Special Quest

A young lady strolls into the heart of the town. She's wearing a wolf headband and three hair clips with unique designs. She also wears three earrings on her left ear and a crucifix necklace around her neck.
She passed the citadel of a religious group and continued to walk toward the Adventurer's Guild building. When she arrived and opened the door, everyone went silent and looked at her.
She noticed it but chose to ignore it and moved in front of the receptionist. She threw a bag of horns from the monster she hunted and her guild card over, saying, "I, too, have this." She opened one of her pockets and handed over a little sack of white herbs.
The employee exclaimed, "Wow, you hunt a lot, and not only that. You still gathered some rare plants," she happily received all the goods. The receptionist bowed before entering the rear door and stated, "I'll be right back. I will count your submission thoroughly and will pay you afterwards."
Once the receptionist is gone, a group of men approach the youthful Missy. "Hi, young miss," a guy with a lip scar said, extending his arm and placing it on the shoulder of the budding hunter.
The man presented what he was holding and smirked, "We've been looking for you for days now, and I've got a job request." He purposely displayed his silver plate necklace to the young lady, saying, "I want you to join." He smiled again before introducing himself, "Oh, I'm sorry, I forgot my courtesy to introduce my humble self. Silver rank Gillis is at your service."
The young girl didn't move at all; she was stacked at the front desk, waiting for the receptionist. She completely disregards Gillis's opening gambit.
Members of Gillis' party became furious when they witnessed her ignoring their team leader and yelling, "Hey new lad!" The one who yelled was a mage. She got irritated looking at the young girl and said, "We've been talking to you; answer us whether you want to join or not!"
With his finger on the mage's lips, Gillis said, "Shh, let me handle this." The mage stopped and replied, "Alright."
He slid his fingers into his pocket, and he pulled out something. A gold coin. Gillis rolled a single gold coin between his fingers, amusing himself. He played the gold coin in front of the young lady, who quickly and unhesitatingly grabbed the coin after it reflected in her eyes.
Watching her grab the gold coin, Gillis gave her a big smile. "Alright, it's a deal." The group left, but before that, Gillis left behind something for the youthful lady: "Read that and make sure you arrive at the meeting point." The lady didn't turn her head; she just pocketed the gold coin.
After several minutes, the receptionist comes back from the backroom and grabs a magical scanning scale. "Here it is," she said, "we've been checked and charge the appropriate amount from your loot and quest items. Please lend us your guild card." The young girl placed her guild card at the table.
The receptionist grabbed her card and checked it. After that, she put the guild card on the mysterious scanning scale. "This will take a few seconds. Please wait for a moment," the receptionist said. "It's all done," the receptionist said, giving back the guild card to the young girl.
After giving back the guild card, the receptionist takes out a tray. Inside are purses full of coins. "Here are the calculated rewards. Please check them first before you go." The girl just grabbed and put the purses into her bag, then turned around to leave the premises. The receptionist bowed her head. "Thank you, and have a nice day ahead."
After leaving the adventurers' guild, the young girl walks and passes certain alleyways. She then opens her small bag and grabs a small vial.
She opened it and tossed the liquid outside; after that, she ran fast. She turned right at the fifth alleyway, then turned left. She kept on doing this until she arrived at a certain abandoned building. Furthermore, she knocked five times in rhythm before opening the door and going inside.
Once the door closed, everything went peach-black. The youthful lady, wearing a hood of wolf clothing and a plague mask, saunters into the room.
There's a silhouette of a grown man wearing a black hoodie and a black scarf. He carefully stepped out of the dark and moved closer to the youthful lady. He raised his arm and attempted to reach her.
She didn't stride back but instead lowered her hood and allowed the guy to reach her head. The lady grabbed a single gold coin from her pocket and placed it between her fingers. She held it and showed the gold coin to the guy.
A single light from the candle hits the gold coin and makes it shine for a moment that occurs in their lenses. "Did they approach you already?" The man asked while he held the gold coin and inspected it.
