Danny sat in a room with just a bed. Luckily there was a pillow and a blanket that wasn’t needed because the room’s temperature could be regulated, but not by her. There was a built in shower and toilet all she had to do was press the white wall and it would open up for her. Not like the prisons she saw back on earth. Well she was fucked. She knew she shouldn’t have acted on her own. The door open and in came the official she saw yesterday. She hated this man so much. “You have a visitor” he said and he placed bangles on her wrists which turned out to be handcuffs. “Fancy” she said dryly as she was ushered out. She wondered who was coming to visit her. No surprise when she could see her parents on the other side of the glass. “What did you do?!” her mum was quick to jump into it as she was seated. “I just went to have a talk with the president” she replied with a sigh. “And you’re in jail?” her father asked. “Apparently not shooting the president’s laser back at him is still an offence” she was really tired. “How did this happen? What did you say to him?!” her mum was this close to having a panic attack like she saw various humans do. “I said Clara, well Tresicta was my friend and he shot a laser at me. He thought I was part of her army or something like that”. “It’s coming through” Elizabeth gripped her husband’s arm. “How am I going to get out of here?” “You can’t” her dad explained. “You’re being held here by a direct order of the president. You attacked him and confessed to being allies with the girl that attacked the summit. Attempted murder and treason. You aren’t getting out anytime soon”. “It was a mistake. Why are you even here in the first place?” “Elizabeth….” Richard tried to comfort his wife. “No!” she snapped. “This was why I didn’t want her here. I wanted her away from all of this and now look at where she is. In jail, awaiting trial and possibly the death penalty at eighteen. This wouldn’t have happened if she was on earth, if she hadn’t met this Clara who wants to kill everybody”. “Mum….” Danny tried comforting her. “I don’t want to hear it!” she cried. “Time’s up” the justice official said. “Can we just….” “No” he cut Richard off. “I’ll try to reach the president and when this is done, you’re out of here” her mum said before they both disappeared. She buried her face in her palms before looking to the official who was looking down on her. “What’s your name?” he asked. “Daniella North” she replied. “Age?” “Eighteen”. “Do you know why you’re here?” he asked. “I tried to kill the president?” she asked back. “So you admit to it?” he smiled pleased with himself. “I didn’t” she replied. “There’s video evidence”. She groaned. “Talk to the princess of Elementa, she knows what happened. She was attacked by Cla….Tresicta. Her consciousness…..” “You just sound crazy” he told her. “Just tell us the plan and the president might just pardon you”. “But I don’t know about an army. She attacked two of my friends and possessed my other friend. Princess Stephanie can attest to that”. “You’re in no place to make any demands”. “Can I at least have words with the president?” He laughed at her. Not just any laugh. The mocking laugh that hurt. He was laughing at her, mocking her like she had said something stupid. “Do you know where you are Ms. North? Home world and if things happen like that where you come from I’m not sorry to say it doesn’t happen here. You’re in a lot of trouble” and he stood the cuffs pulling her onto her feet and was led back to her room. All the leaders had decided to move to Elementa for the time being. Snow and Agira were good when it came to strategy and reputable military strength. And now they were all in a room with various generals all of them looking at their plan of defense. “…..what do you think Mr. President?” Snow asked sarcastically. When he looked up he saw the eyes of everyone on him. And they didn’t look happy. Everyone was putting something in, getting ready for battle to protect their quad, their people and he was here daydreaming. Lost in his own thoughts. “Can your general excuse us?” he asked Snow directly. Seconds past by before the king made a gesture with his hand. The general left and the leaders were all alone. “When that…Tresicta attacked, what did you guys feel?” “That’s what you’re thinking about?” Agira was lost at the antics of the Tempan president. “Just tell me what you felt” he said looking at all of them. “I don’t know about you guys, but I felt sparks on the inside. In my entire being”. “Maybe your own power turning against you?” Victor asked Dilia. “Is this going somewhere?” Agira asked. “That girl attacked us with our own power and later another girl like