Livvy's eyes locked onto Randolph's, a triumphant glint sparkling in her gaze. "We have our culprit," she declared, the plain bag containing Fredrick's phone and the pistol held out like a trophy. Randolph's expression turned grave, his eyes scanning the contents of the bag. "This is it. This is the evidence we needed." Livvy nodded, her mind racing with the implications. "Gideon and Louisa are in this together. They must have planned the whole thing." Randolph's gaze snapped to hers. "But why? What's their motive?" Livvy's eyes narrowed. "That's what we need to find out. Let's get this evidence back to the lab and see what we can dig up." The team was methodically searching the premises and when they both turned to the door. “ Keep searching,” Livvy instructed her team. “ Randolph and I will have to head out first but then we still need to find any evidence that links Louisa to Gideon.” She explained. They knew Louisa was hiding something, and they were determined to find out what. As they left the storage room, Livvy's phone buzzed. She answered, her expression turning grim. "Pandy, what's the update on Gideon's whereabouts?" Pandy's voice was tight with urgency. "He's heading out of town, Livvy. We need to move fast." Meanwhile, Pandy and Do-Hyun were closing in on Gideon’s cab. The roadblock was set up just ahead, and they could see the cab slowing down as it approached the police barricade. Gideon, realizing he was trapped, made a desperate move. He flung open the cab door and bolted into the nearby alley. “He’s on foot! Move, move!” Pandy shouted, leaping out of the van with Do-Hyun right behind her. They chased Gideon through the narrow alleyways, their footsteps echoing off the walls. Gideon was fast, but Pandy and Do-Hyun were relentless. Livvy's grip on the phone tightened. "We're on it. We'll take him down together." She said but Pandy objected. “ We'll get him... see if you can track down Louisa.” The call ended there after. Livvy and Randolph immediately headed out, speeding off in the van towards the quarters. The chase was on, and Pandy was determined to unravel the web of deceit that had ensnared them all. But as they sped towards the exit point, she couldn't shake off the feeling that they were just scratching the surface of a much larger conspiracy. In the alley, Gideon was running out of options. He could hear Pandy and Do-Hyun getting closer. He spotted an old warehouse and darted inside, hoping to lose them in the maze of crates and machinery. But Pandy and Do-Hyun were right on his tail. “There’s no way out, Gideon!” Pandy shouted, her voice echoing through the warehouse. “Give it up!” Gideon, panting and cornered, looked around frantically for an escape. He spotted a fire escape ladder and made a desperate dash for it. Pandy and Do-Hyun split up, trying to cut him off. As Gideon climbed the ladder, Pandy reached for her radio. “He’s heading to the roof! We need backup, now!” Do-Hyun, already halfway up the ladder, pushed himself to climb faster. Gideon reached the roof and looked around, realizing he was trapped. Pandy and Do-Hyun emerged from the ladder, blocking his only escape route. “It’s over, Gideon,” Do-Hyun said, his voice steady. “There’s nowhere left to run.” Gideon, breathing heavily, looked at the edge of the roof and then back at Pandy and Do-Hyun. He knew he was caught. Slowly, he raised his hands in surrender. Back at the quarters , Livvy and Randolph were piecing together the evidence they had found. The phone and pistol were crucial, but they needed more to link Louisa directly to the crime. “Let’s check the call logs and messages on this phone,” Hart suggested. “There might be something that ties her to Gideon.” Delia nodded, already working on unlocking the phone. Livvy and Randolph noticed after awhile the significant progress they had attained as they delved into the contents. They found series of messages and the call logs revealed series of cryptic and encrypted messages between Louisa and an unknown number which hinted at a deeper conspiracy. They finally decided to trace the number to uncover the identity of the mysterious contact “Let’s get our tech team on this,” Randolph suggested. “We need to decrypt these messages and find out who she’s been talking to.” Livvy nodded, already dialing the number for their tech support. “We need this done ASAP. Louisa is still out there, and we can’t afford to lose her trail.” As the tech team worked on decrypting the messages, Livvy and Randolph went back to Lousia's house. They continued searching the house for more clues. They found a hidden compartment in Louisa’s bedroom, containing several passports and a large sum of cash. It was clear that Louisa had been planning her escape for some time. “She’s definitely on the run,” Livvy said, examining the passports. “We need to alert all border checkpoints and airports. She might try to leave the country.” Randolph agreed and quickly relayed the information to the relevant authorities. They couldn’t let Louisa slip through their fingers. “This is it,” Randolph said, showing Livvy the screen. “We need to trace these codes as well to find out who she's with at the moment .” Livvy agreed, her mind racing with the possibilities. They were getting closer to unraveling the mystery, but they needed to act fast. Louisa was still out there, and she wouldn’t stay hidden for long. . . . As Gideon was taken into custody, Pandy and Do-Hyun exchanged a relieved glance. They had finally caught him, but the case was far from over. They needed to connect all the dots and ensure everyone involved was brought to justice. Meanwhile, Pandy and Do-Hyun were interrogating Gideon. He was tight-lipped at first, but the evidence against him was overwhelming. After hours of questioning, he finally broke down and started talking. “It was Louisa,” Gideon confessed. “She orchestrated everything. The break-in, the theft, even the attack on Fredrick. She wanted to cover her tracks and make sure no one could link her to the crime.” Pandy and Do-Hyun exchanged a glance. They had suspected Louisa’s involvement, but now they had a confession to back it up. “Why did she do it?” Do-Hyun asked, leaning forward. “She was desperate,” Gideon explained. “She owed a lot of money to some dangerous people. She thought if she could get her hands on Fredrick’s assets, she could pay them off and disappear.” Pandy nodded, taking notes. “Where is she now?” “I don’t know,” Gideon said, shaking his head. “She didn’t tell me her exact plans. Just that she was going to lay low for a while and then leave the country.” With this new information, Pandy and Do-Hyun knew they had to act fast. They relayed the details to Livvy and Randolph, who were already coordinating with the tech team to track Louisa’s movements. As the pieces of the puzzle started to come together, the team knew they were getting closer to catching Louisa. But they also knew she was cunning and resourceful. They had to stay one step ahead to ensure she didn’t escape their grasp.
