
Sebastian giggled when he saw how confident she was about him. This gave him more reasons to never think of leaving Stephanie.
Stephanie walked out of the kitchen and headed to where Sebastian was seated.
“Give me few minutes to freshen up. I’ll start parking few of my stuff. I can always come back to pack the others.”
Sebastian nodded, and Stephanie rubbed Princess’ hair before walking away.
After Stepheanie left, Sarah headed out of the kitchen. She saw Sebastian sitting on the couch, and she let out a deep and sincere smile.
“Sebastian?” She called, and he raised his head.
“Mrs. Sarah,” He responded and hurriedly stood up, lifting Princess along with him. She refused to let go of him.
“Welcome back, son. How are you?”
“I’m great, Ma’am. How are you too?”
“Very well. Thank you for coming back.”
Sebastian shook his head and gave a little bow. “I am very sorry for what happened. I am deeply sorry for hurting her again.”
“Oh C’mon, at least you made it up to her. It’s better than that crazy guy. Thank God he is behind bars now.”
“Yes, Ma’am.”
“Don’t worry, feel at home. Philip will be back very soon…”
A knock came on the door, cutting Sarah’s statement.
“Speak of the devil,” She uttered with a chuckle. She went ahead to open the door and let Philip in.
“Welcome, baby.” She hugged him, and they exchanged kisses happily.
Philip raised his head and saw Sebastian standing in the living room. The smile on his face washed away immediately, and he stormed to where he stood.
“What the f**k do you think you are doing here?!” He yelled, and everyone’s mouth fell open in shock.
