Chapter 4 Ride to Remember

It was a serene day with no prospects of rain, and Kiven wanted to ride and unwind. When he’s bored, he enjoys doing this as hobby. He grabbed his shades, dark gray jacket, gray ear pods and of course, his key. He is going to a place that is surrounded by mountains and that’s his favorite place, because peace reigns there.
He found daily felicity in the clear sky, the warm air, the woodlands, the glistening water, and the cascading ebullience of the water that evoked tranquil imagery. Hence, dressed accordingly, putting on his jacket, spectacles, earbuds, and a tune that would amuse him while he was driving. He turned on the motorcycle's engine while Jason Derulo's song Ridin Solo was playing. His motorcycle is named Gray and has that color as well.
Even more so than the beat, Kiven vibe. He still has two kilometers to ride before arriving at his destination. The next song began to play: You're Beautiful by James Blunt. The music struck a chord in his heart when he saw a stunning woman strolling on the left side of the road.
He purposefully sang the chorus out loud while looking at her. “You're stunning. You are gorgeous—” Upon seeing her smile, he immediately stopped singing. At the crack of seconds, it was love. As she pawed at him with her movie star nails, her brilliant, heavenly-white teeth flashed. His pulse pounded as he gazed into her virility-brown eyes and gorgeous star beam-golden hair.
“Heavens! I got her attention.” He whispered in silence. “He must have forgotten that he is wearing ear pods. He’s cute. Damn! She’s really gorgeous.”
“Young man, keep your eyes on the road and not on the woman who is crossing it,” spat the old man.
He continues to ponder about her after first spotting her strolling on the left side of the road until he arrives at his destination. His thoughts of her are still present. “What is the name of that lovely lady? Where does she live? I need to know her name. I may not be bored tomorrow, I will definitely come back here, to see that lovely face again.”
When Kiven left, he was still clearly recalling seeing that woman. He had trouble falling asleep because of his thoughts of her. He diverted himself by playing chess on his phone, and after two games, he dozed out. When he awoke, the room was lit by the setting sun as it filtered through the open window.
“Damn! I definitely need to go back there. Perhaps I'll run into her again. If I see her later, I'll probably have the nerve to ask for her name.” After taking a shower and donning his clothes, Kiven returned to his his favorite hangout.
The woman, nevertheless, was not present where he had last seen her. He found that upsetting. However, he was startled to see a woman sitting in his preferred spot when he proceeded to drive. He couldn’t help but be overcome with awe by her beauty. As he approached the seated woman, he parked his motorcycle.
“Hello, beautiful. I came back here, to see you and to know your name.”
“Hi! My name is Rainne Vergara and you?”
When she gave him her complete attention with her megawatt smile, he felt an electric current surge through him. Her oxbow lips were positively dripping with deliciousness. Kiven was captivated by her exquisite demeanor and those candy-like lips.
“Call me Darling.” All who fell beneath his steady gaze were enchanted by his magnetic star-bright, mesmerizing eyes. They glowed like two eternity-blue pearls set in snow and were brimming with laughter. “I’m kidding, my name is Kiven.”
The two spent some time together taking in the splendor of nature. Kiven eventually asked her out after spending several hours soaking in the breathtaking scenery of nature. "I would be happy to have you ride along with me."
“Where are we going?” she asked cutely.
“We will ride until we fall in love.”
Upon hearing those words, her cheeks reddened.
“So, do you want to ride now?”
She nodded.
He took Rainne to a location where she would have an amazing experience. The stunning scene of a river entirely encircled by trees left Rainne in awe. She had no idea that a place like this actually existed.
“You’re really an adventurer, who would have thought that a guy like you knew this fantastic place?”
“Easy Rainne, I can’t call myself an adventurer, if I didn’t explore every inch of this place. The sun is shining, so come on, it’s nice to—.” Rainne already undressed and dove into the river before he could complete his sentence. He was only able to hear the soothing sound of water splashing.
He took off his clothes too, and jumped in the water, he swam beside her. When their eyes locked, there was a momentary stillness.
He held her close to his body as they continued to gaze warmly into each other's eyes. He grabbed her lips and gave her a passionate kiss.
As soon as Rainne opened her mouth, she gave Kiven a kiss in return. His kiss became more intense. Kiven's lips brushed down her neck, and she gasped. The water went from cold to hot as Kiven's lips came closer to her navel and then much lower.
In the smooth stone, Kiven raised her waist and she sat. Suddenly, she arched her back, seized Kiven's hair, and curled her toes as she felt the tip of Kiven's tongue invading every inch of her. She had the impression that she was being engulfed by a powerful electric field.
He was anxious about Rainne as he woke up without her by his side. Last night he carried her in the tent he build. She was nowhere to be found. He returned home and saw travelers.
“Why are there so many people here?” he wondered all of a sudden.
“What happened?”
“A ten wheeler truck lost its brakes and struck a house by accident.”
“The mother is mildly harmed, while the daughter is terribly injured.” He heard those comments from a certain woman. He was shocked to recognize a familiar face, her whole body was full of blood, and mangled.
All of a sudden the rescuers and nurses arrived. They immediately assisted the patients who were involved in the accident.
“I hope I was mistaken, It isn’t her.”
They put them into the ambulance and drove them straight to the hospital. He promptly stopped and followed the ambulance to the hospital. When he arrived at the hospital, the patients were immediately assisted to the emergency room.
The doctors began treating them immediately. He was in the hospital’s waiting area when the doctor emerged to look for the patients’ family, “who is the family of Rhiannon and Rainne Vergara?” He froze when he heard those words.
“Damn! It’s really Rainne! Ahhhhhhh!” He whispered in a cracked voice. He was dying to yell!
A soldier stood up and immediately approached the doctor, “how’s my wife and daughter doing, Doc?”
“Your wife is now In a stable condition, and I’m sorry to say, we did everything, but we couldn’t save Rainne,” the doctor replied.
“What kind of doctor are you?”
“I’m very sorry Mr. Vergara, but we did everything just to save your daughter. She has eleven broken bones and her spinal cord is severely damaged. I shall take leave Mr. Vergara, there are lots of patients that await me.”
Kiven left sitting still dumbfounded by what he heard. “Why did this happen? Why did you leave me Rainne? ”
