MAX'S POINT OF VIEW Damn this guy, Felix! I almost laugh when Iris told me that what if Felix was seeing someone else. That guy wouldn't do such a thing. His acting is pretty good, he acts cold toward Iris just to make sure his surprise for the love of his life will be successful. He's been bugging me and my boyfriend, Red. He wanted us to help him set up everything from the dress she'll wear to the food, the fireworks, and the venue. I admire this guy so much. I'm so happy that he is so in love with my best friend. Iris deserves all the love she receives from Felix. As the days went by, Felix's surprise for Iris began to take shape. Max and Red helped him with the preparations, and they spent countless hours making sure that everything was perfect. They chose the perfect venue, decorated it beautifully, and made sure that the food was delicious. They even set up a fireworks display that would light up the night sky. When the day of the surprise arrived, Iris had no idea what was in store for her. Felix had told her that they were going out for dinner, but she had no idea where they were going. When they arrived at the venue, Iris was blown away by how beautiful it was. She couldn't believe that Felix had put so much effort into making the night special for her. As they sat down to dinner, Felix looked at Iris with love in his eyes. "Iris, I know that the past few months have been difficult for us," he said. "But I want you to know that I love you more than anything in this world. You are the light of my life, and I will always be here for you, no matter what." Tears welled up in Iris's eyes as she listened to Felix's words. As the night went on, Iris and Felix danced under the stars, surrounded by the people they loved. They watched the fireworks light up the sky, and Iris knew that this was a moment she would never forget. She felt grateful for Felix's love and the support of her friends, and she knew that she could face anything as long as she had them by her side. but there's one more thing left... As Felix got down on one knee and pulled out the ring, my heart swelled with happiness for Iris. I knew how much she loved him, and to see him propose in front of all their loved ones was truly magical. I watched as Iris covered her mouth in shock, tears streaming down her face as she said yes. The look of pure joy on her face was priceless, and I couldn't help but feel emotional as I witnessed this special moment. Felix had really outdone himself with this proposal. The fireworks in the sky lit up the night, creating a magical ambiance that made the moment even more special. The fact that he had involved all their loved ones at this moment made it even more meaningful. I couldn't help but think back to the times when Iris was struggling with her grief, and how Felix had been distant and preoccupied. But now, as I watched them embrace each other, I could see that their love had only grown stronger. As Iris and Felix hugged each other, I wiped away a tear from my eye. Seeing my best friend so happy filled my heart with joy, and I couldn't wait to see what the future held for them. I walked up to them and congratulated them, giving them both a big hug. "I'm so happy for you guys," I said, beaming with joy. Felix thanked us for helping him put everything together, but I knew that it was all him. He had planned the perfect proposal, and it was a testament to how much he loved Iris. As the night came to a close, I couldn't help but feel grateful for being a part of this special moment in their lives. I knew that Iris and Felix had a long journey ahead of them, but I had no doubt that they would navigate it with love and grace. Watching them walk away hand in hand, I knew that their love was something special, and I felt privileged to have been a part of it. As the proposal unfolded, I couldn't help but feel emotional. Seeing Iris so happy and in love brought tears to my eyes. Felix had put so much effort into making this moment special, and it was truly beautiful to witness. As the night went on and we all celebrated the engagement, Red and I found a quiet corner to catch up. I was curious to hear his thoughts about the proposal, and I knew that he would have some interesting insights. "So, what did you think of the proposal?" I asked him, taking a sip of my drink. Red let out a low whistle. "Man, that was something else. I mean, I knew Felix was romantic, but he really outdid himself this time." I nodded in agreement. "I know, right? He put so much effort into every little detail." Red chuckled. "Yeah, he's been bugging us for weeks to help him plan this thing." I smiled. "It's true. But honestly, it was worth it. Seeing Iris so happy and in love made it all worth it." Red nodded thoughtfully. "I can imagine. It's always nice to see your friends happy." We fell into a comfortable silence, watching the other guests mingle and celebrate. After a few moments, Red spoke up again. "You know, it's funny. I always thought Iris and Felix were meant to be together. They just have this connection that's hard to explain." I nodded, understanding what he meant. "I know what you mean. They just...fit. It's like they complete each other." Red smiled. "Exactly. And you know what? I think this proposal was just the beginning. They're going to have an amazing life together." I felt a sense of warmth spread through me at his words. Red had always been the more practical one, but even he couldn't deny the love and happiness that Iris and Felix shared. "I think you're right," I said, raising my glass. "To Iris and Felix, and the start of a beautiful journey together." Red clinked his glass against mine. "To Iris and Felix," he echoed, and we both took a sip of our drinks, watching as the happy couple danced together in the center of the room. As the night wears on and we all celebrate Felix and Iris's engagement, I feel a sense of joy and contentment. Seeing two people so in love and committed to each other is truly a beautiful thing, and I know that they will continue to bring happiness to each other's lives for many years to come. As the guests started to leave, I hugged Iris and Felix tightly, congratulating them once again. They thanked me for being there and for helping them, but I knew that I hadn't done much. The night was all about them, and I was just happy to be a part of it.