that showed up where we had the summit. What I’m saying is we don’t know what we’re up against”. “She might have an army with people just with powers like her”. “She doesn’t need an army” Agira put himself in the conversation. “We take history studies really serious in Sava”. “Tresicta singlehandedly destroyed hone world by herself centuries ago. If you claim she has an army, well may the sun and stars protect us” Snow said. “The girl you said had the same power as her, where is she now?” Dilia asked. “Justice centre”. “We need to speak to her” Agira said. “She tried to kill me with my lasers. I am not taking any chances”. “She’s our only lead on us having an upper-hand because there’s no information on her power or how she was defeated. Everything was really miniscule about her”. “I will not endanger everyone else just so we can win the war!!” Victor yelled. “Transfer her to Elementa then. My daughter got hurt on Tempan grounds and you say she’s an ally to Tresicta. She’ll be tried here”. Victor remained silent showing he had nothing further to say. Sapphire took a deep breath before she ran straight into the ice field. Icicles came out left, right and centre as she ran. Flipping, dodging and tumbling and twisted her body in ways that were physically impossible. The icicles stopped and she held her position looking like water her father played with into different shapes when he was bored. They retracted back into the ice and she was on her feet looking at Sir Hale. “You’re troubled”. “I’m not” she replied. “Could it be what’s happening? I know you haven’t been in a war before”. “I’m not scared. It’s just that Stephanie got defeated like she had no training and after you, she’s the best fighter I know and look what happened to her. I’m just frazzled that’s all”. “When did you become a fire user?” She turned away from him. “War is scary and we don’t know what we’re walking into”. She appreciated his honesty. “We can only do our best and keep fighting. We follow our king and be a support for others to lean on”. She turned back to him. “If we survive this, both of us….will you finally talk to the king?” “What about princess?” “About both of us finally getting married”. “You know my king would never agree” he pointed out. “My father would never agree for me to marry a fire user and a commoner. You’re a man of status, his right-hand, I don’t like saying this but strongest after him. You’re wise, reputable and handsome. I have honest feelings for you and see nothing wrong in pushing our relationship further”. “And what is our relationship princess?” She was silent. “Do I look like I child to you?” she questioned. “I never said that” he denied. “This is a conversation for another day” he bowed. He turned walking towards the door. “I know that you’re as frazzled as I am. But you should know that you’re aren’t going to lose me” she called turning back to face the ice. He stopped, but he didn’t look back. “I know princess” he whispered. Tresicta looked around the lavish house she was in. “Beautiful” she commented. “So where is it?” “He’ll be here soon” he said as the ground underneath them opened and she was just looking at bottomless nothingness. “Shall we?” Kieran asked flames on his palm as he jumped in. She saw the wings appear on his back as he went further down. She walked closer to the edge. Peacock feathers weren’t meant for flying. Just for display, but she could glide with it and taking a step on nothing but air she was going down. The crown on her head turned to dust and appeared behind her back. It settled on her lower back and she went down gracefully. Kieran just looked at her. “Where is it?” “You’re stepping on it”. She looked down and there was a huge summoning seal. “Never knew you could summon one” she stated stepping away and observing the boy. “It’s not mine, but all it needs is a little light”. She didn’t flinch as fire erupted out of the seal. She stood with an impressed smirk. The flames were beautiful, it was like she was seeing a volcano erupt in Elementa. That flames got higher and larger and to her it was witnessing the birth of something new. She looked up and waited for the flame to clear. When it did clear she was looking up at a growling, magnificent beast. “Does it talk?” she questioned. “Yes she does, when she wants to”. “You parents wouldn’t mind us borrowing her, yes?” “I don’t know what they would think” he shrugged. The room had risen in temperature. More than when they had initially entered. Her tail was back on her head in crown form. “I think we are ready, but first let’s see what this beast can do”. She moved to Kieran’s side. “How do we get out of here?” she asked not caring that