"Yes, and they didn't take anything," the young lady said as she removed her mask. Her heterochromia eyes glow a little as the light from the single candle touches her. A vile smile appeared on both of their faces. 'Hehehe.'
"They didn't expect a thing from me, master." She jumps excitedly, drifting to the corner while turning around and dancing. "As expected from my daughter, you're superb at acting." Screw gives her a thumbs up. "So why did they offer you a gold coin?" he asked a subtle question, "are they reliable?"
She stopped fooling around and turned her back on her master. She lifted her head a little and looked back, saying, "I don't know..." She smiled. "They just approached me, and I didn't give them a shit." Her eyes glow a little bit disturbingly, and both of them laugh heatedly. "As expected from you, very well done." She tried to squeeze in some comments while laughing. "I'm learning everything from you, master."
Screw approves.
[The system wants to say something]
[Both of you got a screw loose]
[The system was worried about Gura's safety]
He was pleased to see that Gura had succeeded in being one of the enigmatic, silent types of adventurers when he read the system prompt. He laughed. "A job is a job, so what kind of job is he referring to?" Screw questioned.
Gura puts both of her pointing fingers on her head. "I really don't know; they just approached me and held me as an untouchable, unknown expert and didn't say a single word." Screw nodded his head. "Anything else?", "They give me this gold coin and a single piece of paper." She reached into her small bag and grabbed the light piece of paper and turned it over to Screw.
"What's this?" He tried to flip through the paper again, but it made little sense.
[The system scans the paper]
Ding*
[The system found several hidden codes]
"Hmm... Between and inside the drawing, there is a code." Screw rummaged through the report while holding his chin like a professional. She watched her teacher, and her eyes widened in awe. "There's a code, and you've deciphered it already? If you're not a genius, then what are you?"
[Scammer] the system rebuts.
[The system couldn't believe it]

Later that night, the man wearing a plague mask went outside, and the lady in white followed. Both of them then silently walked toward the street and blended in with the crowd.
The lady asked, "Are you sure it's okay to leave her behind?" The man wearing a mask replied, "It's better for her to take a rest for tomorrow's journey."
After several hours of walking, they reach the wall of the city. The man walks silently past the guards and hides in a bush for several minutes before walking again near the wall. "Why are there more city guards here?" He irritatedly asked. The lady in white looked at him with confusion. "Why are we here to begin with?"
"You'll find out later." When he got near the city wall, he touched it, and he looked like he was searching for something. When he touched one of the bricks and pushed it, a click sound was heard, and an opening in the wall was opened.
He entered, and now he's outside the city. "Why do you want to go outside during the night?" The man only glanced at her, and after a while, there were two dire wolves waiting outside. "Wolves!" she shouted, and she tugged forcefully on his scarf. "Just shut up, will you?"
"Yow, dogs, I've got a mission for you." He scratched their fur and patted their heads. The wolves moan in satisfaction and try to please their master by looking cute while wagging their tails. "Why are you calling them dogs instead of wolves?", "Because they are all dogs."
"Do all strong people behave and act just like you?" She asked, and he replied with a smile and continued to give instructions to the wolves.
"Bring the others and go to this place, clear the path, and make sure no one notices you, and four days from now there's a carriage with insignia belonging to a novel family." He brings out a leaf with the drawing of insignia and lets the wolf remember it.
"You see, I'm currently broke, so pretty please." He touches their forehead, and a light flashes for a mere second. After receiving the instructions, the wolves ran to start the mission.
"Good dogs, and as for you," he said, looking at the lady in white, "why are you here again?" The lady watched the wolves until they were out of sight. "After completing the quest and receiving my rewards, I rented a room and read the book again immediately."
"Hmm, it's been months since we last met."
"That long? For me, it's only been a few hours, though. So the time was different, huh?"
"I don't know if you're an idiot or not; you're reading the book, so it is given already."
The lady laughs, "I know that because I didn't have any education from the very start." Hearing this, Screw pats her head, "Ignorance is bliss, but you know sometimes the likes of you were a formidable enemy for those geniuses," and he goes inside back to the city.
