 It's been a week since Nicole and Jasper found out about Haru. Haru was staying at Carmen's condo for a week. She didn't come out of this condo and she didn't talk to Nicole or Arche because she turned off the power of her phone. As much as possible, she does not want to talk to all the people she knows who are close to her.
"Haru, you've been locked in that room for a week. Get out of there and let's talk." Haru momentarily let go of the ballpen she was holding and looked at the door that Carmen was knocking on relentlessly.
"Haru! If you don't open it, I'll really ruin it!" She got up from her seat and opened the door.
"Omy, Haru you look pale. Are you okay? What happened to you? And why is Nicole searching you to me? Your eyes are yellow and you're losing weight. Are you still eating? Let's get out. I'll take you to the hospital." Carmen said and she shock when she saw Haru.
 
"I'm fine."
"You're not okay, Haru!" For some unknown reason, she suddenly hugged Carmen and couldn't stop crying.
"Shhh... Haru what's wrong with you? You're losing weight, what are you doing?"
"I'm tired, Carmen."
"Where? In the making of stories? I'm not forcing you to finish what you're doing right away. I said to you to take a break once in a while."
"Carmen, promise me you'll take care of your mother, don't ignore her anymore." She said and broke away from Carmen's embrace. Then she went inside and closed the door. 
Haru breath deeply and leaned against the door. She closed her eyes, pretending it was all a dream. Because if it was a dream, she wanted to wake up. While Carmen wonders what Haru did earlier, but she ignores it.
The next day, Haru sluggishly entered the hospice.
"Haru is here!" Anthony shouted as soon as he saw Haru coming inside. All his friends immediately looked at Haru, and Haru smiled at them that she knew only by herself was a fake. Arche ran over her and hugged Haru tightly.
"Why you didn't tell to me that you go home, now?  And why can't I call you? You know I'm worried about you." Arche whispered here and Haru immediately answered.
"I've been busy, so I can't touch my phone." She lied to her boyfriend. She looked at Jasper and Nicole with sadness in their eyes, and she accidentally looked at Nikki, and here she saw jealousy in her eyes. Haru knew that at first, Nikki liked Arche, but Arche didn't notice that.
"It's time for us to go on vacation!" Jayson shouted, Haru broke away from Arche's embrace.
"Why?" She asked them.
"Anthony invited us to go on a vacation. We thought you stayed in Bicol for a long time, so the others are happy because we're complete." Arche said, as they were all walking in a hallway. But they  stopped because of what they saw.
"Granny!" The two children shouted and cried. They went there and here they saw Grace and Shara hugging their grandma, who was lying on her bed and lifeless.
"Granny, mom and dad are here. You said you wanted to see them, right? Grandma wake up."
"Grace, Shara, your granny is now dead." Grace and Shara's mother said and cried too. 
Haru wiped the tears from her eyes. It was painful for her to see two children whose grandmother had left them at such a young age. Haru and her colleague quietly left that room. No noise could be heard from them, only their footsteps could be heard. They were about to turn around but Arche suddenly pulled Haru and took her to the garden. They sat on the chair and Haru watched what Arche was going to do.
"Because you here now,  you should rest first." Haru smiled at what Arche said as if she had temporarily forgotten what she had witnessed in Grandma Rosy's room.
I hope those smiles will never disappear.
Haru said in her mind. 
"Hays, grandma's grandchildren are so pathetic," Haru said and took a deep breath, but Arche changed the topic.
"Are you tired of your vocation in the province? What did you do there? You should have taken me with you next time you go to your province again, you will take me with you, okay?"
Sorry Arche, but the truth is I didn't really go to mom Emma province. I only hid in Carmen’s condo for a week.
Haru said to herself and this is would have been what she wanted to say to Arche, but she couldn’t say it right in front of him because she was scared.
"Are you okay, my Haru? Is there dirt on my face? You've been staring at me before." She woke up in her thinking when she heard Arche's question.
"N-nothing. I just missed your handsome face that I haven't seen in a long time." She said and smiled at him
Haru knew in the smiles she showed to Arche was behind this, is was sadness that was hard to tell  her to Arche. 
"Because you didn't take me with you," Arche said and pretended to be sad. Haru smiled at the young man's appearance. So she kissed him on the cheek, which Arche shock but also he immediately made smile.
"I'm happy because my love has already kissed me." He said and leaned on Haru's shoulder. Haru caressed the young man's hair while Arche recounted what happened at the hospice while Haru was away that time.
I hope it does not end this day. If I could stop the time, I would do it so I could be with him longer.
Haru immediately wiped the tears from her eyes so that Arche could not see.
"Then grandma Amelia fainted, so she was taken to the hospital and last time she was released. Now she has come here again to take care of some patients. You know, when we couldn't contact you for almost a week, we didn't have time to work here, especially me, because I'm daze because I couldn't see you so I didn't have the strength to work when you're not by my side." Haru smiled at Arche's stories. 
"You don't speak, my haru, why?"
"Because you blabber, and I just want to hear your voice." She joked about it, but it was the opposite of what she wanted to say to Arche. Haru looked up at the sky for a moment and whispered in emptiness.
I hope I can cope with hiding my illness for a long time. Lord, I know you have guided me in everything I do. Help me get through this without hurting my love.