there was a literal dragon in the room with them and that she couldn’t control it. She jumped onto its back and Kieran followed after her. “There’s a reason they built this place with high ceilings” he replied and the animal moved flapping its wings. She knew she had made a right choice as they slowly ascended. Daniela sat meditating on her bed. She was already in a whole lot of trouble and she wasn’t a hundred percent sure she should do what she was about to do. She was already in a lot of trouble. Treason and then association with Clara who was trying to destroy home world and she was the only one who knew about it. Where was Stephanie? She couldn’t just sit idle anymore. She had to do something and what her mum said she saw, she saw her cause all that destruction by herself. Clara was the only Supernatural she knew who could take away powers, but now she was the enemy. Stephanie….there was no way she could contact her without getting arrested. Kieran was ghosting her and no one would believe her. If she escaped successfully and went to her parents she would implicate them too. There was only one other Supernatural she could go to now. Her door opened and the official looked down at her. “Are you ready?” he asked her. “Yes…” she replied standing up and stretching noticing the lack of handcuffs. “I’m ready to get out of here”. He turned around and walked out and she followed. Telepathy was the best power ever. Altering the mind of everyone in the building wasn’t so hard. They were limited in number anyway. She walked out with her head held high. She didn’t know what would make them come to, but thankfully there wasn’t any wanted picture of her. But Clara’s was everywhere. This wasn’t time to get emotional. So she accepted the ride that was given to her. A hover bike wasn’t that hard to control like an earth bike. She smiled at him and was off. Next destination was Luvina. Stephanie stood not breathing as she was given her final examination. “You will be able to fight” the healer said and she wasn’t sure if she should be excited about that or not. It was war, so Supernaturals like her were going to die. Even she stood a chance of dying and there was also the problem. But she hadn’t been able to talk to her father that she knew the Supernatural that were waging war on them. “I see you’re finally better” Skye said. She just hummed. “You’re being summoned by the king”. She followed her brother not to the throne room but to the office. Stepping in for the very first time she was face-to-face with the other leaders of the other quads. She bowed respectfully. “You needed me father” she said her voice low, but not that they wouldn’t hear her. “Yes. It came to my attention that you were attacked first by the w-girl who calls herself Tresicta”. “Yes your highness” she agreed. “But the crowned princess had something else to say about it”. “Did she?” “That you knew her. She’s an acquaintance of yours”. “You are correct your highness”. “How did that happen?” he said still calm. His posture, look and voice not betraying anything. “We have been close fr-for years. Her name is Clara, she’s Savan and Tempan on her mother’s side. I don’t know what happened but now she’s calling herself Tresicta”. “What’s her ability?” Victor took over from the king. “She’s a cat and controls light and puppetry”. “She didn’t attack us with those” Dilia said. “This is all confusing” Agira sighed. “Instead of talking about the origination of Tresicta or Clara or whatever she calls herself we should be getting in formation because we don’t know what she is planning”. “Our people first” Dilia said. “Is there another friend of yours with the same power as Tresicta?” Victor asked. “I have another acquaintance that possesses that kind of power. Her name is Daniela”. “Are you aware that your acquaintance which you claim is so close declared war against all of us?” Victor asked. “I wasn’t aware” she replied the Tempan leader. “What are you insinuating Victor?” Snow glared at him and there was a shift in temperature. “I didn’t say anything” he sighed. “Can we just continue from where we left off?” “You’re dismissed” Snow said standing up from where he sat at the head. Stephanie bowed and left. As soon as the doors closed she growled and punched the opposite wall her fist didn’t make a dent in it. She lay her forehead against it and held in her scream so she wouldn’t alert her father. “It seems that your bones healed nicely. Tempans aren’t that clueless after all” Sapphire said walking up to her. “What has your face looking like the king’s Pegasus?” “Nothing that concerns you”. “I understand Stephanie”. “Of course you do. You don’t even have any friends. The