Ayala Mall

They opened their flashlights and continued to stroll cautiously to the spot where the Lego robot had stopped moving. Unfortunately, they didn't discover the Lego robot or the two shadows they saw via the camera when they got to the area.
"This gives me chills," Edward stated as his hand began to tremble while questioning why the camera wasn't focused while recording. "Stop being a jerk and film me properly," Samantha says as she combs her hair with her hands to make sure she looks good in front of the camera.
"Are we ready?" The guy said, and Edward nodded. "The camera rolls in 3, 2, 1," and he hand signaled to indicate that the recording had begun. "Hello, my name is Samantha, and welcome to the "What's the Truth?" show."
"We're currently inside the Ayala Mall here in Cebu," she said. "What are we doing here? Do you remember what happened in the past few months?"
"There are so many cases of missing people inside the mall that even the police couldn't find the reasons for their disappearances."
"We're here to investigate and to find out if there's a real ghost here that abducts people inside."
"And for now, we'll show the footage of two silhouettes we found here at the exact location where they were standing," she hand-signs Edward, pausing the recording for a while.
"OK, let's take another one," she said to Edward. "Why?" he inquired. "Is this not enough? Why should we take another one?" Edward shivered with cold perspiration.
"What are you blabbering about? We need to take several shots to make it perfect, you dimwit," she chastised. "But, Samantha, it's much better if we finish it quickly; haven't you felt it?" He looked around, terrified, as if someone were watching them from the darkness.
"Have you forgotten that this is your idea?" she asked, raising her eyebrows. "This is a documentary we need to film with perfection!"
"But–"
"No buts!" she says as she zips her hands around his lips. "Shh. Have you heard?" The man asked. "Hear what?"
The man had the impression that someone was on the third floor. "I heard someone crying; let's go down to the third floor," he said. "How come you heard someone from the third floor if we're on the fourth floor of this mall?" she inquired, her face contorting with amusement. "Should we go to the lower floor?" he asked Samantha.
"I don't think that's a good idea. Should we go back now? I felt nothing good would happen if we did that." Edward rubs his back, but Samantha cuts him off before he finishes. "That will be a good idea!" And she rushed to the escalator and ran to the third floor. Edward's heart sank as he watched their star dash downward without hesitation. "I guess we need to follow her; we can't do anything; she's our reporter, and this is our idea," he resignedly replied.
When they arrived at the lower floor, level three, they felt something in the midst of something strange. They walked in the middle, where the Toys R Us and McDonald's locations were, but couldn't find a single trace that the stores were erected in that place; it seems like it never existed. They only found an empty store and an empty place.
This gives people goosebumps since it appears they have been transferred to another location without their knowledge. Tension was raised when they heard the distant scream of an owl in the neighborhood and a snip-snip sound like someone using a pair of scissors. On his video camera, Edward captured a shadow with eight legs traveling up the escalator to the fourth floor.
He tried to inform his two buddies, but as he glanced at them, they already had a shocked expression on their faces. His knees become weaker when the beast turns its head and peers at them from the escalator.
They just thought about running and hiding, so they did. Samantha kept her mouth shut as she ran to keep from screaming in panic. They dashed towards the electronics stores, looking for a place to hide for a bit, and chose to hide at the Asian Home Appliances store.
The door latch clicked, but not before they heard the footsteps of the thing beyond. Samantha and Edward held hands and gazed at each other with anxious eyes. "Oh no, what if it's after us?" Edward pondered.
"I want to go home," he sobbed quietly. Samantha grabs his ears and exclaims, "This is all your fault! All of it!" She lashes out at Edward in rage, but it was the worst decision she ever made.
She couldn't control her voice, and as a result, a creature appeared from the side without her being aware of it. They had no idea that the area they were hiding in was continually altering on the inside.
When they look, they see a gigantic bull with four horns and a thick mane staring at them. But that wasn't the worst part; next to the bull was a creature that resembled a cow; what was strange about it was its appearance.
It features a massive body with front legs that look like human arms, three pairs of human hands on top of each other, and a head that looks like a human skull with crimson eyes. The remainder of its body is covered in thick white fur. It gave them a look that said, 'What's this? You're human, right? Humans are supposed to be ugly, but you're cute.'
They couldn't move until the man next to them rushed as fast as he could to escape that awful place. Edward and Samantha follow him immediately, and the three of them dash out of the store.
When they all got outside the store, the monster rose up in four and rashly raced outside by shattering the store door and going towards the three who were fleeing away, giving a huge smile and enjoying every bit of dread they caused. She grows closer with each stride she makes, and as she approaches her prey, her eyes begin to flame red with desire.
While sprinting, the three of them sensed the lunacy of this place; the escalator that they needed to take became more and more distant from them, despite the fact that it only took a minute. "Aaaah!" They heard Edward's scream, and as they turned around, the thing had seized him.
It has a firm grip on Edward's body, and you can hear clearly that his bones are shattering. The monster smiled and examined his physique for a moment before licking his entire body to taste his fear before biting him on the head.
The beast with a human face giggled at them, enthralled by the flavor of a man as she nibbled on his bones and flesh.
Samantha and the man were shocked. They tried to flee as quickly as possible by using the escalator. They made it to the bottom and then climbed rashly to the fourth story.
As they approached the escalator's center, they heard a snip sound and saw a scorpion-like abomination with eight legs coming from the bottom floor. They tried sprinting and forcing themselves to go higher, but no matter what they did, they remained in the center.
-----
Humans evolved by employing their highly unique survival characteristic, "adaptability," in ancient times. Those who can swiftly adjust to their environment have a better chance of survival. This is exactly what occurred to the man who was consumed with the fear of death. He adapted to the situation, and instinct told him to defend himself first.
He turned around and hit Samantha in the face, causing her to tumble back to the third story. He couldn't believe what he'd done and began racing again towards the fourth level.
He made it to the fourth floor without incident; his prediction was correct: one must remain standing if he wants to survive and escape out of this hell-like place. He walks back to the room they stayed in first and waits till dawn; he only needs to live until the sun rises, he thinks.
When he arrived, he saw two young children standing at the door with their backs to him. The Lego robot that went missing is on the side of one of the children. He couldn't decide whether to enter the room or turn around and look for another place to hide. But then he heard a snipping sound that became closer and closer to him. He had no option but to force himself inside the room, so he moved.
The two young girls didn't stir or glance at him, which provided the man with a sense of security as he entered the room without incident. When he entered, both of the girls' heads lit up like lanterns, and they flew into the air laughing.
A huge razor's teeth emerge from the darkness and slowly close its enormous mouth, shutting the door while the man inside screams and begs for help.

On the same day, at 8 a.m., a large crowd of media and police officers gathered on the third floor of Ayala Mall. They came to look at the blood on the floor and the two missing people.
