Aki, Mharc, and the Cubic Meter were about to finish high school—they were about to go to college. With the help of Aki and Mharc, they force the three boys in their circle of friends to study hard. Because of the coercion of the two girls, they were able to pass the exams and now they will graduate together. But Mario's playboy habits, M's frequent fist fights, and Matthew's snobbish behavior with other people still remain unchanged. Over the past few months, Aki had grown closer to these Mortals she considered family here in Mhortaeo—her Sis, Rio, Yu, and M. She also had other close friends like Jessica and Pinky. Apart from other women she could talk to and get along with, she didn't have any male friends. M, Mario, and Matthew were keeping an eye on her and Mharc; especially the men around them. Her father, Rhazen, who occasionally was with her mother, was true to their words that they would visit her frequently. The idea that her mother was planning something still cannot escape her mind because she was often not with Rhazen when visiting Mhortaeo. When it comes to Aki's strength, she has learned to restrain and control it. She rarely breaks equipment anymore. The Archein had also learned and discovered a lot about Mhortaeo, about Mortals, and about her friends. She found out that the Cubic Meter had a band so somehow they were known in their school. She remembered the day she and M first met. He had a guitar on his back but it didn't even cross her mind that he was a musician. M was the guitarist of the band, Matthew was the drummer, and Mario was the bassist and the main vocalist of Cubic Meter. As much as she had learned about them, no one has yet discovered her secret. Except, of course, for M who was the only Mortal who knew her real identity as an Archein since the very beginning. "Angeles, Christian Marie T," announced by one of their teachers. "Your name really wouldn't get old to me, M! I know now why you don't want to say your name, Marie!" Aki commented with a loud laugh. M heard Aki's roaring laughter before he even reached the stage. He peeked at her direction where he came from. The girl's right hand was hitting the chair and her left hand was on her stomach. He can't stop himself from shaking his head at Aki's reaction. And a small smile escaped from his lips, thinking all her teases. They were currently rehearsing for their highly anticipated graduation ceremony. "If you don't want others to call you Marie because it's too feminine, why don't you want them to call Christian as well? Or Chris?" Aki asked as soon as M returned to his seat. Her tone was serious and laughter already subsided. M and Aki always sit next to each other, not because they were thought of as lovers but because their last names were consecutively in the list—Angeles and Anghel. "I don't want to, it's too religious for me." The wrinkles on his face have decreased because Aki was no longer teasing and laughing at him. But she frowned slightly when she asked about his name again. "What's the problem with the name being religious?" This time, it was Aki's small and smooth forehead that frowned. "It doesn't suit me. I might just tarnish that name," said M. It's not that he doesn't want the name 'Christian'. He just didn't see that he and his personality fit that beautiful name. "I know now what to call you," said Aki. "Huh?" M didn't immediately understand what Aki meant. He looked at the girl when she suddenly changed the course of their conversation. 'She had come up with something weird again,' thought M. "Don't I have unique nicknames among our friends? I already know what yours is!" she said, bringing her lively attitude. "Riri," she continued. M frowned as he repeated what Aki had said about his new nickname. "Riri?" he asked worriedly. "Riri. From Marie. Oh, that's unique! You don't want to be called Marie, so I will just call you Riri." Like Mario and Matthew, M did nothing but let her do what she wanted. After the rehearsal, Aki and M approached their friends. "Yey! I already have a nickname for your brother, Sis!" she stated happily, with her arms hanging on the young man's shoulders. "What is that?" Matthew asked full of curiosity. "Riri!" Aki said arrogantly. She was proud of that because her nicknames for their friends were now complete. "Riri?!" Matthew asked in disbelief. He almost fell on the white monoblock where he was sitting. "Where did that come from?" From the seat next to Matthew, Mharc stood up to approach her Sister Aki. "Riri!" said Mario who was the first to laugh at their friends. Aki never fails to make her friends laugh with the ideas she comes up with. "You're making fun of me again," Aki snorted and tightened his hold on M's shoulder. Pouting her lips, she rolled her eyes to Mario. Aki couldn't get rid of her habit of pouting her lips whenever she didn't get what she wanted; whenever she was laughed at; or when her friends gang up against her. Because of Akil's clinginess, their friends did not believe M's explanation that they were not lovers. The young man held the hands that were clinging to his body before frowning and saying, "Get off of me. You're being clingy again that's why we're being thought of as lovers." One of the reasons why Aki and M's friends can't believe that they were not lovers was because of M's unusual closeness to her compared to his snobbish and indifferent attitude with other girls. "Gosh, you're still pretending. Why don't you just admit it? It's obvious," teased Mharc. She poked Aki's side. "Besides, M…you can't fool us. We know how you behave and deal with women—very different from your closeness with Aki." Matthew spoke. Among their friends, he was actually the most observant. Even so, it was obvious to those around them that M really treated Aki differently. 'I wanted to tell you that this girl is not a human being, so I have to treat her differently. But I can't get you involved in this. So, I'll just put up with you thinking that this naughty angel is my girlfriend,' M answered secretly to his friends. "What are you murmuring?" Mario asked, laughing. "Nothing!" Everytime he told them that Aki was not his girlfriend, they just laughed at him. But unbeknownst to M, his friends were secretly hoping that what he was saying was true. The truth was that Mario was gradually falling for Aki's clinginess and mischievousness. But because he was convinced that the young lady he had his eyes on was his best friend's girlfriend, he tried to shake off his feelings and continue to have fun and play with different women. He didn't want his feelings to become a wick in their friendship. By chance, Mharc will also be angry with him. Mario tried to be content with Aki's teasing and her feeding him. Feeding her friends eventually became Aki's habit. She felt that doing so was just being kind and sweet to her friends as a thank you for embracing her. "Don't deny it, Bro!" "Tsk. Think whatever you want. It's so hard to talk to all of you." M just can't admit it but even him was already falling for the naughty girl he sheltered. He was only restrained by fear and the fact that this woman was different from them. He was well aware that she was not normal. Or maybe what was holding back his feelings was that he believed he had no interest in women? Whatever it was, he knew that he was not sure of his feelings; he was still confused and he was used to not caring about other women except his younger sister—Mharc.