people that like you are only with you because you are the crowned princess of Elementa”. “I understand little sister” she said. “Your friend suddenly turns evil and tries to kill you without hesitance. She invades the summit and tries to kill everyone in there and then declares war and you still think she’s your friend”. “She’s not my friend!!!” she yelled. “I know she isn’t” Sapphire smiled. “That’s not what I meant. My friend is still there, I don’t just know what happened. She doesn’t have those powers. She wouldn’t attack me and do the same to Kieran”. “You should know where your duties lie. Your people, your planet or a friend that doesn’t give one star about you. There’s a time to decide and that time is now” she said with a stern face and then she walked away with a dramatic hair flip. Stephanie bit her lip and then punched the wall again walking away. The President had mentioned Daniela. What had that insufferable girl done now? Daniela got off the bike and looked around taken back. She had only been in Tempa and nowhere else. She had explored on a ship before, but seeing Luvina up close. She didn’t know what she was meant to expect from the evil place, but it looked so normal. Just like Tempa, just darker. She had seen places like these on earth movies. This was just like Tempa but it was just darker and the ground just looked wet. Why was she here again? To find someone that wouldn’t want to see her, but it’s not like there was anything she could do about it. She just followed the traces of Stephanie’s energy. Stephanie being in Luvina was unlikely, but she had given a citizen a particular parting gift. She followed the energy to an apartment that just looked like the one Clara used to stay in. Now all she had to do was get in there. There was no seal to get inside, it was a tube that led to the various rooms. She walked up to the tube to which she could feel the energy and got to experience what dirt felt like getting sucked into a vacuum. She was in the room instantly. How was she going to approach this? She heard movement and turning around it was to meet the pale face of Veronica that really reminded her of Clara. “I know you’re not here to apologize” she said unbothered that a former adversary just appeared in her living room. “No I am not” she said refusing to take another step. “I’ve seen the picture of Clara everywhere. Cool of her to attack the summit. I wouldn’t even think of that”. “I need your help”. “Did you come to make fun of me?!” she demanded and Danny was tempted to tell her to take it easy. “No I didn’t. You’re the only one that can help me”. “And why would I do that?” she said snidely. “Because I have a deal for you”. “And what makes you think that I’ll be open to any deal you offer?” “Because I can help your brother and also you” she stated. “And I would trust you, why?” “Have I ever said that I was untrustworthy?” Danny asked back. Ronnie stood up. “Isn’t this a turn of events” she smiled. “Coming to a villain for help” she approached her. “How would you do that?” “Show me where he is and I’ll take care of it”. Ronnie looked at her for a while, judging her before she turned on her feet and Danny didn’t need to be told before she followed. She was led down into a room. She had no idea how an apartment had a basement. Getting down it was a lab of some sort and her brother was in the middle of it in a capsule and he didn’t look so good. He had white hair, snow pale skin and his lips were a sickish blue. “If you kill him…..” She didn’t complete that and Danny just spared her a glance. If she did kill him there was literally nothing she could do, but she considered herself batman. She couldn’t kill and there was no way she would be tried for murder along with treason. She opened the capsule and cut off all power. Danny placed a hand against his chest immediately and tried to concentrate. “You do know what you’re doing right?!” Ronnie snapped. “Of course I do. Now stop talking!!” she hissed and concentrated on the ice cold energy that was strongest in his chest area. The cold had spread to other places in his body, shutting down all biological functions. The whole point was to freeze everything from the inside which would freeze eventually freeze the whole body and he’d be nothing but a giant block of ice cubes. She concentrated harder trying not to draw his energy out by mistake. That would put her in a lot of trouble. And she knew when she could feel the cold crawling up her arm and she could see her breathing. The ice energy in him lessened to a very small amount and she pressed her palm against his chest harder which resulted in a feeling of being sucked in and then there was blast