Chapter 61 Enemies that are Worse Than Numbers

The presence of two unknown swordsmen was suffocating them and making them unconscious. Few soldiers have fallen to the ground as a swordsman who appeared to be wearing something different than them all stands tall and is not concerned.
He has a stick in his mouth, biting it, and he has a hat on top of his head. He glanced around, seeing that countless soldiers had fallen to the ground completely unconscious. He was staring in the far distance, seeing two unknowns approaching with a menacing, dangerous presence that he could see and feel.
"This can't be right. How in the world did they get here? Their presence is unimaginable. I don't know if I can keep up, and how did they know this place? This also can't be right; there shouldn't be anyone who knows this!" He thought furiously as he drew his sword and took a glance around, realizing he was the only man standing left.
It got him sweating and gave him chills to the bones. It made him tremble for a moment, but he smiled. He cleared his throat, widened his eyes, and pulled out his sword with his right hand. He raised it high and smiled brightly at them, only to realize they'd already vanished in the distance.
"What?!" He said furiously when all of a sudden a foot and a leg appeared in front of him and kicked him in the chin, making him unconscious and throwing him away. His head hit the middle of the metal circle and tumbled to the grass in the distance with great force.
He was still alive, but blood started dripping from his forehead, and his brain was shaking inside. A dark swordswoman appeared, and she was the one who kicked him. She smiled as the muscular man appeared on her side, patting her in the head.
"Their guards are these weak! Pathetic heads of the city! Can't they strengthen the security of this place? What a disappointment!" She exclaimed furiously as she began to walk and took a step to the giant metal circle on the ground.
All of a sudden, she heard someone grunting. It was loud, and it made her glance into the distance, only to see that the swordsman she kicked was slowly standing while unconscious.
"Eh? He's forcing himself? What an honorable swordsman! the unknown muscular swordsman said as he grabbed his giant sword behind his back with his right.
They glanced at the unknown shepherd in the distance and realized something had changed about him. His presence frightened them both for a moment as they saw him standing but lowering half of his body to the ground while holding his sword. Blood was dripping from his head.
"There might've been a crack in his skull. He wouldn't stand a chance if he fought us in that kind of state. He is also too slow," she said as she took another step into the giant metal underneath her with great force on her right foot and stepped down. It made a loud metal noise and an earthquake for a split second.
"Y-you! Don't touch that! Don't destroy that! I'm still here! I am still standing! Why won't you fight me first before you go in and take something valuable from this city? I'd like to warn you that they are also coming... coming to shred you both apart!" The unknown swordsman exclaimed as his hat appeared to be torn apart and his eyes were glowing bright green.
"Hmm! Like they'll do something," she said while giggling. Suddenly, they both ran towards him. She drew her sword with her right hand, and the unknown man on her side jumped and flew down towards him.
He landed down in front of him and swung down his giant sword towards his head, but he immediately jumped backwards and avoided his giant sword. She suddenly came in from the unknown muscular man's right side and swung her sword towards his neck, but she missed, and she saw him simply take a step back and avoid her blade.
Oh, really!" She exclaimed as she positioned the tip of her blade, and suddenly black smoke started coming out of her blade. "Secret Dark Move! Covering Dark Pillars!" She stated calmly as all of a sudden dark, smoking pillars started to appear around them.
The unknown swordsman bumped his back into the dark pillar, and suddenly he kneeled down and spit out blood. He immediately stood on guard, held his sword with both of his hands, and widened his eyes. He could feel the pain in his head and chin, and all of a sudden he started to feel pain in his back that was making him unconscious.
I might die here! I can't breathe! No, I'm breathing but barely. My skull almost broke apart when my head hit that damn metal thing! Good thing I managed in that split second or it would've been my end! he thought furiously as he made an angry expression on his face towards them. Blood started to drip down on his mouth as he held up his sword.
"Oh! You still have something left, she said when all of a sudden she got interrupted by the unknown man behind her when he tapped her in the shoulder. Her technique that covered their surroundings vanished, and she realized many people were heading their way.
"He's just buying some time. He's dangerous alright; if you didn't hit him in the chin and take advantage, he would've pushed us back. That swordsman is no normal swordsman, but we should head down right away and perhaps take her," the unknown muscular man said as all of a sudden the unknown swordsman in the distance got angry.
"You stay right there! You stay! Like a good dog! Don't you dare touch them! Don't you dare touch the ones who are underneath you! If you do, we will make sure you all die! You all! Both of you!" He exclaimed furiously as all of a sudden another unknown dark swordsman appeared behind him.
It made his eyes widen as he saw him tap his right shoulder with his left hand and show his sickle. It made his eyes widen in terror as he was about to make his move. He flew to his left, but he was decapitated.
The unknown man who appeared to be holding sickles was smaller than him. The unknown swordsman who tried to stop them from going down was killed. His upper body slowly fell to the ground, and he let go of his sword.
The dark unknown who appeared is a kid who holds a pair of sickles in his hands and a sword on his left waist. He was wearing a dark hood from top to bottom, hiding himself. There was dark smoke coming out of his back, and he appeared to be furious.
The two unknowns in front of him appeared to be sweating and trembling in fear. They couldn't move an inch of their bodies as they got a glimpse of the furious eyes of the unknown kid.
"Why the hell are you both just standing there?! I thought you two were supposed to be underground and not playing. Don't tell me I'd kill you two too and finish the work. I'm irritated today," the unknown kid said menacingly, making them both bow.
"Our apologies! It won't happen again!" They both said in unison. They both immediately turned around, jumped, and headed down to the middle of the giant metal circle on the ground.
They landed in the middle of it and pierced through. It got destroyed, and what they see is another piece of metal and automatic crossbows aiming at them. It made their eyes widen for a moment as they saw they were surrounded and that there were four layers of automatic crossbows aimed at them.
Suddenly, the giant arrows from the crossbows flew towards them at high speed. As soon as the arrows flew, the crossbows made a loud noise that the heads of the capital heard and frightened them.
The arrows sliced them both and turned them into countless pieces. They realized the crossbows were timed well. The dark, muscular man's sword was torn into nothingness by the sharp tip of the arrows.
It also flew outside and destroyed the circled metal remaining on the surface. It even hit the unknown kid, but before he got hit in the first place, he managed to grab the giant arrow that is bigger and taller than him with his one hand, but another came in and hit him in the face.
The two unknowns who broke in barely survived. They were in the second row of the circled metal, and only their heads appeared to be there. They were slowly regenerating as they saw their whole clothes torn apart.
They walked into a deadly trap that they barely survived. The dark, unknown swordswoman's legs grew, and next were her arms and hands. She stood and looked for her sword around, only to see that the only thing remaining was the tip of her blade.
She then raised her head to look at the massive crossbow that had four layers. Four floors that almost killed them both. It was giant, and it was surrounding them. She shook her head left and right as she realized who they were fighting.
Down at the bottom. Professor Zenda was shocked and couldn't believe what she just heard. All of them stopped working and looked up, only to realize that danger was coming. All of them were sweating, and Professor Zenda could hear her heart pounding as she closed both of her hands and hoped they wouldn't get in.
