Chapter 21
"Due to your negligence, you will be stripped off of your duty. The 1st group will be under the 5th group until replacents have been found" Caleb announced, removing the badge from the 1st group leader.
"What?! Surely there must be another way! You can't just disband us!" The ex leader argued
"You have cost many lives today. I'm doing you a huge favor by removing you from the job. You shall resume with being a guard" Caleb ordered, his voice stern as he sat back down in his chair.
Jonah was clearly not happy with the outcome but it was much better than having to have someone like him protect the lives of others.
"Dismissed. The rest of group 1 shall be notified to merge with your group Jonah. We shall provide you with extra equipments" Caleb told Jonah
"Understood. I shall take my leave" Jonah left Caleb's office and head back to the 5th group's camp

"We're merging with the 1st group?" Judas questioned, he feels that this was a really bad idea
"Caleb called it. We can't deny it and besides..... the chances of us surviving out there increased" Jonah reasoned, as much as he did not want them with him, he has to take them in
"It's your decision" Jonah's wife place nod her hands on his shoulders, giving him a reassuring squeeze.
Hannah watched the whole thing from afar. Seeing as things have calmed down a little, she left to move around the place a little more.
She needed to meet with Kate and Mr. Klein again. She was starting to get worried of Judy's wellbeing.
She made her way to the infirmary to meet with Kate first. She saw her tending to a patient's wound and wrapping a bandage around their arm.
"....Hey" Hannah announced herself, standing behind Kate.
"Oh! You're back, is everything alright?" Kate gave Hannah a quick hug.
"Yeah....." Hannah shrugged her off not wanting to really answer.
"...So...what brings you here?" Kate questioned, seeing Hannah fidgetting her fingers
"Have you seen Mr. Klein? I walked around and couldn't see hime anywhere"
"Mr. Klein? No, I haven't. Maybe try the guards quarters?" Hannah said her thanks and left the infirmary.

"Mr. Klein!" Hannah shouted for him, making him turn around with a smile on his face.
"Hannah! How have you been?"
"...I've been alright. Mr. Klein, shouldn't .... shouldn't we start looking for Judy?" Hannah asked, wiping her palms on her shirt.
"...Judy? What do you mean?" He asked confused
"... Your daughther Mr. Klein, Judy. We came all the way here to search for her. Are you messing with me?" She questioned, feeling slightly agitated
"I'm not sure I understand what you mean Hannah...?" He looked at her perplexed as he folded his arms.
"Are....are you messing with me Mr.Klein?! Your daughter Judy! The one who got taken away by some weird people!" Hannah argued, getting even more agitated by the second.
"I still dont understand- " Mr. Klein was cut off with Judas and Jonah approaching
"Are you two alright? We heard arguing" Judas asked, worried was etched on his face.
"He...he..." Hannah fumbled with her words, her mind was going wild. There was no way Mr. Klein would forget his own daughter right? She thought deep down
"Perhaps you need to get some rest Hannah, it has been a long day after all" Jonah expressed noticing how tired Hannah looked.
"I'll bring her back to her room" Judas began leading Hannah by the arm back towards her room

The next morning, Hannah woke up with a headache as she spent almost the whole night thinking back of her conversation with Mr. Klein.
Hannah was cut off from her thoughts when someone had knocked on her door. She said a brief 'Coming!' and moved towards the door only to see Judas standing there, towering over her.
"...Judas? What's up?" Hannah asked awkwardly, the look on his face showed concern
"What happened last night? The two of you seemed like you were arguing" He asked as he invited himself into my room.
I told him everything about how Mr. Klein had forgotten about his daughter who was taken away by unknown people.
"Is it even possible I mean? To forget your own family?" Judas questioned, he found it weird and starts to get an eerie feeling
"I dont even know...I think , I think its's time for me to leave this place" Hannah looked up at Judas who was leaning back on the wall.
"Alone?! That's not advisable Hannah. The outside is crawling with the undead" Judas argued, crossing his arms as he threw me a disapproving look.
"But Judy....who knows what those bastards are doing to her!" Hannah was frustrated with her situation and felt helpless
"Look, how about talking with Caleb? Perhaps he can help fasten the search?" Judas reassured
"Thats the problem! We dont have any clues- Wait! The numbers!" I got up from my bed and rummaged through my bag
Judas moved closer towards Hannah and knelt down beside her to see what she was looking for.
Just then Hannah removed a piece of paper she had tucked away in a hidden compartment
"What are those numbers for?" Judas examined the paper carefully
"Im hoping for it to be coordinates. That was the only piece of evidence that was left behind the day she.....disappeared"
"Let's take it to Caleb then" Judas suggested
The two of them left their group's house and headed towards Caleb's office.

"So what I'm hearing is that the two of you want these numbers to be runned?" Caleb looked up from his chair
"Yes, we just need to know if these numbers are coordinates" Judas pleaded
"Alright, i'll let you know if I find something" Caleb got up and handed the paper to his aide.
"Thank you" Hannah felt relieved inside and left Caleb's office with JudasDownload Novelah App
