They were guided towards an office and the man called for Judas to enter and that the rest could follow one of his people to the cafeteria. Eva nodded and took the boy from Judas into her hands and followed the guide. Hannah was about to go as well before she was dragged in the office by Judas. She crossed her arms and let herself get dragged in, huffing in response for being unable to go and have some food. The man in front of them was amused to see Hannah being a part of this conversation but never said anything. "I have heard news that there's a new mutant. So could you explain to me a bit more about this mutant" the man asked. Judas and Hannah felt a little overwhelmed by his straightforwardness. "Ah...pardon me, I forgot to introduce myself. I am Caleb and I am also the leader in this safe zone." He smiled "Now if we could get back to the mutant?" They talked about the mutant they had encountered and what it could do. The scientists who were there had their eyes wide open after hearing their encounter. Caleb himself wasn't feeling good about knowing the existence of such a strong zombie. "That really is going to be a problem. Hmm, thank you for sharing this intel with us" Caleb said gratefully then spoke to his scientists about something He then turned to look back at Judas and Hannah. "About your friends, we have one of them with us if I'm not mistaken. We have yet to ask where they actually came from" Caleb then leads them outside the office towards their barracks. As they entered multiple rooms, they finally reached the medical bay that was located in the far end of the hallway. Hannah and Judas looked skeptical but they never knew if any of their group members were hurt during the encounter with the mutant. "They haven't woken up yet but we're still hoping for them to wake up soon" Caleb said, with his hands behind his back. There was a man laying on the bed and as expected it was Mr. Klein. Hannah felt a surge of relief when she saw that it was Mr. Klein that was laying on the bed. Hannah asked is she could stay with him until he woke up and Caleb agreed. Hannah thanked him and took a seat on the bed next to Mr. Klein's. Judas sat with Hannah for awhile before leaving to give her some space. It dodnt take long until Mr. Klein had opened his eyes. He was glad to see that Hannah had made it out safely. Hannah asked if he remembers about what happened back at the shelter but he said he couldnt and that his memories were hazy. A doctor came by and did hes final check up on Mr. Klein before he could leave the medical bay. "Alright, your vitals are okay and your wounds have closed up. Youre great to leave now mister" Hannah and Mr. Klien headed to the cafeteria and met up with the rest. Mr. Kelin saw the young boy sitting next to Eva and he sat next to him. "Im glad to see you in one piece again" Judas expressed his gratitude towards Mr. Klein. "Likewise Judas and thank you for taking care of Hannah while I was gone" Mr. Klein smiled genuinely as he played along with the young boy Hannah gratefully dig into the food that was presented to her. Mr. Klein had to pull the plate away from her because she might end up choking on it. Hannah showed a discontented face towards him as she chew down the food in her mouth. Eva chuckled seeing the way her face looked like when Hannah's plate got pulled away from her. "Slow down! You might die from choking on food rather than getting killed by an undead" Mr. Klein scolded, Eva and Judas were amused by the scene unfolding before them. "Give the poor girl her plate back" Judas laughed as he said it. "Eat slowly" Mr. Klein warned Hannah mumbled something under her breath and stuck her tongue at Mr. Klein as she continued eating. Caleb came into the cafteria as if he was searching for something. His eyes lit up when he saw us eating in the corner. "There you are. I have been looking for you all for quite sometime now" Caleb said as he looked at Hannah who had her mouth filled with food. "You should eat a little slower unless you want to get choked to death. We still have tons of food so dont worry" Caleb smiled as he said that. Hannah sat there speechless, wondering why so many people were attacking her today. Judas and Eva laughed while Mr. Klein chuckled leaving a confused Caleb. "Alright then.....I'm afraid if you wish to extend your stay you would need to contribute to our team just as the rest of us do" Caleb then continued explaining the rules and different kinds of work that they can choose to do from. "...as for the boy, we have a daycare. There are people who take care of the children when the parents head out to work. The childrens are also taught basic survival skills" Caleb reassured. "Hmm...were going to have to think about it. Could we come back to you by tonight?" Judas inquired, Mr. Klein agreeing to have some time to make a decision. "Go ahead by all means. I will be at my office if you need me" Caleb left. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ "Unfortunately, if we do decide to leave, we wouldnt be able to survive for long as the shelter has been destroyed" Judas explained "Hannah i need to keep moving. We....we have something that must be done" Mr. Klein looked at me as he said that, I nodded remembering why we left the security office in the first place. "Oh, I wouldnt mind tagging you guys along if youre alright with it" Judas asked "We would be happy to have more help" Hannah said as Mr. Klein stayed quiet. Eva and the young boy to does not want us separated from each other and offered to follow Hannah and Mr. Klein as well. However, despite them all agreeing to stick together, leaving immediately was futile but Mr. Klein seems to be against this. "I need to get there as soon as possible! I have no time to waste" He argued. Mr. Klein and Judas was going back and forth against each other. "Judas is right. Mr. Klein we are really low on supplies to go on, on our own. And who knows, perhaps Caleb and his team might help us find her too" Hannah tried reasoning. Mr. Klein looked at her hurt that she had not taken his side however he knew rushing in right now was not a good idea. "....Alright, perhaps I was too on edge" He slumped into the seat. And so on that night they met with Caleb and proposed a deal. They agreed on joining only if they were allowed to leave when they needed to. Caleb was about to protest but Mr. Klein filled in on why they have to leave when the time comes. Caleb listened very carefully and sighed after hearing Mr. Klein's reason.