in her chest that sent her back a few feet. Ronnie didn’t pay her any mind. She looked to her brother who was still asleep. “You failed” she said and she didn’t sound so sure. ‘No I didn’t” she denied. “Then why isn’t he awake yet?!” she demanded. “It’ll take time for everything to revert back to normal. Can’t you feel him breathing?” Ronnie turned the capsule back on and the surprising thing, there was steady pulse. Not what she liked, but it was new compared to all the time her brother had been in there fighting for his life. She turned to Danny. “Well a deal is a deal”. She closed the capsule and walked back up. Danny smiled really pleased with herself. She gave one final look at the capsule and then she made her way up. Ronnie didn’t offer her couch, but seeing as she saved her brother she could sit where she liked. The blonde walked back in, didn’t say a word and sat before her. “I can’t help you” she said simply. “What the fuck?!!!” Danny exclaimed. “Without my powers. You were able to help my brother, but how will you be able to help me?” She really didn’t know where to start with that. “The person that took my powers is currently indisposed. A deal is a deal and you were the one to offer”. She had a thought she didn’t know if it was going to work. Either it did or she ended up blowing up her only source of help. “Hold out your hand” she instructed. “Are we going to share our feelings?” she chuckled but held her hands out. Danny’s hands glowed purple before she grabbed the other’s hands. What was happening was really new. Looking down her bottom half was glowing purple. She was bathed in purple and it was creeping up on Ronnie who was clearly unbothered. “You better know what you’re doing” she heard her thoughts loud and clear and she too was bathed in purple and soon the entire apartment. Slowly the light died down. “Did it work?” Danny whispered. “Shouldn’t I be the one asking you that?!” she sounded angry. There was a chance that it didn’t work. “Why did you come to me anyway?” “You’re one of the strongest Supernaturals I know”. “Touching” she rolled her eyes. “Clara can take away powers and you can take away life. That’s unique and that is what I need currently because I know if I go somewhere else that they won’t believe me”. “I need someone like you, with your caliber to face what is coming”. Ronnie actually laughed. There was no need to because this situation wasn’t funny. “What? Just because I have a past with you two you think I’ll vouch for Clara and prove that she isn’t who she claims she is? That she isn’t Tresicta?” “A deal is a deal…..and how do you know its Tresicta and not Clara”. “Didn’t I tell you? She was here a while ago….with that fire boy” Veronica grinned. In her eyes there was a little spark. “What did they want?!” Danny was tired of being nice. “They needed an expert like me. Just like you do currently”. “Where are they now?!” she demanded. “Who knows?” she shrugged nonchalant. Danny grabbed her by her collar. “You said a deal is a deal. Are you helping me or not?!” Tresicta looked down and home world just looked like a tiny speck. She stood on her means of transportation. “You’ll know my signal when you see it”. And she took a step forward and she was falling towards the tiny speck that became bigger every time she blinked. The crown disintegrated and it was on the small of her back and she glided down towards the point. She smiled at the thrum of energy as her feet made contact with the pillar. The sweet rush of energy upward sent shivers all over her body. The pure energy of all planets combined. What would happen if there was an opposing force? She would test that theory now. All the energy that was inside her and all the energy that was around her was bubbling inside her just so close to erupting, but she held it in. She didn’t succeed the first time, but why this time was going to be so different. Because it was going to be permanent. Instead of letting it go, spreading it to everyone, she gathered it up and pushed it down into the pillar forcing everything back down into where it was coming from. The result was instant. There was a huge quake and then there were resonating blasts at all four corners. And the destruction every blast left in its wake was breathtaking as it was devastating. She knew no one was ready for that. And now they’d be even less ready. She was sure she must have destroyed all their plans. The destruction didn’t stop even when it got to the furthest corner. Everything collapsed, everything crumbled and she couldn’t see the people but she knew they fell too. The crown was back on her head and she laughed loud. Really loud. It was time for the new order.
