Chapter 45
Part 45
ELLEANNA
Trevone's expression softened as he looked at the brother. "I-I'm ... sorry. I didn't mean it," he said apologetically. I ignored him and turned my gaze to his crying brother.
"H-he's ... ba-bad ..." He said and cried to me. I felt sorry for him and hugged him. I can't help to adore this person and trying not to pinch his cheeks, so that he wouldn't be scared about me knowing that I'm trying to comfort him.
"Shhh, let your older brother go. Do you want to eat Ice cream?" I ask him. Slowly it stopped crying and it nodded. I sighed and atleast he decided to agree with me to go somewhere— maybe, it was his favorite.
"Y-yes ... I love Ice cream," he said while sobbing. I smiled at her and ruffled her hair. I held it in my hand then started looking for someone to eat Ice cream. I didn’t know where it was so I rolled my eyes to find the displayed map when we saw the Ice cream store here.
"Let's go to the Ice cream parlor," I happily told her. I saw Tristan smile at what I said so he stopped crying and sniffed at his dripping cold.
I looked at Trevone's behavior and stared at it. "Let's not take your older brother with us," I whispered to Tristan as he grunted at what I said.
"Yes! Yes! Let's go, Sister Elena!" He said cheerfully. I smiled at her and ruffled her hair. The two of us were about to leave when I heard Trevone speak.
"That's not there," I said then wrote it down. I saw the tightness on her lips and it seemed disgusting.
"Bleeh!" Tristan showed his tongue to his brother. I laughed at what he did and Trevone couldn’t help but get annoyed and we saw it run.
My eyes widened and I immediately pulled Tristan to run. "The monster is chasing us!" I shouted and let Trevone hear me.
"So, I'm a monster already. Be careful you two when I catch you!" He shouted but Tristan and I just laughed at him and ran away from his older brother.

Tristan and I caught our breath and stopped at a bench where we thought to rest. I looked at him and would not lose his smile as he looked in front of us.
"Sister Elena, there's an Ice cream there!" Tristan said happily so I looked at a truck cart and my eyes widened to see what it was.
"Ice cream!" I cried when I saw it.
My eyes rolled as I stared at it. Moments later I heard someone say, "You're just here! You're making me tired ..." Trevone said breathlessly. So I looked at him but I didn't pay attention to it.
I took Tristan's hand again and I looked at him and smiled at him at the same time looking at the Ice cream cart. I looked at him back and saw him nod.
"Let's go?" I said to him and he nodded again. The two of us stood up and walked over there.
"Hey! Where are you going ?!" I heard Trevone shout but we ignored it.
The two of us walked and for a moment I felt someone hold my arm. "Where do you think you're going?" I heard Trevone ask and pull me by the arm.
My eyes widened when I saw a few spans between our faces. Even he widened his eyes as well. I was stunned and stared at him and so did he. I don’t know but the one I noticed was his eyes. I could see something in his eyes that I can explain. My stare at him also lasted without me noticing.
I heard someone sneeze so I woke up to reality, "Ehemm! Aren't you going, sister Elena?" Tristan asked. I looked at him and also noticed Trevone's grip, I immediately removed it.
Then I nodded to Tristan, "Shall we go now," I said to him and we walked over there.
When we got there there was no one in line so we quickly bought Ice cream, "Hello! What flavor is yours?" the salesman asked us.
"What's wrong with you Tristan?" I asked as I bought to look at him.
"Chocolate!" He said happily.
"Two chocolates, please," I ordered. The salesman nodded and prepared for it.
After serving we took it. I looked at Trevone who was behind us I called it. "Come here," I said.
He was startled and amazed. I nodded and was told to come closer. “Come on,” I said.
As he approached I grinned, "Pay for it," I said to him and saw his forehead furrow. I smiled angrily and glanced at the salesman who was charging our fee.
Tristan and I both laughed and left, "He deserved that as a punishment," I told Tristan laughing while licking his Ice cream.
We went back to the wooden bench and resumed eating, "You two are unbelievable," he said as he approached us.
"Serves you right," I said to him.
He ignored what I said and sat down next to me. "Be thankful your a girl ..." he whispers but suddenly he stops.
"Wa-what did you say?" I ask him but he doesn't answer me,
"Don't worry, I'll pay for it too. How much is that?" I asked him.
"That's not it, even if you don't pay anymore. It's my treat," Trevone said and I was stunned by the food at the same time looking at him.
"Wow! I didn't expect that ... even if you're at fault for me ... I think this is your atonement for your sin," I said to him and ate Ice cream again.
"You're too kind," Trevone could only say.
I shrugged and smiled, "I think? I don't know ... I'm just being me, I don't want anyone carrying any weight-- even if the problem is compounded. I let it but I don't forget it and also learn from it. "
