Chapter 32 HERE YOU ARE

The bus was almost about to take off when Desmond and Martin got to the gate.
" Are you joining the bus today?"Mr. Jesse, the school's driver queried. They both tilted their head and hastened in.
Desmond sat by the window, his eyes fixed out with his thoughts reflecting on what had occurred a few moment past.
" Gosh, Desmond, you shouldn't have listened to Martin." He cursed himself. "You know he's not really on good terms with her " He sighed as he buried his face in his hands. "I'm sorry I ignored you Gisel–hope you forgive me." He muttered with a worried gaze. Out of frustration, he plugged in his earphones and leaned back. Just then, he saw Gisella exit from the compound, looking so down and depressed. He quickly adjusted himself on his seat as he stared at her. Gisella strolled past the bus, deep in thoughts as the bus slowly took off.
" Why isn't she joining the bus today too?" He thought with a furrowed brow. " what's she up to?" He mumbled to himself.
With eagle eyes, he watched her take the road at the T– junction which leads to the cemetery. Meanwhile, Natasha also kept watch from a distance.
"That's it Gisella, Keep going." She smiled. "I'll soon send your Prince charming after you– then, your destruction." She laughed. With the flip of her fingers towards the bus, she drove off.
" Enjoy your happily ever after " She chuckled.
************
" What am I doing, Desmond ?" He stuttered. " You can't watch her walk, all by herself on the lonely road. It's too dangerous– What if something happens to her?" He snapped. "No, I need to follow her and find out what's really going on with her." He mumbled.
All along, Bello stalked Gisella from a building at the junction. He instinctively hid behind a tree on seeing her approach.
" There you are again, my Princess." His lips curved in a half smile. "I've waited so long for this day" He uttered with a grin, glancing around carefully wile he mad sure no one followed her. After realizing she was alone, he quietly crept after her without her notice.
Desmond eyes widened in shock, his brow creased on realizing what was going on.
" Who's that?" He low whispered. "She might be in danger now– I've got to help her out"
Without further thought and hesitation, he exclaimed.
" Sir, please, I'll like to get off now"
Martin swiftly turned his gaze on him, puzzled.
" What's up with him?– We've not even gotten anywhere close to his house and he wants to get off. That's very strange." He muttered with a frown.
Mr. Jesse instinctively glanced her him through the mirror. " Why, have you forgotten something at the school premises? " He asked.
" Yes, sir and it's very urgent I get it" He stated. "I need to get it now or lose it forever."
" Alright, go on." He pulled at the nearest bus stop and he hurried down with a thank you.
" Welcome, take care and don't stay out too long, okay ?" He howled. " Make sure you return home as soon as you fetch it, huh?"
He nodded with a smile and sped off. The bus quickly took off again while Martin gazed back at his back from the window were he sat.
" I'm coming, Gisella–Please, wait for me." Desmond mumbled as he turned to the path he had earlier seen her.
***********
Gisella trod quietly along the lonely road with her earphones plugged in her ears. She suddenly felt someone behind her. She jolted, swiftly turning to find out who it was but found no one, just her shadow.
She tilted her head with a skeptical gaze.
" Why do I always feel that I'm being followed ? Is it my imagination haunting me or i'm just hallucinating?" She stuttered but instinctively shrugged it off since she saw no one.
" I think its better, I unplug one earphone. Maybe that will make me feel more relaxed and rest assured", she added, taking off one of the earphones.
She continued her lonely walk hamming to the tune of the song she was listening to earlier on but suddenly paused again, following the sound of footsteps behind her. She trembled in fear and swiftly turned but then again, saw no one. She flinched, her darting eyes lurked around, nervous.
" Didn't I just hear footsteps?" She thought. "Yeah, i'm sure I did but where did it go" She wondered.
" Or Can it be a gost who needs help?– Hey, ghost, where are you? Come out now if you need my help or stop following me. You'll give me heart attack when you continue like this...", she exclaimed but had no response. She clicked her tongue as she exhaled.
" Fine!– If you won't come out, then I'm going. Stop following me. You're actually scaring the hell out of me" she angrily shouted and stormed off, pissed.
Bello slowly crept out of his hideout and gazed at her back with a chuckle.
" Silly girl " He scoffed. "You really are so creepy, naive, innocent and strange. But with me, i'm only here to do my job." He smiled. "And your body is so tempting to touch as well" He lusted after her. " Can't wait to have you in my arms "
He whispered underneath his breath. Quietly, he followed her. He kept on until he realized it was finally safe to strike. He hastened his steps as he closed up on her.
Gisella suddenly heard the footsteps again but this time, more closer. Just then, the loud sound echoed in her ears again and the vision of the girl who was been persuaded flashed in her eyes.
" Ouch, that vision and sound again but why now?" She cried. Suddenly, the image of the girl dawn on her. She gasped. "Oh, no– I'm the one been followed in the vision" With tensed and frightened gaze, she swiftly turned around.
" There you are." A voice howled, followed by a hand which covered her mouth. She helplessly struggled as she tried to free herself but to no avail. He quickly dragged her into the bushes along the road.
"Where are you, Gisella?" Desmond wondered, approaching from afar as he nervously searched around for her. Just then, something caught his attention. He turned and saw Gisel been dragged by an unknown person into the bushes.
" Gisel?– Gisel" He shouted as he raced towards them. "Hey, leave her alone–Put her down" He kept calling.

I don't know what should I say. It's a very nice story combined with sad and real struggle in this life. Everytime the characters in this story experienced sadness, my tears dropped onto my cheeks, come in feeling what they feel. Just a little bit fix for grammar and error spelling words written and it would be great story I have ever read. Keep in spirit for the writer in order to continue writing other great stories.
